Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the motor 131 is mounted on the air duct 116 and fixed by screws, and at least one shock pad 180 is mounted on the motor 131, and the shock pad 180 is located between the motor 131 and the air duct 116 to absorb shock and reduce noise.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments, the fan 1000 further includes an operation panel 120 and a circuit board 170, the operation panel 120 is connected to the housing 110, specifically, the bracket 115, the operation panel 120 is provided with more than 1 operation button 121, which is convenient for a user to control a working state of the fan 1000, the operation button 121 may be a conventional button form such as a touch button, a mechanical button, and the like, and the specific structure is not limited in the present application. A circuit board 170 is located in the first chamber 111, the circuit board 170 also being connected to the bracket 115. The circuit board 170 is electrically connected to the main motor 131, the operation panel 120, and the lamp 150, respectively. The user can control the operation state of the fan through the operation panel 120, and the use is convenient. The circuit board 170 is located between the fan assembly 130 and the operation panel 120, and the length of the wires of the fan assembly and the operation panel 120 can be shortened. For the convenience of wiring, a wiring rack 119 is provided on the housing 110, and as shown in fig. 4, the wires for connecting the electrical components are received in the wiring rack 119.
In some embodiments, the operation panel 120 is a mirror surface, so that the fan can be used as a cosmetic mirror. The operation button 121 may be a touch button, and does not affect the image formation of the mirror. For convenience of use, in some embodiments, the air outlet 112 is located at the periphery of the operation panel 120, so as to realize a circumferential air outlet blowing mode, and achieve uniform blowing without affecting the use of the mirror surface. The air outlet 112 may surround the operation panel 120 in a whole circle, or may surround a part of the operation panel 120, and the specific arrangement form of the air outlet 112 is not limited in this application.
The fan 1000 may be placed directly on a flat surface, may be hooked to an object, or may be held by a hand. In view of the convenience of users who typically sit in front of a vanity while making up, in some embodiments, the fan 1000 further comprises a base 200. The entire host portion 100 is mounted on the base 200, and particularly, the housing 110 is connected to the base 200. The base 200 may rest on a table or floor surface such that the fan 1000 is closer to a table or floor fan.
The base 200 can be used as a mounting base besides facilitating the placement of the whole fan 1000, for example, in some embodiments, a power supply device 300 is disposed in the base 200, the power supply device 300 is used for supplying power to various electric components (e.g., the fan assembly 130 and the lamp 150) in the fan 1000, and for facilitating wiring, a wiring rack 119 is correspondingly disposed in the housing 110, as shown in fig. 4. The power supply device 300 may be at least one of a rechargeable battery pack, a dry battery, and a cord with a plug, and for convenience of use, the TYPE-C interface is used as the charging interface 310, and power can be supplied through a mobile phone adapter. Of course, in some embodiments, the power supply device 300 may also be disposed in the first chamber 111, and the application is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the fan 1000 has pitch adjustment functionality. And in particular the pitch angle between the main body part 100 and the base 200, can be adjusted. Referring to fig. 3, a sliding seat 210 is disposed in the base 200, a sliding rail 160 capable of slidably engaging with the sliding seat 210 is disposed in the housing 110, and the housing 110 is mounted on the base 200 through the sliding seat 210, so that the posture of the main body portion 100 relative to the base 200 is adjustable. The sliding rail 160 has a projection component in a vertical direction, for example, the sliding rail 160 adopts a straight or arc rail arranged vertically, or adopts a rail inclined upwards, and the projection component in the vertical direction enables the angle of the main unit portion 100 to be adjusted when the sliding rail 160 slides relative to the sliding seat 210, so as to realize imaging, lighting and air outlet in different directions.
Further, in some embodiments, the sliding fit of the sliding seat 210 and the sliding rail 160 is achieved using balls. Specifically, the sliding seat 210 is provided with a spring pulling ball 211 at one end close to the housing 110, the outer end of the spring pulling ball 211 is a ball, and an elastic part is arranged inside the spring pulling ball 211, so that the ball can retract to a certain extent. The slide rail 160 is provided with a plurality of ball grooves 161, the number of the ball grooves 161 is determined according to actual conditions, and the larger the number of the ball grooves 161 is, the more the adjustable postures of the main body part 100 are, and the ball grooves 161 are distributed at intervals along the track of the slide rail 160. When the host portion 100 and the base 200 slide relatively, the spring ball 211 slides in the slide rail 160 and can fall into any one of the ball grooves 161, and after the spring ball 211 is embedded into a certain ball groove 161, the spring ball 211 and the ball groove 161 do not move relatively without external force, so that the host portion 100 can slide to any posture and be fixed.
In some embodiments, the fan 1000 has a head shaking function. Specifically, the horizontal angle between the main unit 100 and the base 200 can be adjusted, the shaking function is realized by the shaking mechanism 400, the shaking mechanism 400 drives the shell 110 to rotate relative to the base 200, and the shaking mechanism 400 can be disposed in the base 200 or the first chamber 111 of the shell 110. The oscillating mechanism 400 is a functional component commonly used in the existing fans, and the specific structure thereof can refer to the related disclosure of the prior art, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the oscillating mechanism 400 is installed in the base 200, the oscillating mechanism 400 includes a mounting bracket 410, an oscillating motor 420, a gear 440, and a supporting plate 430, the oscillating motor 420 is fixedly connected to the housing 110 through the mounting bracket 410, the gear 440 is fixedly installed on a rotating shaft of the oscillating motor 420, a ring groove 431 is disposed in the supporting plate 430, and a gear ring is disposed on a groove wall of one side of the ring groove 431, and the gear ring may specifically be an outer gear ring or an inner gear ring. The electric elements of the fan 1000 are controlled by the circuit board 170, and the main motor 131, the panning motor 420, the lamp 150, and the operation panel 120 are electrically connected to the main motor 131. During operation, the rotating shaft driving gear 440 of the oscillating motor 420 rotates, the gear 440 is meshed with the gear ring, and under the meshing action, the gear 440 rotates around the ring groove 431 in the ring groove 431, so that the oscillating motor 420, the mounting frame 410 and the whole host part 100 are driven to rotate, and the oscillating and wind sweeping functions are achieved. Install in base 200 through mechanism 400 of shaking the head, do not occupy the space of first cavity 111 in casing 110 to adopt independent electric motor 420 of shaking the head to realize the operation of shaking the head, need not set up the action bars that are used for control to shake the head on whole casing 110, casing 110 is complete in structure, better protects the inside subassembly of casing 110.
To facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the components of the base 200, in some embodiments, the base 200 is configured as a detachable structure, and referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 in particular, the base 200 includes a base plate 220 and a base plate cover 230, the base plate cover 230 is rotatably connected to the base plate 220, and the relative rotation between the base plate cover 230 and the base plate 220 can be realized by using bearings in particular. The chassis cover 230 is covered on the chassis 220, the chassis 220 and the chassis cover 230 define a mounting cavity 240, and the gear 440 and the support plate 430 are located in the mounting cavity 240. The middle of the chassis cover 230 protrudes upward to form a docking seat 231 with a hollow interior, and the docking seat 231 is close to the main body part 100, so that the sliding seat 210 is fixedly installed in the docking seat 231, and the mounting frame 410 and the oscillating motor 420 of the oscillating mechanism 400 are fixed in the docking seat 231. The docking cradle 231 is disposed such that there is a space between the main unit part 100 and the docking cradle 200, increasing the pitch swing range of the main unit part 100.

"beneath," "under" and "beneath" a first feature includes the first feature being directly beneath and obliquely beneath the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.

It should be noted that all the directional indications in the embodiments of the present application are only used to explain the relative position relationship, the motion situation, and the like between the components in a certain posture, and if the certain posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.

Claims (14)

1. A fan, comprising:
a housing provided with a first chamber;
a fan assembly disposed within the first chamber;
the outer ring is detachably arranged on the shell, and a lamp is arranged on the outer ring;
wherein, the casing and/or the outer ring are provided with an air outlet communicated with the first cavity.
2. The fan of claim 1, wherein: the outer ring includes:
the mounting shell is provided with a second cavity and is detachably arranged on the shell;
and the lamp bracket is arranged in the second chamber and is provided with the lamp.
3. The fan of claim 2, wherein: the mounting case includes:
the ring shell is sleeved on the shell and is detachably connected with the shell;
and the lampshade is connected to the ring shell so as to surround the second cavity together with the lampshade.
4. The fan as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the lamp holder, the lampshade and the ring shell are all annular;
the ring case has a connection part connected to the case, and an outer circumferential surface of the ring case, which is located close to the connection part, is closer to the case than an outer circumferential surface of the ring case, which is located opposite to the connection part.
5. The fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the second cavity is communicated with the first cavity, and the air outlet is formed in the mounting shell; and/or a communication port facing the mounting shell is arranged on the shell.
6. The fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fan further comprises:
an operation panel connected to the housing;
the circuit board is arranged in the first cavity and positioned between the fan assembly and the operation panel, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the fan assembly, the operation panel and the lamp respectively.
7. The fan of claim 6, wherein: the operation panel is a mirror surface; the air outlet is located on the periphery of the operation panel.
8. The fan as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the housing includes:
the outer cover is provided with the first chamber and an air inlet communicated with the first chamber;
the air guide shell is connected to the outer cover, and the air guide shell and/or the outer cover are/is detachably connected with the outer ring;
the support is arranged in the air guide shell, and the air outlet is formed between the air guide shell and the support; the circuit board and the operation panel are both connected to the bracket;
the air duct is arranged in the first cavity and connected to the air inlet end of the air guide shell; the fan assembly is located inside the air duct.
9. The fan of claim 8, wherein: the fan assembly includes:
a main motor electrically connected to the circuit board;
a wind wheel driven by the main motor;
the main motor is located between the wind wheel and the circuit board, and the wind wheel is close to the air inlet.
10. The fan as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the fan further comprises a base, and the shell is mounted on the base; a power supply device is arranged in the first chamber and/or the base.
11. The fan as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the base is provided with a sliding seat, the shell is provided with a sliding rail with a vertical projection component, and the sliding rail is in sliding fit with the sliding seat.
12. The fan as recited in claim 11, wherein: the sliding seat is provided with a spring poking ball, the sliding rail is provided with more than 2 ball grooves at intervals, and the spring poking ball can be selectively embedded into any one of the ball grooves in a sliding mode.
13. The fan as recited in claim 11, wherein: the base includes:
a chassis;
the chassis cover is covered and buckled on the chassis and is rotationally connected with the chassis, a hollow butt joint seat is arranged on the chassis cover, and the sliding seat is fixed in the butt joint seat.
14. The fan as recited in claim 10, wherein: a head shaking mechanism is arranged in the base or the first chamber; the mechanism of shaking head includes:
the mounting rack is fixedly connected with the shell;
the oscillating motor is connected with the mounting frame;
the supporting plate is provided with a ring groove, and a gear ring is arranged on the groove wall of one side of the ring groove;
the gear, fixed mounting in oscillating motor's pivot, the gear is located in the annular, and with the ring gear meshing.
