以往的玻璃杯作用单一，很难确知杯内液体的体积和温度，没有保健作用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能测知杯内液体的体积和温度的多用益健杯。
本实用新型是这样实现的，杯底的一侧有一水银胆，水银沿杯身上下移动，在杯底内水银胆的上方有一保护水银胆的凹槽，水银胆正对着的杯体上标有温度计刻度和量杯刻度。
