The elastic pad 11 includes an elastic body 111 and a mounting post 112 at one side of the elastic body 111.

In order to improve the stability of the connection of the first fastening member 12 with the elastic pad 11, the first fastening member 12 may extend into the elastic body 111, that is, the end of the first fastening member 12 inserted into the mounting post 112 may extend into the elastic body 111.
Illustratively, the depth to which the first fastener 12 extends into the elastic body 111 may be 1/10 to 1/2 of the thickness of the elastic body 111.

The compressor foot pad 10 is fixedly connected with the compressor 20 through a first fastener 12 and is fixedly connected with the chassis through a second fastener 13.
Yet another embodiment of the present application further provides an air conditioner including the compressor fixing structure according to any one of the embodiments of the present application.
In the related art, a rubber foot pad of an air conditioner compressor is mainly designed for a medium-sized and large-sized compressor, the aperture of a foot hole of the compressor is generally 20mm, the diameter of a bolt is generally 8mm, and the thickness of the rubber foot pad extending into the foot hole is about 6mm, so that the vibration of the compressor can be effectively reduced. However, the structural characteristics of the small compressor are not considered or are considered less, for example, the aperture of the bottom hole of the small compressor is generally 10mm, the diameter of the bolt is generally 6mm, the thickness of the rubber foot pad extending into the bottom hole is only 2mm, the aperture of the bottom hole of some small compressors is only 7mm, the thickness of the rubber foot pad extending into the bottom hole is only 1.5mm, and the thickness of the rubber foot pad between the bolt and the side wall of the bottom hole is too thin, so that the vibration of the compressor is very easily transmitted to the bolt, and then transmitted to the chassis through the bolt, thereby inducing the chassis vibration and noise.
The compressor foot pad 10 of the embodiment of the present application is provided with two independent parts, namely, a first fastening member 12 is disposed in the mounting column 112 of the elastic pad 11, and a second fastening member 13 is connected to the elastic body 111 and is located on a side of the elastic body 111 away from the mounting column 112, that is, the first fastening member 12 and the second fastening member 13 are respectively connected to the elastic pad 11, and the first fastening member 12 and the second fastening member 13 are not directly connected together. In the operation process of the compressor 20, the vibration of the compressor 20 is transmitted to the first fastening piece 12 firstly, and the first fastening piece 12 and the second fastening piece 13 are not directly connected together, so that the vibration is transmitted to the elastic pad 11 by the first fastening piece 12, and then the vibration is dissipated by the elastic pad 11, therefore, the vibration transmitted to the chassis can be effectively reduced, and the vibration reduction effect can be further improved.
In addition, according to the compressor foot pad 10 of the embodiment of the present application, it is possible to reduce vibration of the four-way valve pipe of the compressor 20, reduce abnormal sounds such as low frequency "hum" generated from the compressor 20, and improve the user's comfort.
It should be noted that the compressor foot pad 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not only applicable to the small-sized compressor 20, but the compressor foot pad 10 may be applied to other medium-sized and large-sized compressors 20.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a foot-limiting groove 112a may be formed on a sidewall of the mounting post 112.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, after the mounting post 112 penetrates into the bottom pin hole 21a, the region of the bottom pin 21 around the bottom pin hole 21a may be clipped into the limiting groove for limiting, so as to ensure that the mounting post 112 can be mounted in place.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the mounting post 112 may further include a reducing section 112b, the reducing section 112b is located on a side of the foot limiting groove 112a away from the elastic body 111, and the reducing section 112b gradually expands from an end away from the foot limiting groove 112a to an end close to the foot limiting groove 112a. That is to say, the cross-sectional dimension of the end of the reducing section 112b far away from the limiting groove is smaller, and the closer to the footing limiting groove 112a, the larger the cross-sectional dimension of the reducing section 112b is, thereby, the mounting post 112 can be conveniently penetrated into the footing hole 21a.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the retaining groove may not be provided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first fastening member 12 and the second fastening member 13 may be disposed eccentrically, that is, the axial centerline of the first fastening member 12 is not coincident with the axial centerline of the second fastening member 13. The first fastening member 12 is arranged eccentrically to the second fastening member 13, and it is possible to better prevent the first fastening member 12 from transmitting the absorbed vibration to the second fastening member 13, whereby the vibration damping effect can be further improved.

the depth of the second fastener extending into the elastic main body is 1/10-1/2 of the thickness of the elastic main body.
6. The compressor foot pad of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the first fastener is eccentrically disposed from the second fastener.
7. The compressor foot pad of any one of claims 1-3, wherein at least one of the first and second fasteners is an embedment.
8. The compressor foot pad of any one of claims 1-3, wherein at least one of the first and second fasteners is a bolt having a diameter of 3mm-10mm.
9. A compressor fixing structure, characterized by comprising a base plate, a compressor (20) provided with a foot having a foot hole, and a compressor foot pad according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the compressor foot pad is arranged between the base plate and the compressor, the mounting column penetrates through the base plate hole, and the compressor foot pad is connected with the compressor in a fastening mode through the first fastener and connected with the base plate in a fastening mode through the second fastener.
