when the sewage is driven into the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5 of the embodiment by the sludge submersible pump 3 and the pipeline 4 in the sewage adjusting tank 2, the degradation agent is fed into the device through the gravity through the degradation agent container 7 above the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5, two water outlets of the sewage adjusting tank 2 and the degradation agent container 7 blow against each other when water is discharged, and a sewage stirrer is adopted for stirring, so that the sewage and the degradation agent in the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5 are fully stirred and mixed, pollutants in the sewage are adsorbed, degraded and removed, and meanwhile, the sewage flows to the filter layer 8 above the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5 under the pressure of the water pump 3. The solid pollutants and impurities degraded in the flowing process are blocked by collision resistance in different directions when passing through the mud guards 5-1 and 5-2 and sink into a sludge settling area below the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5. The water flowing upwards under the pressure of the water pump 3 is filtered by the filter layer 8 from bottom to top and is discharged from a water outlet above the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5. Most of the pollutants in the effluent water at the moment are adsorbed, degraded and removed. The relatively clean effluent exits under the pressure of the water pump and enters the bottom of the pH neutralization apparatus 10. The whole process of adsorption degradation and filtration only needs 30 minutes.
When effluent discharged from a water outlet above the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5 enters the bottom of the pH value neutralization device 10 through a pipeline 9, a valve of a neutralizer container 11 above the pH value neutralization device 10 is opened, and neutralizer is fed into the pH value neutralization device 10, the two water outlets are blown oppositely when the effluent is discharged, and a sewage stirrer is adopted for stirring, so that the sewage and the neutralizer in the pH value neutralization device 10 are fully stirred and mixed. The adding amount of the dilute sulfuric acid as the neutralizing agent is adjusted at any time according to the real-time monitoring data of the pH value automatic monitoring instrument, so that the pH value of the water in the pH value neutralizing device 10 is kept at about 7. At the same time, the water flows from bottom to top under the pressure of the water pump 3 to the filtering layer 14 above the pH value neutralization device 10, and is discharged from a water outlet above the filtering layer 14 through the filtration of the filtering layer. The discharged water at this time has basically met the discharge standard of town sewage because most pollutants are removed and the pH value is kept at about 7. The pH neutralization takes only 15 minutes for the whole process.
The water discharged from the pH neutralization device 10 is introduced into a fine filtration device 15 for fine filtration. The filtering layer 16 in the fine filtering device 15 is formed by vertically overlapping 7 layers of filtering cloth and a porous non-metallic mineral adsorbing material, and the micro impurities or floccules in water are completely filtered by the strong blocking in different directions of two opposite mud guards in different directions in the fine filtering device 15, so that the treated water quality is further improved, and the improved water quality reaches the first-level discharge standard A of urban sewage or higher. The fine filtration process takes only 30 minutes.
The sludge precipitated in the treatment process of the adsorption degradation treatment device 5, the pH value neutralization device 10 and the fine filtering device 15 is discharged into a sewage discharge pipeline below through pipelines and enters a sludge precipitation device 17, the sludge is precipitated and filtered, the precipitated adsorption saturates are shipped by a filter bag 19, and when the adsorption saturates are filtered to be dry to contain about 60 moisture, the adsorption saturates can be directly used for preparing compost. And the filtered water is pumped back to the adsorption and degradation treatment device 5 for reuse through a submersible pressure pump 18 in a water return pipe. The precipitation filtration process required only 30 minutes.
In the embodiment, after the pilot test treatment is finished, the discharged water is discharged from the sewage discharge outlet, and the third party detects that the discharged water reaches the first-class A standard of the town sewage pollutant discharge standard. The detection results are shown in the following table 1:

From the detection results, the indexes of pollutants contained in the sewage treated by the novel sewage purification treatment equipment of the embodiment are reduced by 60-70% of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), more than 60% of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5) and 30-50% of total nitrogen (mg/L) relative to the original data of the sewage inlet sample; the total phosphorus (mg/L) is reduced by more than 95%, and the suspended matters (mg/L) are reduced by about 90%. The content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solid in the sewage is greatly reduced, the index of the one-level A discharge standard of the urban sewage pollutants is completely met, and the purpose of the utility model is realized. The utility model can be widely used for the purification treatment of urban domestic sewage and can also be used for the purification treatment of industrial sewage.

Claims (10)

1. A novel sewage purification treatment device comprises a sewage adjusting tank and is characterized by comprising an adsorption degradation treatment device, a pH value neutralization device, a fine filtering device and a sludge precipitation device; the sewage adjusting tank is connected with the adsorption and degradation treatment device through a pressure water pump and a pipeline which are arranged in the adjusting tank, and the pH value neutralizing device is connected with the adsorption and degradation treatment device and the fine filtering device through a pipeline; wherein, the upper part of the adsorption degradation treatment device is connected with a degradation agent container through a pipeline and a valve, and the upper part of the pH value neutralization device is connected with a neutralizer container through a pipeline and a valve;
the adsorption and degradation treatment device, the pH value neutralization device and the fine filtering device are connected with a sewage pipeline through pipelines and valves arranged below the adsorption and degradation treatment device respectively, and are connected with the sludge precipitation device through the sewage pipeline, and a water return pipeline is also arranged between the sludge precipitation device and the adsorption and degradation treatment device.

The novel sewage purification treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a filter layer is arranged above the adsorption and degradation treatment device, and a water outlet of the adsorption and degradation treatment device is arranged above the filter layer; the pipeline outlet of the sewage adjusting tank is arranged at the bottom of the adsorption degradation treatment device; the pipeline outlet of the degradation agent container is arranged at the bottom of the adsorption and degradation treatment device, and the pipeline outlet of the sewage adjusting tank and the pipeline outlet of the adsorption and degradation treatment device are arranged opposite to each other at the bottom outlet of the adsorption and degradation treatment device; and a stirring device is arranged in the adsorption degradation treatment device.

The novel sewage purification treatment device according to claim 2, wherein two splash guards which are opposite in upper and lower directions and are inclined at 35-45 degrees are further arranged in the adsorption and degradation treatment device, the splash guards are welded on the inner wall of the adsorption and degradation treatment device in an inclined manner along the diameter circumferential direction of the splash guards in the adsorption and degradation treatment device, and a water outlet of 100-300 mm is reserved at the lowest position; the two fenders are arranged above the outlets of the two pipelines.

The novel sewage purification treatment equipment according to claim 1, wherein a filter layer is arranged above the pH value neutralization device, and a water outlet of the pH value neutralization device is arranged above the filter layer; the pipeline outlet of the adsorption degradation treatment device is arranged at the bottom of the pH value neutralization device; the pipeline outlet of the pH value neutralization device is arranged at the bottom in the pH value neutralization device; the pipeline outlet of the adsorption degradation treatment device and the pipeline outlet of the neutralizer container are arranged opposite to the outlet at the bottom of the pH value neutralization device; and a stirring device is arranged in the pH value neutralizing device.

The novel sewage purification treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a filter layer is arranged above the fine filter device, and the water outlet of the fine filter device is arranged above the filter layer; the fine filtering device is also provided with two upper and lower splash guards which correspond to each other in different directions and are inclined by 35-45 degrees, the splash guards are welded on the inner wall of the fine filtering device in an inclined manner along the diameter circumferential direction of the splash guards in the fine filtering device, and a water outlet of 100-300 mm is reserved at the lowest position; the two fenders are arranged above the outlets of the two pipelines.

the filter layers in the adsorption degradation treatment device and the pH value neutralization device are provided with 3-5 layers of filter materials, and the fine filter device is provided with 6-8 layers of filter materials; the total thickness of the filter layer may be determined according to the sizes and capacities of the adsorption degradation treatment device, the pH neutralization device, and the fine filtration device.
7. The sewage purification treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the sludge settling device is divided into a sludge settling tank and a water filtering tank, sludge is settled in the sludge settling tank, and a water pump and a water return pipe are arranged in the water filtering tank.
