Generally, the lightweight footwear listed above is a simple design that includes a sole and means for securing to the foot in the form of straps, uppers, etc. This type of footwear is generally made of inexpensive materials, is not a particularly valuable product and is therefore often lost and forgotten in public places, and the importance of this type of footwear, in particular the protection function, is undoubted.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Therefore, there is a need to create a simple design solution for these types of footwear in order to quickly, easily and reliably attach the footwear to clothing or basic (primary) travel equipment items (e.g., backpacks).

Said technical problem is solved by a lightweight sandal-like footwear comprising a sole and an attachment element (for fixing to the foot), wherein according to the proposal a clip is included which is mounted on the attachment element. These shoe owners often take the shoes off and in their hands while walking on the beach. The proposed technical solution allows to attach sandals (e.g. chevrons) to swimsuits (shorts) and free both hands, so that they can move more freely.

It is preferable to conform the shape of the clip to the shape of the footwear element (attachment element) to which the clip is mounted to avoid any discomfort to the owner of the footwear when wearing such footwear.

The simplest option for manufacturing the clip is to cast (stamping etc.) from plastic.

The connection of the clip to the attachment element can be made by any known detachable or permanent connection method (gluing, riveting, stitching, press-fit into holes, etc.). The clip may also be integrally formed (in one piece) with any footwear attachment element.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

The claimed solution is a sandal comprising a sole 1 and a strap 2 attached to the foot between the thumb and forefinger. The V-clip 3 is mounted on the strap 2. The bottom of the V-shaped clip 3 is attached to the cross-line of the strap 2 so as to fit tightly onto the diverging strap 2.

Industrial applicability

When worn, the clip does not interfere with the wearer, nor does it in any way impair the primary function of the belt. When changing shoes or walking barefoot, the wearer takes off the sandals and hooks the footwear to the waistband of the shorts with the clips to prevent the footwear from being lost, and allows the owner of the footwear to free hands while walking, thereby allowing free movement.

Similarly, other lightweight footwear may be attached to a garment or backpack.

1. Lightweight sandal-like footwear comprising a sole and an attachment element, and a clip mounted on the attachment element for hooking clothing or travel equipment.

2. The lightweight sandal-like footwear as recited in claim 1, wherein said clip has a shape that conforms to a shape of said attachment element to which said clip is mounted.

3. The lightweight sandal-like footwear as described in claims 1 or 2 wherein said clips are made of plastic by casting.

4. The lightweight sandal-like footwear as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the connection of said clip to said attachment element is detachable.

5. The lightweight sandal-like footwear as described in claims 1 or 2 wherein the connection of said clip to said attachment element is permanent.

6. The lightweight sandal-like footwear as described in claims 1 or 2 wherein said clip is integrally formed with said attachment element.
