one of the first and second connecting parts (32, 22) is a sleeve structure and the other of the first and second connecting parts (32, 22) is a rod structure telescopically arranged in the sleeve structure;
wherein the resilient member (300) is located within a cavity of the sleeve structure.
6. The tensioner as in claim 5,
the rod-like structure comprises a first rod segment (221) and a second rod segment (222), the outer perimeter of the first rod segment (221) is larger than the outer perimeter of the second rod segment (222), so that a limit step (220) is formed between the first rod segment (221) and the second rod segment (222);
the sleeve structure is provided with a first wall surface (321) and a second wall surface (322) which are arranged oppositely, the first wall surface (321) is provided with an inserting opening (323) for inserting the rod-shaped structure, and the outer circumference of the inserting opening (323) is smaller than that of the first wall surface (321) to form a limiting wall surface (320); the first rod section (221) is positioned in the cavity of the sleeve structure, so that the limiting step (220) is in limiting fit with the limiting wall surface (320); wherein one end of the elastic member (300) is connected to the rod-shaped structure, and the other end of the elastic member (300) is connected to the first wall surface (321).

A tensioner according to claim 6, characterized in that the tensioner further comprises rolling means (223), a groove portion (2210) being provided on the outer circumferential surface of the first rod segment (221), the rolling means (223) being placed in the groove portion (2210) such that the rolling means (223) is located between the groove portion (2210) and the sleeve structure;
wherein the rolling member (223) is a cylindrical member or a spherical member, and the groove portion (2210) has a shape and size adapted to those of the rolling member (223).
8. The tensioner of claim 4,
the number of the first connecting parts (32), the number of the second connecting parts (22), and the number of the elastic parts (300) are plural, the plural first connecting parts (32) and the plural second connecting parts (22) are provided in one-to-one correspondence, and the plural elastic parts (300) and the plural first connecting parts (32) are provided in one-to-one correspondence;
the fixing part (31) comprises a fixing plate (311), the fixing plate (311) is long, the first connecting part (32) is connected with the fixing plate (311), and the first connecting parts (32) are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the fixing plate (311).

A tensioner according to claim 8, characterised in that said fixing element (31) further comprises a retaining arm (312), said retaining arm (312) being located on a side of said fixing plate (311) adjacent to said mounting element (21), said retaining arm (312) being interconnected to said fixing plate (311) and being disposed at a predetermined angle, said retaining arm (312) being spaced from said first connecting element (32), and a cushion (313) being disposed at an end of said retaining arm (312) adjacent to said mounting element (21).
10. The tensioner of claim 3 or 9,
the number of the limiting arms (312) is multiple, and each limiting arm (312) and the elastic parts (300) are arranged in a staggered mode; or,
the number of the limiting arms (312) is two, the two limiting arms (312) and the fixing plate (311) form a U-shaped structure, and each elastic part (300) is located in a cavity defined by the U-shaped structure.
11. A scraper machine, characterized in that it comprises:
the tensioning device of any one of claims 1 to 10;
the conveying belt is connected with the transmission chain and is positioned on the outer side of the transmission chain;
the transmission chain is wound on the first transmission wheel (100) and the second transmission wheel, the first transmission wheel (100) and the second transmission wheel are arranged at intervals along the motion direction of the transmission chain, and the tensioning device is arranged on the first transmission wheel (100) and/or the second transmission wheel.
