With the improvement of living standard of people, televisions (such as smart televisions or smart screens) have become necessary for modern families.
In the related art, a television generally has two installation modes, one installation mode is that a support bracket is arranged at the bottom of the television, so that the television is installed on a television cabinet, and the other installation mode is that the support bracket is not required to be arranged at the bottom of the television (or the support bracket at the bottom of the television is detached), so that the television is installed on a wall.
In view of this point, the embodiment of the utility model provides a support bracket and TV of TV, two kinds of mounting means that can compatible TV.
The present application is illustrated in detail below by specific examples:
with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a support bracket 100 for a television, the television 10 includes a television body 200, the support bracket 100 includes a rotating shaft 130, a first support 110 and a second support 120, wherein a first end of the rotating shaft 130 is used for connecting with the television body 200; the first support 110 and the second support 120 are both connected to the second end of the rotating shaft 130, at least one of the first support 110 and the second support 120 can rotate relative to the other one around the rotating shaft 130, so that the first support 110 and the second support 120 are attached to each other or crossed with each other, and when the first support 110 and the second support 120 are crossed with each other, the first support 110 and the second support 120 are used for being placed on a supporting surface for supporting the television body 200.
It should be noted that, first, the rotation of at least one of the first support 110 and the second support 120 relative to the other support about the rotation shaft 130 includes: the first support 110 may be rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 130, or the second support 120 may be rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 130, or both the first support 110 and the second support 120 may be rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 130.
Secondly, the first support 110 and the second support 120 are arranged in an intersecting manner, it is understood that the first support 110 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the second support 120 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end of the first support 110 is connected with the first end of the second support 120 through the rotating shaft 130, and a gap is formed between the second end of the first support 110 and the second end of the second support 120, or any position between the first end of the first support 110 and the first end and the second end of the second support 120 is connected through the rotating shaft 130, and the second end of the first support 110 is respectively connected with the first end and the second end of the second support 120 through the rotating shaft 130, or any position between the first end and the second end of the first support 110 and any position between the first end and the second end of the second support 120 are connected through the rotating shaft 130, and a gap is formed between the first end of the first support 110 and the first end of the second support 120, and a gap is formed between the second end of the first support 110 and the second support 120. It can be seen that when the first support 110 and the second support 120 are crossed and installed on the supporting surface, at least three different lines of the first support 110 and the second support 120 are in contact with the supporting surface.
Since the first support 110 and the second support 120 are both connected to the second end of the rotating shaft 130, at least one of the first support 110 and the second support 120 can rotate relative to the other about the rotating shaft 130, so that the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be attached to each other or cross each other when the first support 110 and/or the second support 120 rotate about the rotating shaft 130. Since the first end of the rotating shaft 130 is connected to the tv body 200, when the tv 10 is installed on the tv cabinet, the tv 10 can be installed on the bearing surface of the tv cabinet by bearing the tv body 200 by the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 which are arranged in an intersecting manner, and the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 which are arranged in an intersecting manner at least have three supporting points with different lines which are abutted to the supporting surface of the tv cabinet, so as to ensure the stability of the tv 10 installed on the tv cabinet, when the tv 10 is installed on a wall surface, the first supporting member 110 and/or the second supporting member 120 which are arranged in an abutting manner rotate around the rotating shaft 130 to mutually abut against the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120, and the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 which are arranged in an abutting manner can reduce the distance between the tv body 200 and the wall surface, thereby ensuring the effect of the tv 10 installed on the wall surface, that is to say, that the tv 10 can be installed on the wall surface without detaching the supporting bracket 100 from the tv body 200, it is possible to install the tv 10 on the wall surface.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first support member 110 and the second support member 120 are each an elongated structure.
The strip-shaped structure may be a cylindrical structure, a prismatic structure, or the like.
By making the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 both be a strip structure, on one hand, when the television 10 is installed on the television stand, the contact area between the supporting bracket 100 and the supporting surface of the television stand can be increased, thereby improving the stability of the supporting bracket 100 installed on the television stand, and on the other hand, the height between the television body 200 and the bearing surface of the television stand can be reduced, thereby improving the structural compactness of the television 10 installed on the television stand.
In the related art, in order to improve the sound effect of the tv 10, the speaker 140 is usually matched with the tv 10, but the matched speaker 140 is usually placed on a tv cabinet or other cabinet, which is likely to cause confusion of installation of the device and occupy additional living space, and based on this, in some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the speaker 140 is disposed on the first support 110 and/or the second support 120.
By providing the speaker 140 on the first support 110 and/or the second support 120, on one hand, the sound effect of the television 10 can be further improved, and on the other hand, since the speaker 140 is provided on the first support 110 and/or the second support 120, the occupation of the speaker 140 on the living space can be reduced, and meanwhile, the speaker 140 and the television 10 can be prevented from being separately placed, so that the neatness of placing the speaker 140 and the television 10 is ensured.
It should be noted that the speaker 140 disposed on the first support 110 and/or the second support 120 includes: the speaker 140 is disposed on the first support 110, or the speaker 140 is disposed on the second support 120, or the speaker 140 is disposed on the first support 110 and the second support 120, respectively.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, along a length direction of the first support 110 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X1 in fig. 4), the first support 110 includes a first mounting portion 111 and a first support portion 112 that are connected to each other, and along a length direction of the second support 120 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X2 in fig. 4), the second support 120 includes a second mounting portion 121 and a second support portion 122 that are connected to each other, a second end of the rotating shaft 130 is connected to the first mounting portion 111 and the second mounting portion 121, respectively, when the first support 110 and the second support 120 are attached to each other, the first mounting portion 111 and the second support 122 are attached to each other, and the second mounting portion 121 and the first support 112 are attached to each other; the speakers 140 include two speakers 140, and the two speakers 140 are respectively located on a side of the first mounting portion 111 facing away from the second supporting portion 122 and a side of the second mounting portion 121 facing away from the first supporting portion 112.
Because the first mounting portion 111 and the second mounting portion 122 are attached to each other, the second mounting portion 121 and the first supporting portion 112 are attached to each other, and the two speakers 140 are respectively disposed on the first mounting portion 111 and the second mounting portion 121 when the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are attached to each other, the two speakers 140 are disposed side by side along the length direction of the first supporting member 110 or the second supporting member 120, and compared with the two speakers 140 stacked, the sound effect of the two speakers 140 is improved. In addition, because the two speakers 140 are respectively located on the side of the first mounting portion 111 departing from the second supporting portion 122 and the side of the second mounting portion 121 departing from the first supporting portion 112, the two speakers 140 are disposed on the same side, and the sound effect of the speakers 140 is further improved.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the thickness of the first mounting portion 111 is equal to the thickness of the second mounting portion 121, and the thickness of the first supporting portion 112 is equal to the thickness of the second supporting portion 122.
The thickness is a thickness in a direction indicated by an arrow Y1 in fig. 5.
Through the thickness of the first mounting portion 111 being equal to the thickness of the second mounting portion 121 and the thickness of the first supporting portion 112 being equal to the thickness of the second supporting portion 122, compared to the thickness of the first mounting portion 111 being different from the thickness of the second mounting portion 121 in the related art and the thickness of the first supporting portion 112 being different from the thickness of the second supporting portion 122, the gap between the first mounting portion 111 and the second supporting portion 122 and/or the gap between the second mounting portion 121 and the first supporting portion 112 can be reduced, so that the attaching effect of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 is improved.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first mounting portion 111 is provided with a first protrusion 113, the first protrusion 113 extends along a length direction of the first support 110 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X in fig. 6) and away from the first mounting portion 111 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X1 in fig. 6), and the first protrusion 113 is provided with a first rotation hole 1131; the second mounting portion 121 is provided with a second protrusion 123 engaged with the first protrusion 113, the second protrusion 123 extends along a length direction of the second support 120 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X in fig. 6) and a direction away from the second mounting portion 121 (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow X2 in fig. 6), and the second protrusion 123 is provided with a second rotation hole 1231; the second end of the rotating shaft 130 is inserted into the first rotating hole 1131 and the second rotating hole 1231 in sequence.
Therefore, by forming the first rotating hole 1131 on the first protrusion 113, forming the second rotating hole 1231 on the second protrusion 123, and connecting the first rotating hole 1131 and the second rotating hole 1231 to the second end of the rotating shaft 130, the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 can both rotate around the rotating shaft 130, which provides convenience for adjusting the relative positions of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120. And by providing the first protrusion 113 on the first mounting portion 111 and providing the second protrusion 123 on the second mounting portion 121 to be engaged with the first protrusion 113, the connection structure between the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be made more compact.
Specifically, in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 130 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow z in fig. 6), the first support 110 and the second support 120 each have a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first protrusion 113 is located between the first side and the second side of the first support 110, and the second protrusion 123 is located between the first side and the second side of the second support 120, so that when the first protrusion 113 and the second protrusion 123 are matched, the overlapping area between the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be ensured.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, heat-exchanging fig. 7, at least one of the two side edges of the first protrusion 113 is flush with the edge of the first support 110, and/or at least one of the two side edges of the second protrusion 123 is flush with the edge of the second support 120 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 130.
For example, when the number of the first protrusions 113 and the second protrusions 123 is 1, in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 130, one side edge of the first protrusion 113 is flush with the edge of the first side of the first support 110, the other side edge of the first protrusion 113 is located between the first side and the second side of the first support 110, one side edge of the second protrusion 123 is flush with the edge of the second side of the second support 120, and the other side edge of the second protrusion 123 is in fit abutment with the other side edge of the first protrusion 113, so that when the first protrusion 113 and the second protrusion 123 are fitted, the sum of the widths of the first protrusion 113 and the second protrusion 123 is equal to the width of the first support 110 or the second support 120 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 130. For another example, when there are two second protrusions 123 and there are 1 first protrusion 113, along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 130, one side edge of the two second protrusions 123 opposite to each other is flush with the edge of the first side and the edge of the second side of the first support 110, respectively, and there is a gap between the two second protrusions 123, and the first protrusion 113 is inserted between the two second protrusions 123.
It can be seen that, at least one of the two side edges of the first protrusion 113 is flush with the edge of the first supporting member 110, and/or at least one of the two side edges of the second protrusion 123 is flush with the edge of the second supporting member 120, so that the width of the first supporting member 110 along the length direction of the first supporting member 110 can be equal everywhere, and similarly, the width of the second supporting member 120 is equal everywhere, so that when the tv 10 is installed on a tv cabinet, the two sides of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 in the width direction can be respectively abutted against the bearing surface of the tv cabinet and the bottom of the tv body 200, thereby ensuring the stability of the supporting bracket 100 installed on the bearing surface of the tv cabinet and the stability of the tv body 200 installed on the supporting bracket 100.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first rotation hole 1131 is located at the middle of the first support 110 along the length direction of the first support 110, and the second rotation hole 1231 is located at the middle of the second support 120 along the length direction of the second support 120.
Since the first rotating hole 1131 and the second rotating hole 1231 are located at the middle portions of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 in the length direction, when the tv body 200 is installed on the supporting bracket 100, the bearing forces at the two sides of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 in the length direction are equal, so that the stability of the tv body 200 installed on the supporting bracket 100 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application further provides a television 10, where the television 10 includes a television body 200 and the supporting bracket 100 of the television 10 in the above embodiment, and the first end of the rotating shaft 130 is connected to the television body 200.
The supporting bracket 100 of the television 10 in the embodiment of the present application may have the same structure as the supporting bracket 100 of any one of the televisions 10 in the embodiments described above, and may have the same or similar beneficial effects, and specific reference may be made to the description in the embodiments described above, and details of the embodiments of the present application are not repeated herein.
Since the supporting bracket 100 of the television 10 in the above embodiment is compatible with the installation of the television 10 on a television cabinet or a wall surface, the television 10 in the embodiment can be freely switched between the television cabinet and the wall surface, and the flexibility of installing the television 10 is improved.
In some possible embodiments, when the first and second supports 110 and 120 are attached to each other, the sum of the thicknesses of the first and second supports 110 and 120 is equal to the thickness of the television body 200, and both ends of the first and second supports 110 and 120 are flush with opposite sides of the television body 200 in the width direction of the television body 200, respectively.
Since the sum of the thicknesses of the first and second supporting members 110 and 120 is equal to the thickness of the tv body 200 when the first and second supporting members 110 and 120 are attached to each other, and both ends of the first and second supporting members 110 and 120 are flush with the opposite sides of the tv body 200 along the width direction of the tv body 200, respectively, when the tv 10 is mounted on a wall surface, the aesthetic appearance of the mounting of the tv 10 can be improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
