As such, after the rotary mounting base 60 and the functional assembly 200 are mounted, the elastic protrusions 81 may be snapped into the notches 2011 to limit the position of the functional assembly 200, and the user may rotate the functional assembly 200 up and down to adjust the orientation of the functional assembly 200, during which the elastic protrusions 81 may be snapped into different notches 2011 to maintain the functional assembly 200 at the position desired by the user after the functional assembly 200 is adjusted.

1. A clamping device, comprising:
the first shell comprises a mounting part and a first clamping part which are opposite, and the mounting part is used for mounting a functional component;
the second shell is rotatably connected with the first shell and comprises an operating part and a second clamping part which are opposite to each other, and the first clamping part and the second clamping part are oppositely arranged;
the elastic piece is elastically abutted with the first shell and the second shell, the elastic piece is used for applying elastic force to the second shell and the first shell so as to enable the first clamping part and the second clamping part to keep a clamping state of mutual approaching and mutual abutting, and the operating part can enable the second clamping part to overcome the elastic force of the elastic piece and enable the second clamping part to be mutually far away from the first clamping part so as to be switched to an opening state under the action of external force;
the locking mechanism comprises a first locking structure arranged on the mounting part and a second locking structure arranged on the operating part, and when the second clamping part and the first clamping part are switched to the opening state, the second locking structure can be matched and locked with the first locking structure to enable the second clamping part and the first clamping part to be kept in the opening state.

The clamping device of claim 1, wherein the first locking structure includes a slot formed in the mounting portion, and the second locking structure includes a paddle movably mounted on the operating portion, the paddle being movable relative to the operating portion and extending into the slot to maintain the second clamping portion and the first clamping portion in the open state when the second clamping portion and the first clamping portion are switched to the open state.
3. The clamping device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the operating portion is formed with a sliding slot having an opening, the pick is slidably mounted in the sliding slot, and one end of the pick can slide out of the sliding slot from the opening and extend into the slot.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein one of the side wall of the sliding groove and the shifting piece is formed with a limiting groove, and the other is formed with a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion is in sliding fit with the limiting groove to limit the sliding stroke of the shifting piece.

A holding arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and second holding portions are parallel and/or a bottom of the first holding portion is flush with a bottom of the second holding portion when the second locking formation cooperates with the first locking formation to retain the second and first holding portions in the open condition.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion is bent toward a side where the second housing is located with respect to the mounting portion, the second clamping portion is bent toward a side where the first housing is located with respect to the operating portion, and a clamping space is formed between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion in the clamped state.
7. Clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping part comprises two first support feet arranged at a distance and the second clamping part comprises two second support feet arranged at a distance.
8. The clamping device of claim 7, wherein the bottom of the first support leg is formed with a first spherical support portion and the bottom of the second support leg is formed with a second spherical support portion.
9. The clamping device of claim 1 further comprising a swivel mount rotatably mounted on top of the mounting portion, the swivel mount for mounting the functional component.
10. The clamping device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the mounting portion has a mounting protrusion, a rotating groove is formed on the peripheral wall of the mounting protrusion, the clamping device further comprises a limiting member, the rotating mounting base is sleeved on the mounting protrusion and can rotate around the mounting protrusion, the limiting member is movably mounted on the rotating mounting base, and one end of the limiting member extends into the rotating groove.
11. The clamping device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the clamping device further comprises an elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is mounted on the limiting member, the elastic sheet has a protrusion and an elastic protrusion of the limiting member, the functional assembly is rotatably mounted on the rotary mounting base and can rotate up and down relative to the rotary mounting base, a fluted disc is arranged on the functional assembly, a plurality of tooth grooves are formed on the peripheral wall of the fluted disc, the limiting member extends into the rotary groove, the elastic protrusion is clamped into the tooth grooves, and the functional assembly can rotate relative to the rotary mounting base so that the elastic protrusion is clamped into different tooth grooves.
