as shown in fig. 4, 7 and 11, the first mounting portion 7 of the sealing member 3 is received in the receiving groove 64, and the free end of the sealing arm 71 abuts against the wall surface of the receiving groove 64, so that the first mounting portion 7 is securely mounted in the receiving groove 64.
