Claims (10)

1. A dustproof frame applied to a textile machine, comprising a frame main body (100) and a dust hood (200), wherein the frame main body (100) is provided with a workbench for supporting the textile machine (900), the dust hood (200) is positioned above the workbench, and the dustproof frame is characterized by further comprising:
the filter assembly comprises a separation box (400), a filter cartridge (500) and a recovery box (410), wherein the separation box (400) is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a recovery port, the inlet is connected to the dust hood (200) through a pipeline, the outlet is positioned above the recovery port, the outlet is connected to the lower part of the filter cartridge (500) through a pipeline, the recovery port is connected to the recovery box (410) through a pipeline, a cavity is formed in the filter cartridge (500) in a hollow mode, the cavity is upward in opening, the lower part of the filter cartridge (500) is provided with filter holes, and the filter holes are communicated with the cavity;
the dust removal fan (800) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected to the upper part of the filter cylinder (500) through a pipeline, and the air outlet is connected with a discharge pipe (610);
and a vibration motor (700) provided at an upper portion of the filter cartridge (500).

Dustproof frame applied to textile machine according to claim 1 characterized in that the outlet of said separation box (400) is provided with a bellow (420), the upper end of said bellow (420) is sleeved on said filter cartridge (500), the lower part of said filter cartridge (500) is located inside said bellow (420).
3. Dust-proof frame for textile machines according to claim 2, characterized in that said bellows (420) is a plastic bellows.
4. Dustproof frame applied to a textile machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said bellows (420) is removably connected to said filtering cartridge (500).
5. Dustproof frame for textile machines according to claim 1, characterized in that said separation box (400) has a bottom in the shape of a funnel, said recovery opening being provided in the lower surface of said bottom.
6. Dustproof frame for textile machines according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the filter cartridge (500) is funnel-shaped.
7. Dustproof frame for textile machines according to claim 1, characterized in that said outlets and filter cartridges (500) are each provided with at least two, said filter cartridges (500) being provided in a one-to-one correspondence with said outlets, said outlets being provided with control valves.
8. The dustproof frame applied to textile machine according to claim 7, further comprising an air suction box (600), wherein said air suction box (600) is provided with an air suction opening and an air exhaust opening, the upper portion of all the filter cartridges (500) is connected to said air suction opening, said exhaust pipe (610) is connected to said air exhaust opening, and said dust removal fan (800) is arranged in said air suction box (600).
9. Dustproof frame for textile machines according to claim 8, characterized in that said vibration motor (700) is connected to the outer side of said suction box (600).
10. Dustproof frame for textile machines according to claim 8, characterized in that the upper part of said filter cartridge (500) is connected to said suction opening by a bellows hose.
