When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the use of the directional terms "upper" and "lower" are defined based on the actual use direction of the relevant components, for example, "upper" of the upper drum means a space on one side away from the ground when the upper drum is operated; the term "inner" and "outer" refer to the respective parts and components as per their contour, for example, "mounting bracket in water pipe" refers to a hollow portion formed around the circumference of the water pipe.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, as used in this disclosure, are intended to distinguish one element from another, and not necessarily for order or importance. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the disclosed embodiment provides a water inlet device for a dual-sub type laundry treating apparatus, the water inlet device including a water inlet pipe 10 for connecting a water source and at least two water outlet pipes selectively connected to the water inlet pipe 10, the two water outlet pipes including at least a first pipe 21 for communicating with an upper drum 40 of the laundry treating apparatus and a second pipe 22 for communicating with a lower drum 50 of the laundry treating apparatus, in conjunction with an application environment of the water inlet device shown in fig. 3. Wherein, at least one of the water inlet pipe 10, the first pipeline 21 and the second pipeline 22 is provided with a instantaneous heater 60 therein to provide a proper water temperature for treating the clothes for the upper drum or the lower drum. When the instant heating type water pipe heating device is used, the instant heating type heater 60 arranged inside the water pipe directly heats source water instead of reheating the water after entering the roller, the heating efficiency is higher, the heater is not required to be installed in an independent roller, and special-shaped design is not required to be carried out on the roller, so that the structure of the clothes treatment device is simple, the size is small, and the manufacturing cost is low.
It should be explained first that the instant heater is a facility for instantly heating water flowing around, and is classified into a cast aluminum heater, a cup heater, an aluminum plate stacked heater, a ceramic heater, an infrared heater, a glass tube heater, an electromagnetic heater, etc. according to the heating principle, and the instant heater is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be explained in detail. The installation position of the instantaneous heater 60 in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be designed according to the temperature requirement of the drum, for example, when only the upper drum 40 needs hot water, the instantaneous heater 60 may be disposed in the first pipeline 21, and neither the water inlet pipe 10 nor the second pipeline 22 is disposed with the instantaneous heater 60; when the upper and lower drums 40 and 50 both require hot water, the tankless heater 60 may be disposed in the water inlet pipe 10, or the tankless heater 60 may be disposed in each of the first and second pipes 21 and 22, respectively, or of course, the tankless heater 60 may be disposed in each of the water pipes.
In addition, it should be noted that the water inlet device of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least two water outlet pipes to ensure that both the upper cylinder 40 and the lower cylinder 50 are filled with water, in some embodiments, the water inlet device may include a greater number of water outlet pipes, and additional water outlet pipes may extend to other parts requiring useful water, such as the detergent box, as described below, and may also extend to the upper cylinder 40 and the lower cylinder 50 as supplements to the first pipeline 21 and the second pipeline 22.
Selective connection of the outlet pipe to the inlet pipe 10 may be achieved by appropriate valving. Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, a plurality of outlet pipes may be connected to the inlet pipe 10 through a common one of the multi-way valves 30, the inlet pipe 10 being connected to a main of the multi-way valve 30, and the outlet pipes being connected to branches of the multi-way valve 30. Here, when the communication between the outlet pipes and the inlet pipe 10 is controlled by one multi-way valve 30, it is possible to open the outlet pipes alternatively, simultaneously, or simultaneously, depending on the type of the multi-way valve 30.
In other embodiments, each of the plurality of outlet pipes is provided with a separate solenoid valve. When each water outlet pipeline is respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve for controlling the on-off of the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valves are not interfered with each other and work independently.
In addition, it should be noted that the two aforementioned embodiments may also be combined. For example, when the water inlet device is provided with more than two water outlet pipes, for example, three, four, etc., in addition to the two embodiments described above, in some other embodiments, the first pipe 21 and the second pipe 22 may share a three-way valve, and the other water outlet pipes are respectively provided with a solenoid valve control switch separately, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
To fixedly mount the tankless heater 60 within a respective water conduit, and referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, a mounting bracket 70 is included for mounting the tankless heater 60 within a respective water conduit, the mounting bracket 70 including spaced outer and inner rings 71, 72 connected therebetween by circumferentially spaced support bars 73. Wherein the outer ring 71 abuts against the inner wall of the corresponding water pipe, and the instant heating type heater 60 is configured to be elongated and coaxially inserted into the inner ring 72. The specific type of the mounting bracket 70 is not limited in the disclosed embodiment, for example, based on the foregoing embodiment, in other embodiments, the outer ring 71 may be eliminated, that is, the mounting bracket 70 may be provided with an inner ring 72 and support bars 73 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the support bars 73 directly abut against the inner wall of the corresponding water pipe.
The cooperation between the outer ring 71 and the inner wall of the water pipe and the cooperation between the inner ring 72 and the instantaneous heater 60 can both adopt the form of interference fit, so as to ensure the stable positions of the mounting bracket 70 and the instantaneous heater 60, or the instantaneous heater 60 can be positioned at a proper position by adopting the form of threaded connection, for example, as described below, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
Further, in order to ensure the stability and strength of the instantaneous heater 60 within the water pipe, in some embodiments, the instantaneous heater 60 may be secured within the water pipe by two mounting brackets 70. Here, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, each tankless heater 60 may be secured by two mounting brackets 70, the two mounting brackets 70 being located at each end of the tankless heater 60. Furthermore, in other embodiments, the tankless heater 60 may be secured by three, four, etc. mounting brackets 70, although, when the mounting brackets have a sufficient thickness, the tankless heater 60 may be secured by only one mounting bracket 70, in which case the mounting brackets 70 may be disposed in the middle of the tankless heater 60.
As described above, the instant heating type heater 60 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to a specific installation position, and referring to fig. 1, in order to simplify the structure of the water inlet device and reduce the cost, the instant heating type heater 60 according to the embodiment is only installed in the water inlet pipe 10, but not arranged in the water outlet pipe, and the instant heating type heater 60 heats the water flowing through to supply to the two water outlet pipes.
In order to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the tankless heater 60, in some embodiments, the tankless heater 60 is detachably installed in the corresponding water pipe, and in case that the tankless heater 60 is installed in the water inlet pipe 10, it is installed at a position of the water inlet pipe 10 close to the water source, so that the user can easily handle the tankless heater 60 without detaching the water inlet means as a whole from the laundry treating apparatus. For example, in the case where the instantaneous heater 60 is installed in a water pipe using the above-described mounting bracket 70, the mounting bracket 70 is detachably provided in the corresponding water pipe, and it is necessary to detach the instantaneous heater 60 by detaching the mounting bracket 70. Additionally, in other embodiments, the tankless heater 60 is removably attached within the inner race 72 of the mounting bracket 70, and the tankless heater 60 can be directly and separately removed without removing the mounting bracket 70.
It is further noted that the removable arrangement herein, in some embodiments, is achieved by a simple interference fit, such as the outer diameter of the mounting bracket 70 being slightly larger than the inner diameter of the corresponding water pipe. In other embodiments, the connection may be achieved by a threaded connection, for example, the outer ring 71 of the mounting bracket 70 and the inner wall of the corresponding water pipe are provided with threads, and the two are detachably connected by the threads, in this case, a limit protrusion is usually required to be provided at the end of the threads, so as to prevent the mounting bracket 70 from rotating excessively over the threaded portion of the water pipe, which leads to unstable installation, and the disclosure does not limit this. Otherwise, when the releasable connection is the tankless heater 60 and the inner race 72 of the mounting bracket 70, the implementation is similar to that described above and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to realize that warm water can be supplied to the detergent box to increase the washing ratio, in some embodiments, the at least two outlet pipes further include a third pipe 23 for communicating with the detergent box 80. Here, the third pipeline 23 is similar to the control manner and the internal structure of the first pipeline 21 and the second pipeline 22 described above, and a repeated explanation will not be made here.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a laundry treating apparatus including an upper drum 40 and a lower drum 50 having a laundry treating space, the water inlet device described above, and a controller for controlling the water inlet device. Here, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the controller may control on or off of the water outlet pipe (for example, control on/off and operating state of the multi-way valve 30 or the electromagnetic valve), and may also control operating power of the instantaneous heater 60 so as to adjust water temperature. The clothes treatment equipment has all the advantages of the water inlet device, and the details are not repeated herein.
Further, in order to test the water temperature of the upper barrel 40 and the lower barrel 50 in real time to feed back to the controller for relevant operation state adjustment, in some embodiments, a first temperature sensor connected to the controller is disposed in the upper barrel 40, and a second temperature sensor connected to the controller is disposed in the lower barrel 50. When the water outlet pipe further includes other water pipes such as the third pipe 23, a temperature sensor may be disposed in a space corresponding to the end of the corresponding water pipe, for example, in the detergent box. Here, in some embodiments, the temperature sensor may be a thermocouple. Furthermore, in some other embodiments, the temperature sensor may be a thermistor, which is not limited by this disclosure.
To prevent the occurrence of water reverse flow, in some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 10 is positioned above the upper cylinder 40. In addition, in some other embodiments, the backflow of water may be avoided by providing a one-way valve, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical scheme, the whole working process is described below with reference to one embodiment of fig. 1 to 3, when the washing machine is used, the water inlet pipe 10 is connected with a water source, the controller controls the power of the instant heating type heater 60 to heat washing water flowing through, then the washing water is led to different pipelines through controlling the multi-way valve 30 to complete a working instruction, in the using process, the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are fed back to the controller in real time according to the tested water temperature, and the controller performs relevant adjustment to send out a new instruction after receiving temperature information.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice in the art to which the disclosure pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the disclosure being indicated by the following claims.
It will be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the precise arrangements that have been described above and shown in the drawings, and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
