Claims (24)

1. The packaging box comprises a box body, wherein at least one containing groove is formed in the upper surface of the box body and used for containing food, and the packaging box is characterized in that a first limiting protrusion is further formed in the upper surface of the box body, the inner side surface of the first limiting protrusion is a first limiting surface, and a limiting area is defined by the first limiting surface and the upper surface;

The packing box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a convex portion is provided in the middle of the box body, the number of the containing grooves is at least two, each containing groove is provided around the convex portion, and the convex portion is provided with a second vent hole penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface of the box body.

11. A pack according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a rib provided around a side of the body, an upper edge of the rib being connected to an upper surface of the body.
12. The packing box according to claim 11, wherein a plurality of second protrusions are provided on an outer side of the rib, and the second protrusions are provided at equal intervals in a length direction or a width direction of the box body.
13. A pack according to any of claims 1 to 6 wherein the packet has a length and width of less than 160mm.
14. A pack according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a tray provided below the body as a base or above the body as a lid.
15. The package of claim 14, wherein the tray has a first surface and a second surface parallel to each other and located on opposite sides of the tray, the first surface having a water reservoir therein and the second surface having a groove therein.
16. A heating device comprising at least two packs according to any one of claims 1 to 13, each of said packs being arranged one above the other in a vertical orientation.
17. The heating apparatus as claimed in claim 16, further comprising a tray provided at a bottom of the lowermost box body as a bottom tray or provided above the uppermost box body as a lid tray.
18. The heating apparatus as claimed in claim 17, wherein the tray has a first surface and a second surface parallel to each other, the first surface has a water reservoir, and the second surface has a groove.
19. The heating device of claim 18, wherein the tray is disposed at a bottom of the lowermost box, and the first surface is attached to the bottom of the lowermost box.
20. The heating apparatus as claimed in claim 18, wherein the first surface is provided with a second limiting protrusion for limiting the relative movement of the lowermost cartridge with respect to the tray in the horizontal direction.
21. The heating apparatus as claimed in claim 18, wherein the tray is disposed above the uppermost cartridge body, and the second surface is disposed upward.
22. The heating apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein the height of the cartridges is 38-50mm, and the number of cartridges is 2-6.
23. The heating device according to claim 16, wherein a set distance is provided between projections of the second limiting surfaces of two adjacent box bodies in the vertical direction.
24. A food package comprising the package according to any one of claims 1 to 15, and further comprising a packaging bag which is fitted around the exterior of the package.
