The equipment mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the equipment mounting device (10) comprises a first locking structure, the first locking structure comprises an elastic member (41) and an elastic groove (42), the elastic member (41) is used for being detachably locked in the elastic groove (42), one of the elastic member (41) and the elastic groove (42) is arranged on one side of the second bracket (3) facing the equipment body (2), and the other of the elastic member (41) and the elastic groove (42) is arranged on the back of the equipment body (2).

The equipment mounting device according to claim 3, wherein one of the second bracket (3) and the back of the equipment body (2) is provided with the elastic member (41), the other of the second bracket (3) and the back of the equipment body (2) is provided with an elastic sliding groove (43), the elastic member (41) slides on the elastic sliding groove (43), and the elastic sliding groove (43) is connected with the elastic groove (42); the extending direction of the elastic sliding groove (43) is the same as the moving direction of the second bracket (3).

The equipment mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the equipment mounting device (10) includes a second locking structure including an elastic catch (51) and a catch groove (52), the elastic catch (51) being releasably locked in the catch groove (52), one of the elastic catch (51) and the catch groove (52) being provided to the second bracket (3), and the other of the elastic catch (51) and the catch groove (52) being provided to a back surface of the equipment body (2).
7. The equipment mounting device according to claim 1, wherein a fixing portion (31) is convexly provided at one end of the second bracket (3) close to the first bracket (1), and a second end of the first bracket (1) is clamped between the fixing portion (31) and the equipment body (2).
8. The equipment mounting device according to claim 1, wherein a clamping groove (211) is formed in a first side wall of the first opening groove (21), and the first end of the first bracket (1) is clamped in the clamping groove (211).
9. Equipment mounting arrangement according to any of claims 1-6, characterised in that the end of the second bracket (3) remote from the first bracket (1) is provided with a pull-out slot (32) for detaching the second bracket (3).
10. The equipment mounting device according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the equipment body (2) is an electronic device.
