Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a food processor.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, many different types of food processors appear on the market. The functions of the food processor mainly include, but are not limited to, functions of making soybean milk, squeezing juice, mincing meat, shaving ice, making coffee and/or blending a mask and the like. The food processor can comprise a machine for crushing and stirring food, such as a soybean milk machine, a stirrer or a meat grinder. A food processor generally includes a cup body in which food is pulverized and stirred. The micro-gap switch is usually arranged at the bottom of the cup body component of the existing food processor, and a connecting rod mechanism matched with the micro-gap switch is also arranged on the cup body component. When the cup cover assembly covers the cup body assembly, the cup cover assembly pushes the connecting rod mechanism downwards to trigger the microswitch, and the problems of difficult assembly, high cost and poor stability exist.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of this application is to provide a cooking machine, its assembly is simple, with low costs, and the security is good.
The application provides a cooking machine. This cooking machine includes: the cup body assembly comprises a cup body, a handle arranged on the cup body and a microswitch arranged at the top end of the handle, wherein the microswitch comprises a contact elastic sheet arranged on the side surface of the microswitch; the cup cover assembly comprises a trigger, and when the cup cover assembly is rotatably covered on the cup body assembly, the trigger abuts against the contact elastic sheet towards the direction of the cup body to trigger the microswitch. Because the microswitch is arranged at the top end of the handle, when the cup cover assembly is covered on the cup body assembly through rotation, the trigger piece abuts against the contact elastic sheet to trigger the microswitch to conduct electric connection, so that the motor is started; when the cup cover assembly is taken down, the trigger piece is separated from the contact elastic sheet, and the micro switch is electrically disconnected, so that the motor stops running. So, cooking machine safe and reliable in the use to because micro-gap switch sets up in the handle top, thereby need not set up link mechanism in addition, simple structure, simple to operate, cost are lower.
Further, the trigger piece is of an arc-shaped sheet structure, and the middle position of the length direction of the trigger piece faces the contact elastic sheet to be bent to form an arc surface. So, because the trigger part becomes circular-arc, be difficult to produce and warp, in use can not support the pressure contact because the trigger part warp like this with the contact shell fragment, that is to say, when the bowl cover subassembly closes in the cup body subassembly through rotatory lid, the trigger part can support all the time and press in the contact shell fragment, consequently, uses more reliably.
Further, the handle comprises a handle body and a handle cover covering the outer side of the handle body, and the micro switch is arranged at the top end of the handle body. So, install micro-gap switch in handle body top, convenient assembling.
Further, the handle also comprises a cover body which is arranged at the top end of the handle body and covers the microswitch. Therefore, the cover body covering the microswitch can protect the microswitch.
Further, the handle body is provided with a first yielding groove matched with the trigger piece, and the cover body is provided with a second yielding groove matched with the trigger piece. Through setting up the first groove and the second groove of stepping down that match with the trigger piece for the trigger piece can accurately arouse micro-gap switch, fits the bowl cover subassembly lid in cup body assembly or takes off the bowl cover subassembly from cup body assembly more smoothly.
Further, the thickness of the trigger ranges between 0.5 mm and 3 mm, and the height ranges between 5 mm and 16 mm. Therefore, the trigger piece is not easy to deform and can stably support against the contact elastic sheet of the microswitch.
Further, the width of the first avoiding groove ranges from 3 mm to 5 mm, and the height ranges from 6 mm to 17 mm. So, can cooperate with the trigger better for the trigger can arouse micro-gap switch more accurately.
Furthermore, a clamping groove for accommodating the micro switch is formed in the top end of the handle body. Through setting up the draw-in groove, can carry out spacing better to micro-gap switch when the installation, the assembly is more reliable and more stable.
Furthermore, a screw hole is formed in the bottom wall of the clamping groove, a through hole corresponding to the screw hole is formed in the micro switch, and a fastening piece penetrates through the through hole and is locked with the screw hole to fix the micro switch on the handle body. So, be fixed in the handle body with micro-gap switch through the fastener for micro-gap switch's simple to operate, reliable.
Furthermore, the side wall of the clamping groove is provided with a convex rib, and the micro switch is provided with a groove matched with the convex rib for limiting. Through the cooperation of the convex ribs and the grooves, the micro-switch can be pre-positioned when being installed.
