Figure 1 is a schematic view of the interior of a cigarette machine structure 10 and figure 2 is a view taken from the direction a in figure 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cigarette maker construction 10 includes a housing assembly 100, an air conditioning assembly 200, and a smoking assembly 300. The housing assembly 100 includes a housing 110 and a partition 120, the partition 120 being disposed in the housing 110 and dividing the interior of the housing 110 into a first space 112 and a second space 114. The air conditioning assembly 200 is disposed in the first space 112, and the suction assembly 300 is disposed in the second space 114. The air conditioning assembly 200 is used for adjusting the temperature of air in the kitchen, and the using principle of the air conditioning assembly 200 is similar to that of a common air conditioner, and will not be described in detail herein. The suction and discharge assembly 300 is used to suck oil smoke from the inside of the kitchen and discharge the oil smoke to the outside of the kitchen.
Alternatively, the partition 120 may be a plate structure such as a partition plate, and the partition 120 may be fixed in the housing 110 by welding, gluing, or the like, or may be integrally formed with the housing 110.
Referring to fig. 1, the partition 120 is provided with a heat dissipation outlet 122 communicating the first space 112 and the second space 114, under the action of the suction and exhaust assembly 300 located in the second space 114, hot air after heat exchange with the air conditioning assembly 200 can enter the second space 114 along the heat dissipation outlet 122, the housing 110 is provided with a smoke inlet 1142 communicating the second space 114, and under the action of the suction and exhaust assembly 300, oil smoke in the kitchen can enter the second space 114 along the smoke inlet 1142.
Referring to fig. 1, the suction module 300 has a first air inlet 310, a second air inlet 320 and an air outlet 330 for communicating with the outside, the first air inlet 310 and the second air inlet 320 are located at different sides of the suction module 300, the smoke inlet 1142 is communicated with the first air inlet 310 and located at the same side of the suction module 300, and the heat dissipation outlet 122 is communicated with the second air inlet 320 and located at the same side of the suction module 300.
Alternatively, the suction and exhaust assembly 300 may be a double intake fan, and the suction and exhaust assembly 300 includes a volute and an impeller disposed in the volute, and the volute has a first intake opening 310, a second intake opening 320, and an exhaust opening 330.
When the cigarette maker structure 10 is in use, under the action of the suction and exhaust assembly 300, the hot air after dissipating heat from the air conditioner assembly 200 enters the second space 114 along the heat dissipating outlet 122, enters the suction and exhaust assembly 300 through the second air inlet 320, and is then exhausted to the outside through the air outlet 330. Also under the action of the suction and exhaust assembly 300, the oil smoke in the kitchen can enter the second space 114 along the smoke inlet 1142, enter the suction and exhaust assembly 300 through the first air inlet 310, and then be exhausted to the outside through the air outlet 330, thereby discharging the heat dissipated by the air conditioning assembly 200 and the oil smoke in the kitchen. Further, since the first air inlet 310 and the second air inlet 320 are located at different sides of the smoke exhaust assembly 300, the smoke inlet 1142 is located at the same side as the first air inlet 310, and the heat dissipation outlet 122 is located at the same side as the second air inlet 320, hot air and oil smoke enter the smoke exhaust assembly 300 along different sides, which do not interfere with each other, so as to ensure the effect of absorbing the oil smoke in the kitchen and the heat dissipation effect of the air conditioning assembly 200 in the smoke exhaust structure 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the casing 110 is formed with a discharge passage 1122 communicating with the outside, and the exhaust outlet 330 communicates with the discharge passage 1122. In this way, the heat and the soot can be exhausted to the outside of the kitchen room through the common exhaust passage 1122.
In some embodiments, the discharge passage 1122 may be formed on the partition 120, and a corresponding through hole (not shown) is opened on the partition 120, through which the discharge passage 1122 communicates with the air outlet 330.
In other embodiments, the discharge passage 1122 may be formed in the first space 112, and a corresponding smoke discharge port is opened on the casing 110 to discharge the oil smoke and heat to the outside; or the discharge passage 1122 may be partially located in the first space 112, and the remaining portion protrudes outside through the case 110 to enable heat and smoke to be discharged outside the middle chamber.
Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning assembly 200 includes a condenser 210 and a condensing fan 220, wherein the condensing fan 220 is used for driving air to pass through the condenser 210 and then to be discharged into the second space 114 along the heat dissipation outlet 122. Taking the cooling mode as an example, when the condenser 210 is in operation, the surface temperature is high, and under the action of the condensing fan 220, the air passes through the condenser 210 to dissipate heat with the condenser 210, and then the hot air is discharged into the second space 114 along the heat dissipation outlet 122.
Alternatively, the condensing fan 220 may be a cross-flow fan.
Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning assembly 200 further includes an evaporator 230, the evaporator 230 and a condenser 210 are disposed along a height direction H of the housing 110, and the condenser 210 is located below the evaporator 230.
Taking the cooling mode as an example, when the air conditioning assembly 200 operates, the surface temperature of the condenser 210 is higher, and the surface temperature of the evaporator 230 is lower, so that condensed water is generated on the surface of the evaporator 230, and when the condenser 210 is located below the evaporator 230, the condensed water on the surface of the evaporator 230 can drop onto the condenser 210 under the action of gravity, so as to dissipate heat and reduce temperature of the condenser 210, thereby realizing consumption of the condensed water.
In some embodiments, the condenser 210 may be located right below the evaporator 230 in the height direction H of the housing 110, and thus, the condensed water on the surface of the evaporator 230 may directly drop onto the condenser 210 by gravity.
Of course, referring to fig. 1, in other embodiments, the evaporator 230 and the condenser 210 are located on opposite sides of the condensing fan 220. At this time, the condensed water on the evaporator 230 cannot directly drop onto the condenser 210, and thus a corresponding guide member needs to be provided between the evaporator 230 and the condenser 210.
For example, referring to figure 1, the cigarette maker construction 10 further includes a water guide 400, the water guide 400 being configured to direct the condensed water produced on the evaporator 230 to the condenser 210.
The water guide 400 may be a water guide plate, and the water guide 400 may be provided with a corresponding water guide groove; alternatively, the water guide 400 itself is a pipe structure.
Referring to fig. 1, the cigarette maker structure 10 further includes a water receiving member 500, and the water receiving member 500 is disposed in the first space 112 for receiving condensed water dropping along the condenser 210. Thus, the condensed water dropping along the condenser 210 is collected by the water receiving member 500, so that the condensed water can be prevented from dropping on other components, and potential safety hazards can be brought to other components.
Alternatively, the water receiving member 500 may be a water receiving tank or a water receiving cup, and in short, the water receiving member 500 may be a container capable of accommodating water dropping along the condenser 210.
Referring to fig. 1, the housing 110 has an outlet 1124 communicating with the first space 112, and the water receiving member 500 is movably disposed on the partition member 120 and can be taken out from the first space 112 through the outlet 1124. Furthermore, when a certain amount of condensed water in water receiving member 500 is reached, water receiving member 500 may be taken out from water outlet 1124, and the condensed water in water receiving member 500 may be poured out and placed on partition member 120 again.
In some embodiments, the water receiving member 500 may be directly overlapped on the partition member 120, and when the condensed water in the water receiving member 500 reaches a certain amount, the water receiving member 500 may be taken out from the outlet 1124 to pour the condensed water in the water receiving member 500 and then put on the partition member 120 again.
In other embodiments, the partition 120 may further include a corresponding sliding guide groove, on which the water receiving member 500 is movably disposed, so that when a certain amount of condensed water in the water receiving member 500 reaches, the water receiving member 500 may be pulled out from the outlet 1124 through the outlet 1124.
Referring to fig. 1, the cigarette maker construction 10 includes a first switch member 610, the first switch member 610 being adapted to open or close the removal opening 1124.
The first switch 610 may be a baffle structure, and the first switch 610 may be rotatably or movably installed in the casing 110 to open or close the outlet 1124 by rotating or moving.
Referring to figure 1, the cigarette maker construction 10 further comprises a second switch member 620, the second switch member 620 being adapted to open or close the heat dissipation outlet 122. And/or, referring to figure 1, the cigarette machine construction 10 further includes a third switch member 630, the third switch member 630 being for opening or closing the smoke inlet 1142.
The second and third switching parts 620 and 630 may each have a baffle-type structure, and the second switching part 620 may be rotatably or movably mounted to the separating member 120, such that the heat dissipation outlet 122 is opened or closed by being rotated or moved. The third switching member 630 may be rotatably or movably mounted to the housing 110 such that the smoke inlet 1142 is opened or closed by being rotated or moved.
An embodiment also relates to an air-conditioned range hood comprising the range hood construction 10 of any of the preceding embodiments.
When the air-conditioning range hood is used, hot air and oil smoke enter the suction and exhaust assembly 300 along different sides without mutual interference, so that the effect of sucking the oil smoke in a kitchen and the effect of dissipating heat of the air-conditioning module by the air-conditioning range hood can be ensured.
