In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the piston 202 includes a piston rod 212 and a piston member 222; one end of the piston rod 212 extends out of the pump body 203 and is in transmission connection with the linear motor 201, the other end of the piston rod 212 is connected with the piston piece 222, the piston piece 222 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, an inner groove 2221 is formed in the circumferential direction of the piston piece 222, the inner groove 2221 is arranged in an arc shape by the side wall of the piston piece 222, the inner grooves 2221 can enable the two ends of the piston piece 222 to be respectively sealed in a double ring shape on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, and the linear motor 201 drives the piston piece 222 to reciprocate along the extending direction of the pump body 203 through the piston rod 212 so as to pressurize and convey liquid in the pump body 203 into the hollow shaft 300.
In this embodiment, the piston 222 is provided with the inner grooves 2221 on the side wall, that is, the two ends of the piston 222 are provided with the tip protrusions, the inner grooves 2221 may be arranged in an arc shape, the inner grooves 2221 are used to apply an acting force to the end portions of the two sides, so that the piston 222 can form a double-ring seal with the accommodating cavity of the pump body 203 along the end and the other end close to the piston rod 212, and a double-ring seal structure is used to ensure that the piston 222 extrudes the liquid in the main body of the pump body 203, meanwhile, the piston 222 can slide along the inner wall of the pump body 203, the linear motor 201 is in transmission connection with the end of the piston rod 212 far away from the piston 222, and the linear motor 201 drives the piston 222 to reciprocate along the accommodating cavity of the pump body 203 by using the piston rod 212, thereby ensuring the liquid outflow of the main body of the pump body 203.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a connecting tube 120; the connection pipe 120 is located between the hollow shaft 300 and the pump body 203, the connection pipe 120 is connected to the hollow shaft 300 and the pump body 203, respectively, one end of the connection pipe 120 corresponding to the hollow shaft 300 has a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is disposed between the hollow shaft 300 and the inner wall of the connection pipe 120.
In this embodiment, the connection pipe 120 serves as a sealing connection structure between the pump body 203 and the hollow shaft 300, one end of the connection pipe 120 is in sealing connection with the pump body 203, and meanwhile, the connection pipe 120 and the hollow shaft 300 are tightly sealed by a sealing ring, so that sealing and conveying of the hollow shaft 300 and the pump body 203 which are connected in series can be ensured, the series arrangement of the sound wave motor and the pump body 203 which form an integral structure is ensured, and the volume is saved.
