As shown in fig. 3B, the back sheet 5 (not shown) coated with a hot melt adhesive is attached to the upper surface of the absorbent body 6 having the slits 8Z formed therein. However, the opening of the slit 8Z is not bonded to the back sheet 5, but is assembled in a state of being not bonded to the back sheet 5. Further, a part of the absorbent body 6 other than the vicinity of the slit 8Z may be in a non-bonded state without being bonded to the backsheet 5.

According to the diaper 1 described above, the widthwise outer side surfaces of the end portions 81 and 82 (an example of "widthwise side portions of end portions" in the present disclosure) are stretched widthwise outwardly by the abdomen gathers 2. Thereby, the width of the end portions 81, 82 is widened. Thereby, the speed of urine passing through the end portions 81 and 82 in the longitudinal direction can be slowed down. Thereby, urine seeps out onto the topsheet in a decelerated state. Thereby preventing leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side or back leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
When the user wears the diaper 1, the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1 is urged in a direction in which the width is narrowed by both legs. This also narrows the width of the slit 8Z, and increases the speed of urine passing through the slit 8Z in the longitudinal direction. However, in the front body region 1F and the rear body region 1R, such a force acting in a direction to narrow the width of the slit 8Z is suppressed by the tension of the rubber thread 22 to the outside in the width direction. Thereby, the width of the slit 8Z is secured. Therefore, even when the speed of urine increases in the center portion of the slit 8Z in the longitudinal direction, the speed of urine passing through the end portions 81 and 82 of the slit 8Z is reduced. This can prevent back leakage.
Even when the distance from the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1 to the end portions 81 and 82 is sufficiently long and the variation in the width of the slit 8Z in the crotch region 1B is suppressed from reaching the end portions 81 and 82, the speed of urine passing through the end portions 81 and 82 can be reliably reduced by the structure of the diaper 1. This prevents leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side or leakage of urine from the back of the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
Further, according to the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 (B), the end portions 81 and 82 are provided with a tapered shape whose depth becomes gradually shallower toward the longitudinal direction leading end. This can guide urine in the direction of the top sheet. Further, since the angle of the taper is a gentle angle of about 45 degrees, the increase in the speed of urine can be suppressed by providing the taper. It is possible to prevent the side leakage caused by scattering of urine in the thickness direction of the diaper 1, for example, because the flow direction of urine cannot be controlled.
Further, since the end portions 81 and 82 are tapered, the absorbent body 6 on the non-skin surface side is thicker than the tapered surface. This suppresses the vicinity of the ends 81 and 82 from being crushed in the width direction. This can suppress an increase in the speed of urine passing through the end portions 81 and 82 in the longitudinal direction. This prevents leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side and leakage of urine from the back of the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
As shown in part (B) of fig. 3, in order to form the tapered slits 8Z at the end portions 81 and 82, tapered portions whose widths are gradually reduced are provided at both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the projection 71. By providing such tapered projections 71, the net sheet 70 can be easily pulled out from the absorbent body 6 in a state where the defibered pulp is accumulated. This makes it possible to easily manufacture the absorber 6 having the slits 8Z.
In addition, according to the above diaper 1, the opening of the slit 8Z is not attached to the back sheet 5. Thereby, urine flowing through the slit 8Z can flow out toward the backsheet 5. Thereby, a large amount of urine can be suppressed from reaching the end 81 or 82 of the slit 8Z. This prevents leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side and leakage of urine from the back of the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
Further, according to the diaper 1 described above, a part of the rubber thread 22 forming the abdomen gather 2 is welded to the absorbent body 6. Thereby, the absorbent body 6 is stretched outward in the width direction. The ends 81 and 82 of the slit 8Z can be expanded in the width direction. This can decelerate the speed of urine passing through the end portions 81 and 82. So that urine seeps out to the top sheet in a decelerated state. This prevents leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side and leakage of urine from the back of the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
In the diaper 1, the slit 8Z is disposed at a distance of, for example, about 130mm from the lower end of the waist gather 3 in the back region 1R. Further, the weight per square meter of the absorbent body 6 of the region 83 is about 180g/m 2 The contraction force of the waist gather 3 was about 2.4N. This suppresses the contraction of the end 81 of the slit 8Z in the width direction by the contraction force of the waist gather 3. Fig. 4 is an example of a developed view of the diaper 1A according to modification 1 as viewed from the non-skin surface side. As shown in fig. 4, the diaper 1A includes 1 absorbent body 6A which is not divided. Further, the absorbent body 6A is provided with a concave portion 8A (an example of the "groove" of the present disclosure) recessed from the skin surface side toward the non-skin side. For example, 2 recesses 8A are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction. The width of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8A is the same. Thereby, the urine is similarly spread on the absorbent body 6A through the concave portion 8A. The concave portion 8A may be formed by, for example, performing a weight reduction process on the absorbent body 6A, or may be formed by performing an extrusion process.
Here, the end 81A extending in the width direction may be a region closer to the back region 1R than the crotch-side end in the longitudinal direction of the abdomen gather 2. Alternatively, when the cover sheet 4 of the diaper 1 is formed of 3 pieces of the front body region 1F, the crotch region 1B, and the back body region 1R, the end portion 81A may be a portion overlapping the back body region 1R when the diaper 1 is viewed from the non-skin surface side. Alternatively, the end 81A may be a region which communicates with the end on the back region 1R side in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8A and has substantially the same width as the end.
The absorbent body 6A is disposed so as to overlap the lower end of the waist gather 3. Further, an end 81A of the recess 8A on the back region 1R side extends to the vicinity of the end in the longitudinal direction of the waist gather 3, unlike the end 81 of the slit 8Z of the embodiment. The width of the end portion 81A is wider than the width of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8A.

According to the diaper 1A, the outer side surface in the width direction of the end portion 81A is stretched outward in the width direction by the abdomen gather 2. The width of the end portion 81A is wider than the width of the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8A. Thus, even when the end portion 81A disposed in the vicinity of the waist gather 3 contracts in the width direction under the influence of the contraction force of the waist gather 3, the width of the end portion 81A can be suppressed from becoming narrower than the width of the central portion of the recess 8A. Fig. 5 is an example of a developed view of the diaper 1B according to modification 2 as viewed from the non-skin surface side. The absorbent body 6B of the diaper 1B is provided with a concave portion 8B (an example of a "groove" in the present disclosure) which is concave when viewed from the skin surface side. The recesses 8B extend in the longitudinal direction and are arranged with a predetermined interval in the width direction. In the diaper 1B, the stretch panel 23 (an example of the "stretchable member" of the present disclosure) is provided in a region sandwiched by the end portions 81B of the concave portion 8B in the width direction.
The stretch panel 23 is attached with a rubber thread 24 extending in the width direction of the diaper 1B. The stretch sheet 23 is stacked in the thickness direction between the absorbent body 6B and the top sheet in a state where the rubber thread 24 is extended in this manner. The stretch sheet 23 is fixed by welding or the like to the absorbent body 6B. The diaper 1B is not provided with the abdomen gathers 2.

According to the diaper 1B described above, even if the abdomen gather 2 is not provided, the inner side surface in the width direction of the 2 end portions 81B (an example of "side portion in the width direction of the end portion" in the present disclosure) is further stretched inward by contraction of the stretch panel 23 in the width direction. Thus, the width of the end portion 81B is wider than the width of the longitudinal center portion of the recess 8B. In addition, even when affected by the contraction force of the waist gather 3, the width of the end portion 81B can be suppressed from narrowing. Fig. 6 is an example of a development view of a diaper according to modification 3. Specifically, this is an example of a developed view of the diaper 1VC according to modification 3 as viewed from the skin surface side. The absorber 6C of the diaper 1VC is provided with a concave portion 8C (an example of a "groove" in the present disclosure) which is concave when viewed from the skin surface side. The concave portion 8C extends in the longitudinal direction (extending direction) and is arranged with a predetermined interval in the width direction (an example of "a pair of grooves" in the present disclosure). The width of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8C is the same. Thereby, the urine is similarly spread on the absorbent body 6C through the concave portion 8C. The concave portion 8C may be formed by, for example, performing a weight reduction process on the absorbent body 6C, or may be formed by performing an extrusion process. While the figure relates to the back region (back side) 1R of the diaper 1VC, the front region 1F (abdomen side) may have the same form as the figure.
Side sheets 10L and 10R are provided on the skin surface side of the diaper and on the left and right sides in the width direction. The longitudinal ends of the side sheets 10L, 10R are joined to the absorbent body 6C by hot melt adhesive or the like. The joining surfaces are formed by joining the back sheet, cover sheet 4, and the like on the non-skin surface side of the diaper 1VC to one end of the side sheets 10L, 10R, i.e., the end portions on the left and right outer sides in the width direction, by hot melt adhesive or the like.
On the other hand, at the end (the other end) on the inner side in the width direction of the longitudinal direction central portion of the side sheets 10L, 10R, the side sheets 10L, 10R are not fixed but become free ends. Elastic members such as rubber threads are attached to the width direction free end sides of the side sheets 10L, 10R, and are biased toward the longitudinal direction center portion. When the diaper is worn by a wearer, the free end sides of the side sheets 10L and 10R rise in a wrinkled state from rising lines formed at boundaries with the widthwise inner end portions of the widthwise right and left joining surfaces by the urging force of the elastic member. The side sheets 10L and 10R standing up to the skin surface side are in close contact with the skin surface side and function as the three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR.
In this modification, the front end portion 81C in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8C in the rear region 1R of the diaper is wider than the width of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8A and extends substantially in a fan shape outward in the width direction. In other words, the arc portion of the tip end portion 81C, which extends in a substantially fan-like shape, spreads in the direction in which the side sheets 10L and 10R are present, from the direction in which the waist gather 3 is present, i.e., also in the direction on the extension of the main portion of the concave portion 8C. The side sheets 10L and 10R have three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR in the direction in which the side sheets 10L and 10R are present. Further, the abdomen gathers 2 are present on the left and right of the longitudinal front end portion 81C. Thus, it can be said that a part of the longitudinal direction distal end portion 81C of the recess 8C is directed in the direction intersecting the rising lines of the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR.
FIG. 7 shows an example 1 of a cross-sectional view in the width direction of the diaper. Specifically, the diaper 1VC in fig. 6 isbase:Sub>A cross-sectional view in the width direction taken along the linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A. The diaper 1VC is laminated in the order of the top sheet 7, the absorbent body 6C, the back sheet 5, and the cover sheet 4 from the skin surface side of the diaper 1 VC. The hydrophobic side sheets 10L and 10R are joined from the hood sheet 4 to the side surface of the absorbent body 6C wrapped by the top sheet 7, and then joined to the skin surface side width direction end of the absorbent body 6C wrapped by the top sheet 7. Since the linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A isbase:Sub>A cross section near the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1VC, the inner sides of the side sheets 10L, 10R in the width direction become free ends, and are urged by the elastic members to become the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR. In the example of the figure, the concave portion 8C accompanying the absorbent body 6C is a substantially V-shaped groove formed by a bottom surface having the thinnest thickness of the absorbent body, an inclined line rising toward the center in the width direction, and an inclined line rising toward the left and right ends in the width direction, and the body fluid falling into the concave portion 8C is uniformly absorbed by the absorbent body 6C on the inner and outer sides in the width direction and flows in the longitudinal direction.
FIG. 8 is a2 nd example of a widthwise cross-sectional view of a diaper. The cutting position is the linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A shown in fig. 6, similarly to fig. 7. In the example of the figure, the inclined line rising toward the center in the width direction of the concave portion 8C rises substantially vertically. On the other hand, the inclination angle of the inclination line rising to the left and right ends in the width direction of the concave portion 8C is smaller than the inclination line rising to the center in the width direction. Therefore, urine that has fallen into the recess 8C and spilled out is likely to flow outward in the width direction.
[ action and Effect ]
In the diaper 1VC, the front end portion 81C in the longitudinal direction of the recess 8C in the back region 1R of the diaper is spread outward in the width direction. An abdomen gather 2 is attached to the side surface of the longitudinal front end portion 81C. When the diaper 1VC is worn, the absorbent body 6C positioned in the front body region 1F and the back body region 1R is expanded by the contractive force of the abdomen gathers 2. This suppresses the width of the distal end portion 81C from becoming narrower than the width of the central portion of the recess 8C. In this example, the urine that is not absorbed in the concave portion 8C decelerates at the distal end portion 81C and flows outward in the width direction of the diaper.
Here, the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR are present on the widthwise outer sides of the absorbent body 6C. Further, since there is a bag-like space capable of temporarily holding urine between the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR and the absorber 6C, the urine flowing from the longitudinal front end portion 81C to the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR is absorbed by the absorber 6C while being held in the bag-like space. In this embodiment, the main flow direction of the urine that flows through the recess 8C and reaches the distal end portion 81C to be decelerated is the widthwise outer side, and it is difficult to reach the waist gather, so back leakage is suppressed. Further, since the pocket space formed between the three-dimensional urine gathers 3BL, 3BR and the absorber 6C is held and absorbed, the gathers do not spill out of the diaper 1 VC.
Further, if the inclined lines on the side of the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR are made gentle as shown in fig. 8, even when the recess 8C is narrowed, the inclined lines flow into the bag-like space formed between the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR and the absorbent body 6C to some extent. Thus, even when the recess 8C temporarily does not function as a flow path for urine, urine does not flow out of the diaper 1 VC.

Fig. 9 is an example of a developed view of a diaper according to modification 4. Specifically, this is an example of a developed view of the diaper 1VD according to modification 4 as viewed from the skin surface side. The absorbent body 6D of the diaper 1VD is provided with a concave portion 8D (an example of the "groove" of the present disclosure) which is concave when viewed from the skin surface side. In the crotch region 1B, the concave portions 8D extend in the longitudinal direction (extending direction) and are arranged with a predetermined gap therebetween in the width direction (an example of "a pair of grooves" in the present disclosure). However, the concave portion 8D is curved outward in the width direction in the back region 1R shown in the present figure. The concave portion 8C may be formed by, for example, performing a weight reduction process on the absorbent body 6C, or may be formed by performing an extrusion process.
The diaper 1VD is provided with three-dimensional gathers 3BR and 3BL, which is the same as in modification 3. Urine that has passed through the main portion of the recess 8D and reached the front body region 1F and the back body region 1R changes its flow direction by bending the longitudinal direction front end portion 81D of the recess 8D outward in the width direction, and is discharged from the longitudinal direction front end portion 81D toward the outer side in the width direction. The longitudinal end portion 81D faces the direction in which the standing lines of the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR exist. That is, in this modification as well, as in modification 3, it can be said that the longitudinal direction front end portion 81D which is a part of the recess 8D is directed in a direction intersecting with the rising lines of the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR. Further, although the figure relates to the rear region 1R (back side) of the diaper 1VD, the configuration in the front region 1F (abdomen side) may be the same as that of the figure.

According to the diaper 1VD, when the urine flowing through the concave portion 8D reaches the front body region 1F and the rear body region 1R as the direction of the concave portion 8D changes, the urine flows outward in the width direction. The urine discharged from the longitudinal end portion 81D is directly introduced into the bag-like space formed between the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR and the absorbent body 6C, and is absorbed by the absorbent body 6C while being held. In this mode, since the urine flow direction is outside the diaper 1VD in the width direction, the back leakage can be suppressed. Further, since urine is held and absorbed in the pocket space between the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR and the absorber 6C, the urine does not spill out of the diaper 1 VD.

Fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view of a diaper 1VE according to a modification example 5. Fig. 11 is a view schematically showing a state in which the diaper 1VE according to the modification 5 is unfolded and stretched. Part (a) of fig. 11 schematically shows the internal structure when the diaper 1VE in an unfolded and extended state is viewed from the left side. Part (B) of fig. 11 schematically shows a plan view of the diaper 1VE in an unfolded and extended state.
The diaper 1VE has cover sheets 4FE, 4RE and a cushion cover sheet 16E (an example of "outer sheet" referred to in the present application) which form an outer surface in a worn state. The cover sheet 4FE mainly forms the outer surface of the front body region 1F of the diaper 1 VE. The cushion sheet 16E mainly forms the outer surface of the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1 VE. In addition, the cover sheet 4RE mainly forms the outer surface of the back region 1R of the diaper 1 VE. The cover sheets 4FE and 4RE and the cushion cover sheet 16E are provided to reinforce the outer surface of the diaper 1VE and improve the texture, and for example, a nonwoven fabric made of a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin may be used as a material thereof in order to suppress leakage of excrement. Here, examples of the liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin include Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and the like. In addition, the liquid-impermeable sheet may have a plurality of fine pores of about 0.1 to several μm formed therein in order to exhibit liquid impermeability and moisture permeability. In addition, in order to improve the air permeability around the trunk, the cover sheets 4FE and 4RE may be partially or entirely formed with a plurality of holes.
The diaper 1VE further includes an inner cover sheet 5FE laminated on the skin surface side of the cover sheet 4FE and an inner cover sheet 5RE laminated on the skin surface side of the cover sheet 4FE. The inner cover sheet 5FE is a sheet-like member having a shape corresponding to a portion of the cover sheet 4FE closer to the crotch region 1B than a linear hole 4FE6 described later. The inner cover sheet 5RE is also a sheet-like member having a shape corresponding to a portion of the inner cover sheet 5RE on the crotch region 1B side of a later-described linear eyelet 4RE6, similarly to the inner cover sheet 5 FE.
The diaper 1VE further includes a back sheet 7E, an absorbent body 8E, and a top sheet 9E stacked in this order on the skin surface side of the pad cover sheet 16E. The cushion sheet 16E is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped sheet having a length extending from the front to the back of the wearer through the crotch in the longitudinal direction and a predetermined lateral width in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The back sheet 7E, the absorber 8E, and the top sheet 9E are sheet-like members each having a substantially rectangular outer shape, similarly to the cushion cover sheet 16E, and are stacked in this order with respect to the cushion cover sheet 16E in a state where the longitudinal direction coincides with the longitudinal direction of the cushion cover sheet 16E. The longitudinal direction of the pad cover sheet 16E, back sheet 7E, absorbent body 8E, and top sheet 9E coincides with the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VE, and the width direction of the pad cover sheet 16E, back sheet 7E, absorbent body 8E, and top sheet 9E coincides with the width direction of the diaper 1 VE.
The back sheet 7E is a sheet formed of a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin material for suppressing leakage of excrement. The top sheet 9E is a sheet-like member disposed on the skin surface side of the wearer so as to cover the water absorption surface of the absorbent body 8E. The topsheet 9E is partially or entirely liquid-permeable. Therefore, in the worn state of the diaper 1VE, liquid excreted from the wearer is absorbed by the absorbent body 8E while entering the top sheet 9E, which is contactable with the skin of the wearer. Examples of the liquid-permeable sheet include woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, and porous film. Further, the top sheet 9E may have hydrophilicity.
The absorbent body 8E has, for example, the following structure: particulate absorbent resins such as hydrophilic polymers having a crosslinked structure capable of absorbing and retaining water are retained in gaps between short fibers of cellulose fibers such as pulp fibers, rayon fibers and cotton fibers, or short fibers obtained by hydrophilizing synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate. Thus, when the absorbent body 8E absorbs the liquid excreted from the wearer, the absorbent resin held in the gaps in the short fibers swells and the liquid is held in the short fibers. The absorbent body 8E may have a single-layer structure composed of 1 sheet of mat, or may have a laminated structure in which a plurality of sheets of mats are stacked. The absorbent body 8E may have an appropriate shape according to the purpose. Examples of the shape of the absorbent body 8E include a rectangular shape, an hourglass shape in which the vicinity of the central portion is constricted, and other various shapes.
The backsheet 7E, the absorbent body 8E, and the topsheet 9E extend from the front body region 1F to the back body region 1R. Thus, when the private part (crotch) of the wearer is covered with the pad cover sheet 16E in which the back sheet 7E, the absorber 8E, and the top sheet 9E are laminated, both longitudinal end portions of the back sheet 7E, the absorber 8E, and the top sheet 9E are positioned on the abdomen side and the back side of the wearer. That is, the pudendal region of the wearer is covered with the absorbent body 8E from the abdomen side to the back side of the wearer. Therefore, even when the wearer discharges the liquid to the outside of the body in either of the abdomen-down posture and the back-down posture, the discharged liquid contacts the absorbent body 8 through the top sheet 9E.
The diaper 1VE further includes elongated belt-like side sheets 10LE and 10RE for forming the three-dimensional gathers 3BLE and 3BRE. The side sheets 10LE, 10RE are provided on the long side portions of the top sheet 9E. Rubber threads 10LE1, 10RE1 are joined to the side sheets 10LE, 10RE in the longitudinal direction. Thus, when the diaper 1VE is in the finished state, the side sheets 10LE and 10RE are pulled up in the longitudinal direction by the contraction force of the rubber strings 10LE1 and 10RE1 and are raised from the top sheet 9E along the fold lines 10LE2 and 10RE2, by the edges 4FE7 of the cover sheet 4FE which are the left side edges of the front body region 1F and the edges 4RE7 of the cover sheet 4RE which are the left side edges of the rear body region 1R being joined to each other and the edges 4FE8 of the cover sheet 4FE which are the right side edges of the front body region 1F and the edges 4RE8 of the cover sheet 4RE which are the right side edges of the rear body region 1R being joined to each other. As a result, three-dimensional gathers 3BLE and 3BRE are formed which prevent liquid from flowing out through left lower limb opening 2LE and right lower limb opening 2 RE. The method of joining the edge 4FE7 of the cover sheet 4FE and the edge 4RE7 of the cover sheet 4RE, and the edge 4FE8 of the cover sheet 4FE and the edge 4RE8 of the cover sheet 4RE are not particularly limited, and the joining can be performed by, for example, heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like.
Further, the diaper 1VE has: a ventilation path formation sheet 11FE laminated on the skin surface side of the cover sheet 4FE so as to sandwich the cushion cover sheet 16E, the back sheet 7E, the absorbent body 8E, the top sheet 9E, and the side sheets 10LE and 10 RE; and an air passage forming sheet 11RE laminated on the skin surface side of the cover sheet 4RE. The air passage forming sheet 11FE overlaps the cover sheet 4FE at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the top sheet 9E. The air passage forming sheet 11RE overlaps the cover sheet 4RE on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the top sheet 9E. In the present application, the state in which the sheets are overlapped is not limited to a mode in which the overlapped sheets are overlapped in a state in which the entire surfaces of the overlapped sheets are in contact with each other, but includes a concept in which a part of the sheets are overlapped with each other. For example, the air passage formation sheet 11FE overlaps the pad cover sheet 16E in a state where a part of one end side in the longitudinal direction thereof is in contact with a part of the cover sheet 4FE.
On the ventilation path forming sheet 11FE, in the upper side edge direction along the front body region 1FA plurality of fine vent holes 11FE1 for ventilation are arranged in a region extending in the left-right direction. A plurality of vent holes 11RE1 are also arranged in the vent passage forming sheet 11RE in the same manner as the vent passage forming sheet 11 FE. Here, the vent hole is an opening portion that communicates a space on one surface side and a space on the other surface side of the sheet, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited. Here, as shown in fig. 11, the cover sheet 4FE is folded back at one end side at the linear hole 4FE 6. The linear eyelets 4FE6 are formed by arranging vent holes formed by fine slits cut in a straight line in the cover sheet 4FE along the edges of the body opening 2TE in a dotted line. The dotted ventilation holes forming the linear perforations 4FE6 are of a size that cannot be entered by the wearer's fingers. For example, if the vent hole is formed by a slit having a length of 5mm or less, fingers of a typical infant do not enter the vent hole. The interval between the cuts of the linear perforation 4FE6 forming the dashed vent holes is set to a predetermined length so that the cover sheet 4FE is not cut at the boundary of the linear perforation 4FE6 in the normal use state of the diaper 1 VE. The rubber threads 4RE2 and 4RE3 are provided on the cover sheet 4RE in such a direction that the longitudinal direction, which is the stretching direction, is the width direction (left-right direction) of the diaper 1 VE. Thus, when the edge 4FE7 and the edge 4RE7 (see fig. 10) are joined to each other and the edge 4FE8 and the edge 4RE8 (see fig. 10) are joined to each other, the rubber threads 4FE2 and 4FE3 and the rubber threads 4RE2 and 4RE3 form a substantially annular stretchable member that surrounds the body opening 2TE, and function to contract the body opening 2TE in the body circumferential direction. That is, the rubber threads 4FE2 and 4FE3 and the rubber threads 4RE2 and 4RE3 exert contraction forces to bring the diaper 1VE into close contact with the wearer, thereby preventing a gap from being formed between the diaper 1VE and the waist of the wearer. The rubber threads 4FE2 and 4FE3 and the rubber threads 4RE2 and 4RE3 are discretely bonded to the cover sheets 4FE and 4RE by an adhesive agent discretely applied in the longitudinal direction of the rubber threads. The adhesive for bonding the rubber threads 4FE2, 4FE3, 4RE2, 4RE3 and the cover sheets 4FE, 4RE may be applied to the rubber threads 4FE2, 4FE3, 4RE2, 4RE3 or to the cover sheets 4FE, 4RE. Instead of the adhesive, the rubber threads 4FE2, 4FE3, 4RE2, 4RE3 may be joined to the cover sheets 4FE, 4RE by ultrasonic welding. Further, rubber wires 4FE4 and 4FE5 (an example of the "1 st stretchable member" in the present application) are bonded to the cover sheet 4FE in a stretched state, and rubber wires 4RE4 and 4RE5 are bonded to the cover sheet 4RE in a stretched state. The rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are elastic members provided in the crotch region 1B side of the cover sheet 4FE with respect to the rubber threads 4FE3. In the diaper 1VE, the rubber threads 4FE4, 4FE5, 4RE4, 4RE5 form an abdominal gather 3TE on the crotch region 1B side of the waist gather 3RE. However, the rubber wires 4FE4 and 4FE5 are cut out by a predetermined lateral width at the center in the width direction, unlike the rubber wires 4FE2 and 4FE3 extending from the left end to the right end of the cover sheet 4FE. The cover sheet 4FE has the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 cut at the widthwise central portion, and therefore, the expansion of the absorbent body 8E due to water absorption is not inhibited, and a proper close contact feeling can be given to the lower abdomen of the wearer. The cover sheet 4RE is also bonded to the cover sheet 4RE by the rubber threads 4RE4 and 4RE5 whose widthwise central portions are cut out by a predetermined width, similarly to the cover sheet 4FE, and gives a moderate close-fitting feeling to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
As shown in fig. 11, the absorbent body 8E has a pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE extending in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 VE. The pair of grooves 8SLE, 8SRE penetrate the absorbent body 8E in the thickness direction and extend around the crotch region 1B. The slots 8SLE and 8SRE have the same length and width and are arranged at the same position in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 VE. The grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center in the width direction of the diaper 1VE, and are formed parallel to each other. Urine discharged from the wearer is guided into the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE and spread throughout the absorbent body 8E.
The rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are disposed in an extended state on the outer sides in the width direction of the diaper 1VE at the end portions (the abdomen-side end portions) of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE on the front body region 1F side. Here, the diaper 1VE according to the modification 5 is suitable for men, particularly for infants and young men. When the wearer is male, a region 20E indicated by an elliptical broken line shown in fig. 11 is a male genital organ corresponding region corresponding to the male genital organ of the wearer (hereinafter referred to as "male genital organ corresponding region 20E". Here, the abdomen side portion is the front body region 1F side of the waist gather 3RE, and is the region where the rubber strings 4FE2, 4FE3 are disposed, in other words, the male genital organ corresponding region 20E is adjacent to the waist gather 3RE 3 on the front body region 1F side.
In the worn state of the diaper 1VE, the outer sides in the width direction of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are pressed in the skin surface direction by the rubber thread 4FE5, and the space between the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE is not pressed in the skin surface direction, so that a space is formed between the top sheet 9E and the skin surface. This is because, between the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, the force of the rubber thread 4FE5 pulling the diaper 1VE outward in the width direction is blocked by the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, and is more likely to be separated from the skin surface than the outward in the width direction of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. The diaper 1VE is configured to be worn with the male genitals facing the crotch region 1B and to be able to hold the male genitals facing the crotch region 1B in the worn state by accommodating the male genitals in the space.
When the wearer is an infant, the orientation of the male genitals in the diaper is difficult to be constant because the male genitals of the wearer are short. If a wearer urinates with the male genitals facing the width direction or the abdomen of the diaper, side leakage occurs in which urine leaks from the lateral side, and abdominal leakage occurs in which urine leaks from the abdomen. In the diaper 1VE according to the modification example 5, since the male genitals can be held in the worn state toward the crotch region 1B by accommodating the male genitals in the space, the urination direction of the wearer can be maintained toward the crotch region 1B, and side leakage and abdominal leakage of urine can be suppressed. This can suppress urine leakage in the diaper 1VE according to the modification 5.
In fig. 11, the dashed dotted line CLE is the center line of the groove 8SLE, the dashed dotted line CRE is the center line of the groove 8SRE, and the center lines of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are spaced from each other by WE. The interval WE is set to be 20mm or more and 50mm or less in consideration of the size of the male genitals of the infant so that a space for accommodating the male genitals is formed in a worn state. This forms a space corresponding to the size of the male genitalia of the infant. Preferably, the ends of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE on the front body region 1F side are closer to the crotch region 1B than the male genital region 20E, and the ends of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE on the back body region 1R side are closer to the crotch region 1B than the anus region 30E corresponding to the anus of the wearer shown in fig. 11. The anus corresponding region 30E is a region that overlaps with the position where the wearer's anus contacts the top sheet 9E in the thickness direction in the normal worn state of the diaper 1E. The diaper 1VE can prevent the stimulation of the male genitals or anus by the grooves 8SLE, 8SRE, and can prevent the occurrence of skin diseases on the male genitals or anus.
Here, when the longitudinal end portions of the diaper 1VE are folded in two while being overlapped with each other, the lengths of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from the center in the longitudinal direction are defined. The dashed-two dotted line FLE in fig. 11 is a fold line in the case where the longitudinal end portions of the diaper 1VE are folded in two while being overlapped with each other, and indicates the longitudinal center of the diaper 1 VE. When the diaper 1VE is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLE, the diaper 1VE is suitable for infants and young children whose body weight is in a range of 5kg or more and 13kg or less when the length (LE 1 in fig. 11) of the abdomen-side end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from the center (two-dot chain line FLE) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VE is in a range of 90mm or more and 100mm or less. Further, when the diaper 1VE is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLE, the diaper 1VE is suitable for infants and young children whose body weight is in the range of 8kg to 15kg when the length (LE 1) of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE, 8SRE from the center (the two-dot chain line FLE) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VE is in the range of 85mm to 95 mm. Further, when the diaper 1VE is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLE, and the length (LE 1) of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from the center (two-dot chain line FLE) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VE is in the range of 110mm to 120mm, the diaper 1VE is suitable for infants having a body weight in the range of 11kg to 23 kg. Further, when the diaper 1VE is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLE, and the length (LE 1) of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from the center (two-dot chain line FLE) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VE is in the range of 100mm to 110mm, the diaper 1VE is suitable for infants having a body weight in the range of 12kg to 29 kg.
In the male genital organ corresponding region 20E, it is preferable that no elastic member (elastic member) such as a rubber thread is disposed. By not providing the stretchable member in the male genital area 20E, it is possible to prevent formation of a space for accommodating the male genitals from being hindered. Further, by not disposing the stretchable member in the male genital area 20E, the male genitals are not pressed in the skin surface direction by the diaper 1 VE. This is to prevent the male genitals from being pressed in the skin surface direction and being directed in an unexpected direction other than the crotch region 1B side. The diaper 1VE according to the modification example 5 prevents the male genitals from being oriented in the unexpected direction, thereby preventing the urination direction from being in the unexpected direction and suppressing the urine leakage.
The space for housing the male genitals is formed by the diaper 1VE bulging in a dome shape from a virtual standing line LE3 indicated by a thick broken line in fig. 11 toward the non-skin surface side. Hereinafter, the position of the rising line LE3 will be described.
The abdomen gathers 3TE are formed on both sides in the width direction of the male genital area 20E, and are formed on the outer side in the width direction than the extension line of the ventral side (the front body area 1F side) of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. The abdomen gather 3TE on the front body region 1F side is an arrangement region of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5, and the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are arranged on both sides of the male genital organ corresponding region 20E in the width direction and are arranged on the outer side in the width direction than the extension line of the abdomen side (front body region 1F side) of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. In the worn state of the diaper 1E, it is necessary to form a space for accommodating the male genitals including at least the male genitals-corresponding region 20E, and on the other hand, if the space is too large, the male genitals cannot be held toward the crotch region 1B, so it is necessary to form a space that exhibits a holding force of such a magnitude as to be able to hold the male genitals. Therefore, in the present modification 5, the male genital area 20E is not pressed in the skin surface direction, but the width direction end of the abdomen gather 3TE located on the outer side in the width direction than the extension lines of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE is pressed in the skin surface direction by the contractive force of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5, whereby the width direction end of the standing line LE3 is defined as the width direction end of the abdomen gather 3TE. Thus, the diaper 1VE can form a space for wrapping the male genitals, prevent the space from expanding more than necessary in the width direction, and can keep the male genitals in a certain direction.
In addition, the length (LE 2 in fig. 11) of the diaper 1VE in the longitudinal direction of the male genital correspondence region 20E is preferably 50mm in consideration of the size of the male genitals of the infant. As shown in fig. 11, the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 disposed on the outer sides in the width direction of the male genital area 20E are disposed at intervals shorter than the rubber threads 4FE5 disposed on the outer sides in the width direction of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. Therefore, the widthwise outer side of the male genital organ corresponding region 20E of the abdomen pleat 3TE becomes larger in the stretching force than the widthwise outer side of the abdomen-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLE, 8SRE. This is because the abdomen-side end portions of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE define the standing line LE3 on the crotch region 1B side where the space is formed, and therefore the diaper 1VE only needs to be pressed in the skin direction with a necessary and sufficient force on the widthwise outer sides of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, but if the stretching force on the widthwise outer sides of the male-genital-organ-corresponding regions 20E is the same as or weaker than the widthwise outer sides of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, the space expands in the width direction, and the space for housing and holding the male genitals cannot be maintained. In the diaper 1VE according to the modification 5, in the abdomen gather 3TE, the outer side in the width direction of the male genital area 20E is larger in the stretching force than the outer side in the width direction of the abdomen-side end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, and thus the space can be prevented from becoming excessively wide, and the space for housing the male genitals can be appropriately maintained.
In addition, a waist gather 3RE is provided on the ventral side of the male genital organ corresponding region 20E. The waist gather 3RE defines a standing line LE3 on the abdomen side of a space for accommodating male genitals by pressing the diaper 1VE in the skin surface direction. That is, the waist gather 3RE defines the standing line LE3 on the abdominal side of the space on the crotch region 1B side (the rubber thread 4FE3 on the crotch region 1B side). In the diaper 1VE according to the modification 5, the waist gather 3RE prevents the space from being too wide on the abdomen side, and the space for accommodating male genitals can be appropriately maintained.
As shown in fig. 11, when the diaper 1VE is viewed in plan, the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 8E is positioned inside the abdomen-side end (end on the front body region 1F side) of the cushion sheet 16E, and a part of the rubber thread 4FE3 forming the waist gather 3RE overlaps with the absorbent body 8E. Accordingly, the diaper 1VE does not define the hood sheet 16E and the abdomen-side end of the absorbent body 8E as the spatial abdomen-side standing line LE3, but defines the crotch region 1B-side end of the waist gather 3RE as the spatial abdomen-side standing line LE3. The space for housing the male genitals in the modification 5 is not a space for pressing the male genitals in the skin surface direction, but a space for holding the male genitals in a constant direction (the crotch region 1B side). When the abdominal side rising line of the space is not established, the space is enlarged more than necessary, and a space for continuously holding the male genitals in a certain direction cannot be formed. On the other hand, if the pad cover sheet 16E and the abdominal-side end of the absorber 8E are formed as physical standing lines in space, the physical standing lines may come into contact with the male genitals, which may cause problems such as skin disorders of the male genitals. In contrast, in the diaper 1VE according to the 5 th modification, since the crotch region 1B side of the waist gather 3RE can be defined as the virtual standing line LE3 on the abdomen side of the space, it is possible to form a space for continuously holding the male genitals in a certain direction, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of problems such as skin disorders of the male genitals that may be caused by the physical standing line coming into contact with the male genitals.
Further, the length of the overlapping portion 8AE of the absorbent body 8E overlapping the waist gather 3RE in the width direction is smaller than the length of the portion 8BE closer to the crotch than the overlapping portion 8AE in the width direction. Here, the overlapping portion 8AE is a portion overlapping the rubber thread 4FE3 in the absorber 8E, and the crotch portion side portion 8BE is a portion closer to the crotch region 1B than the overlapping portion 8 AE. By using the absorbent body 8E having such a shape, the end portion in the width direction of the overlapping portion 8AE is contracted inward in the width direction, and a space for accommodating male genitals is easily formed.
As shown in fig. 11, when the diaper 1VE is viewed in plan, the widthwise end portions of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 overlap the absorbent body 8E and are directly or indirectly bonded to the absorbent body 8E. Here, the direct bonding of the end portion to the absorbent body 8E means that the end portion is directly bonded to the absorbent body 8E, and the indirect bonding of the end portion to the absorbent body 8E means that the end portion is bonded to the absorbent body 8E via the inner cover sheet 5FE, the cushion cover sheet 16E, and the back sheet 7E. In the 5 th modification, the end portion is indirectly bonded to the absorbent body 8E. If the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are provided on the outer side in the width direction than the absorbent body 8E and the absorbent body 8E is not directly or indirectly bonded to the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5, the elastic force generated by the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 is exerted on the outer side in the width direction than the absorbent body 8E, and the elastic force cannot contribute to the formation of a space for housing the male genitals. In the diaper 1VE according to modification 5, the end portions of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are indirectly bonded to the absorbent body 8E, and therefore the stretching force of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 can be made to contribute to the formation of the space. The stretching force generated by the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 acts by stretching the abdomen gathers 3TE to the outside in the width direction in the worn state of the diaper 1VE as compared with the unworn state of the diaper 1 VE. The grooves 8SLE and 8SRE may be formed so as to become gradually shallower toward both ends in the longitudinal direction, like the groove 8 shown in fig. 3 (B). Even when the longitudinal ends of the slits 8SLE and 8SRE come into contact with the male genitals, the diaper 1VE can reduce the contact of the slits 8SLE and 8SRE with the male genitals.

Next, the diaper 1VF according to modification 6 will be described. Fig. 12 is a view schematically showing a state where the diaper 1VF according to the present modification is unfolded and stretched. In the diaper 1VF according to this modification, the absorbent body 8E has a groove 8SMF (an example of "another groove" in the present application) formed between the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE and extending in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 VF. The grooves 8SMF are formed in parallel in the same shape and the same length as the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. The groove 8SMF is formed at the same position in the longitudinal direction as the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. In the diaper 1VF according to this modification, the absorbent body 8E has the groove 8SMF, and the absorbent body 8E is easily folded along the groove 8SMF, so that a space for accommodating male genitals is easily formed in the worn state.

In modification 7, the rubber thread 4RG5 of the diaper 1VG (an example of the "1 st stretchable member" in the present application) is disposed in an extended state outside the end portions (back-side end portions) of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG on the back region 1R side in the width direction of the diaper 1 VG. Here, the diaper 1VG according to modification 7 is suitable for infants and young children of both males and females. An area 30G indicated by an elliptical dotted line shown in fig. 13 is an anus corresponding area (hereinafter referred to as "anus corresponding area 30G") corresponding to the anus of the wearer. The anus corresponding region 30G is a region overlapping in the thickness direction with a position where the wearer's anus contacts the top sheet 9G in the normal worn state of the diaper 1 VG. The anus-corresponding region 30G is disposed on the back region 1R side of the diaper 1VG, and the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG is disposed on the crotch region 1B side of the anus-corresponding region 30G. In addition, the anus corresponding area 30G is adjacent to the back side portion of the diaper 1 VG. Here, the back side portion is the back region 1R side of the waist gather 3RG, and is the region where the rubber threads 4RG2 and 4RG3 are arranged. In the worn state of the diaper 1VG, the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG are pressed in the skin surface direction by the rubber thread 4RG5 on the outer side in the width direction, and the space between the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG is formed between the top sheet 9G and the skin surface without being pressed in the skin surface direction. This is because the force of the rubber thread 4RG5 stretching the diaper 1VG to the outside in the width direction between the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG is blocked by the grooves 8SLG, 8SRG and is more likely to be separated from the skin surface than the outside in the width direction of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8 SRG. The diaper 1VG can hold feces discharged to the anus corresponding area 30G in the space when worn. This allows the diaper 1VG according to modification 7 to retain feces.
In fig. 13, the dashed dotted line CLG is the center line of the groove 8SLG, the dashed dotted line CRG is the center line of the groove 8SRG, and the center lines of the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG are spaced apart from each other by WG. The gap WG is set to 20mm or more and 70mm or less in consideration of the body size of the infant, so as to form a space capable of holding feces in a worn state. This forms a space for holding feces corresponding to the infant. Further, since the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG are provided on the crotch region 1B side of the anus corresponding region 30G, the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG are less likely to come into contact with the buttocks even through the top sheet 9G. This prevents the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG from stimulating the buttocks of the diaper 1VG, thereby preventing skin disorders from occurring in the buttocks.
The ends of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG on the front body region 1F side are preferably closer to the crotch region 1B than the urethral orifice corresponding region 40G corresponding to the urethral orifice of the wearer shown in fig. 13, and the ends of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG on the rear body region 1R side are preferably closer to the crotch region 1B than the anus corresponding region 30G. The urethral opening corresponding region 40G is a region overlapping in the thickness direction with a position where the urethral opening of the wearer abuts on the top sheet 9G in the normal wearing state of the diaper 1 VG. Thus, the diaper 1VG can prevent the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG from irritating the urethral opening and the anus, and can prevent skin diseases around the urethral opening and the anus from occurring.
Here, when the ends of the diaper 1VG in the longitudinal direction are folded in two with each other, the lengths of the back-side ends of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG from the center in the longitudinal direction are defined. The dashed-two dotted line FLG in fig. 13 is a fold line when the longitudinal ends of the diapers 1VG are folded into two with being overlapped with each other, and indicates the longitudinal center of the diapers 1 VG. When the diaper 1VG is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLG, and the length (LG 1 in fig. 13) of the back-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG from the center (the two-dot chain line FLG) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1VG is in the range of 90mm to 100mm, the diaper 1VG is suitable for infants having a body weight in the range of 5kg to 13 kg. When the diaper 1VG is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLG, and the length (LG 1) of the back-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG from the center (two-dot chain line FLG) of the diaper 1VG is in the range of 85mm to 95mm, the diaper 1VG is suitable for infants whose body weight is in the range of 8kg to 15 kg. When the diaper 1VG is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLG, and the length (LG 1) of the back-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG from the center of the diaper 1VG in the longitudinal direction (the two-dot chain line FLG) is in the range of 110mm to 120mm, the diaper 1VG is suitable for infants whose body weight is in the range of 11kg to 23 kg. When the diaper 1VG is folded in two along the two-dot chain line FLG, and the length (LG 1) of the back-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG from the center of the diaper 1VG in the longitudinal direction (the two-dot chain line FLG) is in the range of 100mm to 110mm, the diaper 1VG is suitable for infants having a body weight in the range of 12kg to 29 kg.
It is preferable that the anus corresponding area 30G does not include a stretchable member (elastic member) such as a rubber thread. By not disposing the stretchable member in the anal region 30G, formation of a space for holding feces can be prevented from being hindered.
In fig. 13, the feces holding space is formed by the diaper 1VG bulging like a dome toward the non-skin surface side from a virtual standing line LG3 indicated by a rectangle with a thick broken line. Hereinafter, the position of the rising line LG3 will be described.
The abdomen gathers 3TG are located on both sides in the width direction of the anus-corresponding region 30G, and are formed on the outer side in the width direction than the extended lines of the back sides (back region 1R sides) of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8 SRG. The abdomen gather 3TG on the back region 1R side is an arrangement region of the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5, and the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 are both sides of the anus corresponding region 30G in the width direction and are arranged outside the extension lines on the back side (back region 1R side) of the pair of grooves 8SLG and 8SRG in the width direction. In the worn state of the diaper 1VG, a space for holding feces needs to be formed including at least the anus corresponding area 30G, and if the space is too large, the feces may not be held, so that it is necessary to form a space of a size that can hold the amount of feces of the infant 1 time. Therefore, in the 7 th modification, the width direction end of the rising line LG3 is defined at the width direction end of the abdomen gather 3TG, which is located on the outer side in the width direction than the extension line of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG, by pressing the width direction end of the abdomen gather 3TG in the skin plane direction by the contractive force of the rubber threads 4RG4, 4RG5, instead of pressing the anus corresponding region 30G in the skin plane direction. This prevents the space from being enlarged more than necessary in the width direction of the diaper 1 VG.
In consideration of the position of the anus of the infant or the like, the length (LG 2 in fig. 13) of the diaper 1VG in the longitudinal direction of the anus-corresponding region 30G is preferably 50mm. As shown in fig. 13, the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 disposed outside the anus corresponding region 30G in the width direction are disposed at intervals shorter than the rubber threads 4RG5 disposed outside the rear side ends of the pair of grooves 8SLG and 8SRG in the width direction. Therefore, the outer side in the width direction of the anus-corresponding region 30G of the abdomen pleat 3TG has a larger stretching force than the outer side in the width direction of the back-side end of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8 SRG. This is because the back-side end portions of the grooves 8SLG, 8SRG define the rising line LG3 on the crotch region 1B side formed by the space, and therefore the diaper 1VG only needs to be pressed in the skin direction with a necessary and sufficient force outside the grooves 8SLG, 8SRG, but if the stretching force outside the width direction of the anus-corresponding region 30 is the same as or weaker than the outside of the width direction of the grooves 8SLG, 8SRG, the space expands in the width direction, and a space of a size that can hold 1-time defecation amount of the infant cannot be maintained. In the diaper 1VG according to the present embodiment, in the abdomen gather 3TG, the outer side in the width direction of the anus corresponding region 30G is larger in the stretching force than the outer side in the width direction of the back-side end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG, and thus the space can be prevented from becoming excessively wide, and the space for holding feces can be appropriately maintained.
Further, a waist gather 3RG is provided on the back side of the anus corresponding area 30G. The waist gather 3RG defines a standing line LG3 on the back side of the space for holding feces by pressing the diaper 1VG in the skin surface direction. That is, the waist gather 3RG defines the standing line LG3 on the back side of the space on the crotch region 1B side (the rubber thread 4RG3 on the crotch region 1B side). In the diaper 1VG according to the present embodiment, the waist gather 3RG prevents the space from being excessively wide on the back side, and the space for holding feces can be appropriately maintained.
As shown in fig. 13, when the diaper 1VG is viewed in plan, the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 8G is positioned inside the back side end (end on the back body region 1RG side) of the patch 16G, and part of the rubber thread 4FG3 forming the waist gather 3RG overlaps with the absorbent body 8G. Thus, the diaper 1VG can define the end portion of the waist gather 3RG on the crotch region 1BG side as the standing line LG3 on the back side of the space, instead of the back-side end portion of the cushion sheet 16G and the absorber 8G being defined as the standing line LG3 on the back side of the space. If the back-side end of the pad sheet 16G and the absorber 8G is defined as a physical standing line in space, the physical standing line comes into contact with the skin of the urethral opening or its periphery, which may cause problems such as skin troubles. In contrast, in the diaper 1VG according to the present embodiment, since the crotch region 1B side of the waist gather 3RG can be defined as the virtual standing line LG3 on the back side of the space, a space for holding feces can be formed, and the occurrence of problems such as skin troubles and the like that may occur due to the physical standing line coming into contact with the buttocks can be prevented.
The length of the overlapping portion 8AG of the absorbent body 8G overlapping the waist gather 3RG in the width direction is smaller than the length of the portion 8BG closer to the crotch than the overlapping portion 8AG in the width direction. Here, the overlapping portion 8AG is a portion overlapping the rubber thread 4RG3 in the absorber 8G, and the crotch portion 8BG is a portion closer to the crotch region 1B than the overlapping portion 8 AG. By using the absorbent body 8G having such a shape, the end portions in the width direction of the overlapping portion 8AG are contracted inward in the width direction, and a space for holding feces is easily formed.
As shown in fig. 13, when the diaper 1VG is viewed in plan, the widthwise ends of the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 overlap the absorbent body 8G and are directly or indirectly joined to the absorbent body 8G. Here, the direct joining of the end portion to the absorbent body 8G means that the end portion is directly bonded to the absorbent body 8G, and the indirect joining of the end portion to the absorbent body 8G means that the end portion and the absorbent body 8G are joined via the inner cover sheet 5RG, the pad cover sheet 16G, and the back sheet 7G. In the present embodiment, the end portion is indirectly joined to the absorber 8G. If the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 are provided on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body 8G and the absorbent body 8G is not directly or indirectly joined to the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5, the elastic force of the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 is exerted on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body 8G and the elastic force cannot contribute to forming a space for holding feces. In the diaper 1VG according to the present embodiment, the ends of the rubber threads 4RG5 are indirectly joined to the absorber 8G, and therefore the stretching force of the rubber threads 4RG5 can contribute to the formation of the space. The stretching force of the rubber threads 4RG4 and 4RG5 acts by stretching the abdomen gathers 3TG outward in the width direction in the worn state of the diaper 1VG as compared with the unworn state of the diaper 1 VG.
The grooves 8SLG and SSRG may be formed to become gradually shallower toward both ends in the longitudinal direction, as in the case of the groove 8 shown in fig. 3 (B). Even when the longitudinal ends of the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG contact the skin or the buttocks of the urethra or its vicinity, the diaper 1VG can reduce the contact of the grooves 8SLG and 8SRG with the skin or the urethra.
In the diaper 1VG, as shown in fig. 12, the absorber 8G may have a groove 8SMG (an example of "another groove" in the present application) formed between the pair of grooves 8SLG, 8SRG and extending in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 VG. In the diaper 1VG, since the absorbent body 8G has the grooves 8SMG, the absorbent body 8G is easily bent along the grooves 8SMG, and thus a space for holding feces is easily formed in the worn state.

The diaper according to modification 8 is a diaper in which the diaper 1VE according to modification 5 is used for male and female infants (hereinafter referred to as diaper 1 VH). That is, a region 20E indicated by an elliptical dotted line shown in fig. 11 is a urethral orifice corresponding region corresponding to the urethral orifice of the wearer. The urethral opening corresponding region is a region overlapping in the thickness direction with a position where the urethral opening of the wearer abuts on the top sheet 9E in the normal wearing state of the diaper 1 VH.
The diaper 1VH can temporarily store the urine discharged to the area corresponding to the urethral opening when worn in the space. Further, the diaper 1VH can gradually guide the urine accumulated in the space to the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, and can diffuse the urine to the entire absorbent body 8E along the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. Thus, the diaper 1VH can suppress urine leakage by suppressing side leakage of urine from the lateral side and abdominal leakage of urine from the abdominal side.
In fig. 11, the interval WE is set to 20mm to 50mm in consideration of the size of the body of the infant, so as to form a space for storing urine in the worn state. This forms a space for storing urine corresponding to an infant. Further, since the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are provided on the crotch region 1B side of the region corresponding to the urethral opening, the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are less likely to come into contact with the urethral opening even through the top sheet 9E. This prevents the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from irritating the urethral orifice, and skin disorders in the vicinity of the urethral orifice can be prevented from occurring in the diaper 1 VH.
Further, the diaper 1VH can prevent the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE from irritating the urethral opening and the anus, and can prevent skin diseases around the urethral opening and the anus.
Further, by not disposing the stretchable member in the area corresponding to the urethral opening, it is possible to prevent the formation of the space for storing urine from being hindered.
The space for storing urine is formed by the diaper 1VH in fig. 11 bulging in a dome shape from a virtual standing line LE illustrated as a rectangle by a thick broken line toward the non-skin surface side. Hereinafter, the position of the rising line LE3 will be described.
As described in the modification 5, the abdomen gathers 3TE are located on both sides in the width direction of the urethral opening corresponding region and are formed on the outer side in the width direction than the extension lines of the abdomen sides (the front body region 1FE sides) of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. The abdomen gather 3TE on the front body region 1FE side is located in the region where the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are located, and the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are located on both sides in the width direction of the urethral orifice corresponding region and are located on the outer side in the width direction than the extension line of the abdomen side (front body region 1F side) of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. This is because, in the worn state of the diaper 1VH, it is necessary to form a space for storing urine including at least the area corresponding to the urethral opening, but on the other hand, if the space is too large, there is a possibility that urine flows out of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, and therefore, it is necessary to form a space having a range size of 1 urination for storing an infant. Therefore, the urethral orifice corresponding region is not pressed in the skin surface direction, but the widthwise end of the abdomen gather 3TE on the outer side in the width direction than the extension lines of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE is pressed in the skin surface direction by the contractive force of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5, whereby the widthwise end of the standing line LE3 is defined as the widthwise end of the abdomen gather 3TE. Thus, diaper 1VH can prevent the space from being enlarged more than necessary in the width direction.
In consideration of the position of the urethral orifice of an infant or a young child, the length (LE 2 in fig. 11) of the diaper 1VH in the longitudinal direction in the region corresponding to the urethral orifice is preferably 50mm. As shown in fig. 11, the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 disposed on the outer side in the width direction of the urethral orifice corresponding region are disposed at a shorter interval than the rubber threads 4FE5 disposed on the outer side in the width direction of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE. Therefore, the outer side in the width direction of the urethral orifice corresponding region of the abdomen gather 3TE has a larger stretching force than the outer side in the width direction of the abdomen-side end of the pair of grooves 8SL, 8 SR. This is because the abdomen-side end portions of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE define the rising line LE3 on the crotch region 1B side of the space, and therefore the diaper 1VH can be pressed in the skin direction with a necessary and sufficient force outside the width direction of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, but if the stretching force outside the width direction of the region corresponding to the urethral opening is the same as or weaker than the width-direction outside of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, the space expands in the width direction, and a space of a size capable of holding the urination amount of 1 time by the infant cannot be maintained. In the diaper 1VH, in the abdomen gather 3TE, the outer side in the width direction of the region corresponding to the urethral opening is larger in the stretching force than the outer side in the width direction of the abdomen-side end portion of the pair of grooves 8SLE and 8SRE, and therefore, the space can be prevented from becoming excessively wide, and the space for storing urine can be appropriately maintained.
Further, a waist gather 3RE is provided on the abdomen side of the region corresponding to the urethral opening. The waist gather 3RE defines a standing line LE3 on the abdomen side of the space for storing urine by pressing the diaper 1VH in the skin surface direction. That is, the waist gather 3RE defines the standing line LE3 on the abdominal side of the space on the crotch region 1B side (the rubber thread 4FE3 on the crotch region 1B side). In the diaper 1VH, the waist gather 3RE prevents the space from becoming too wide on the abdomen side, and the space for storing urine is appropriately maintained.
As shown in fig. 11, when the diaper 1VH is viewed in plan, the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 8E is positioned inside the abdomen-side end (end on the front body region 1F side) of the cover sheet 16E, and a part of the rubber thread 4FE3 forming the waist gather 3RE overlaps with the absorbent body 8E. Thus, the diaper 1VH can define the end portion of the waist gather 3RE on the crotch region 1B side as the abdominal side standing line LE3 of the space, instead of defining the abdominal side end portion of the absorbent body 8E and the cushion sheet 16E as the abdominal side standing line LE3 of the space. If the abdomen-side end of the pad sheet 16E and the absorber 8E are used as physical standing lines in the space, the physical standing lines may come into contact with the urethral opening or the skin around the urethral opening, which may cause problems such as skin troubles. In contrast, in the diaper 1VH, the crotch region 1B side of the waist gather 3RE can be defined as the virtual standing line LE3 on the ventral side of the space, so that a space for storing urine can be formed, and the occurrence of skin troubles and the like which may be caused by the physical standing line coming into contact with the urethral opening or the skin around the urethral opening can be prevented.
Further, by using the absorbent body 8E having the shape shown in fig. 11, the end portions in the width direction of the overlapping portion 8AE are contracted inward in the width direction, and a space for storing urine is easily formed.
In the diaper 1VH, the widthwise end portions of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 are indirectly joined to the absorbent body 8E, so that the stretching force of the rubber threads 4FE4 and 4FE5 can contribute to the formation of a space for storing urine.
Further, when the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are formed so as to become gradually shallower toward both longitudinal end portions as in the groove 8 shown in part (B) of fig. 3, even when the longitudinal end portions of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE contact the skin at or near the urethral opening, the diaper 1VH can reduce the contact of the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE with the skin at or near the urethral opening.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, in the case where the slit 8SMF formed between the pair of slits 8SLE and 8SRE and extending in the longitudinal direction of the diaper is provided, the absorbent body 8E is easily folded along the slit 8SMF, and therefore, a space for storing urine is easily formed in the worn state.

Fig. 14 shows an example of the outline of a diaper 1P according to modification 9. The diaper 1P according to modification 9 is similar in form to the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment, but a face 41 (an example of a "display portion" of the present disclosure) is drawn on the front region 1F of the cover sheet 4P (an example of a "sheet-like member" of the present disclosure) (details will be described later).
Fig. 15 is an example of a developed view of the diaper 1P as viewed from the non-skin surface side. In the developed view, the cover piece 4P is not shown. As shown in fig. 15, the absorber 6P is provided with slits 61 (an example of "hole-shaped grooves" in the present disclosure). The slit 61 extends in the longitudinal direction. The slits 61 are arranged at intervals of, for example, about 20mm in the width direction (an example of "interval 2" in the present disclosure). The longitudinal center portion in fig. 15 corresponds to the crotch region 1B when the diaper 1P is formed by assembling the absorber 6P. The upper side in fig. 15 corresponds to the front body region 1F, and the lower side corresponds to the rear body region 1R.
The slit 61 is disposed apart from the longitudinal end of the waist gather 3P on the front region 1F side in the longitudinal direction. The end 62 (an example of the "1 st end", "2 nd end", and "3 rd end" of the present disclosure) of the slit 61 is separated from the waist gather 3P by a distance, for example, such as a length that the separation region 64 can cover the male genitals (an example of the "1 st interval" of the present disclosure). Further, on the outer sides in the width direction of the end portions 62 and the separation regions 64 of the slits 61, for example, rubber threads 63 (an example of the "1 st stretchable member" and the "2 nd stretchable member" in the present disclosure) forming the abdomen gathers 2P are provided. The rubber thread 63 is welded to the cover sheet in a state of being elongated in the width direction of the diaper 1P. The face 41 is drawn on the cover sheet overlapping the separation region 64. The rubber thread 63 is disposed apart from the end portion 62 in the width direction, but may not be disposed apart from the end portion 62. In addition, a stretchable sheet may be provided as a substitute member for the rubber thread 63.
The waist gather 3P is formed mainly by the 1 st contracted portion S1 formed in the 1 st waist region RW1 and the 2 nd contracted portion S2 formed in the 2 nd waist region RW 2. The waist gather 3P improves the fit of the diaper 1P around the waist of the wearer by the contractive force of the 1 st rubber threads 4FP1, 4RP1 and the 2 nd rubber threads 4FP2, 4RP 2. In the 1 st contracted portion S1 of the waist gather 3P, the plurality of 1 st rubber threads 4FP1, 4RP1 are arranged in parallel with each other at a constant interval A1. In the 2 nd contracted portion S2 of the waist gather 3P, a plurality of 2 nd rubber threads 4FP2, 4RP2 are provided in parallel with a constant interval A2 therebetween. The interval between the rubber threads referred to herein is a dimension in which adjacent rubber threads are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1P.
In addition, the 1 st rubber threads 4FP1, 4RP1 of the waist portion 1-th region RW1 and the 2 nd rubber threads 4FP2, 4RP2 of the waist portion 2-th region RW2 extend over the entire width of the cover sheet 4P. Therefore, after the completion of the diaper 1P, the 1 st rubber threads 4FP1, 4RP1 and the 2 nd rubber threads 4FP2, 4RP2 form substantially ring-shaped stretchable members that loop along the trunk opening portion. In other words, after completion of the diaper 1P, the waist gather 3P (the 1 st contracted portion S1, the 2 nd contracted portion S2) is formed over the entire circumference in the girth direction.
The rubber threads 63 arranged on the abdominal gathers 2P are arranged in parallel with each other with a constant interval A3 therebetween. In addition, since the interval A3 of the rubber thread 63 of the abdomen gather 2P is set to be larger than the interval A2 of the 2 nd rubber thread 4FP2, 4RP2 at the 2 nd contraction part S2 of the waist gather 3P, when the diaper 1 is worn with the trunk opening part opened, the abdomen gather 2P which is a part to be in contact with the waist bones of the wearer can be easily made relatively larger than the waist gather 3P.
Fig. 16 shows an outline of a form change of the cover sheet 4P of the diaper 1P before and after urination by the wearer. Fig. 16 (a) shows an example of the state of the diaper 1P before urination. Fig. 16 (B) shows an example of the state of the diaper 1P after urination. Fig. 16 is an example of a front body region 1F of the diaper 1P worn by the wearer when viewed from the front.
The slits 61 (see fig. 15, not shown in fig. 16) provided in the absorbent body 6P extend from the crotch region 1B toward the front body region 1F and the back body region 1R. The slits 61 of the absorbent body 6P overlap a part of the face 41 attached to the front region 1F of the cover sheet 4P. In more detail, the slits 61 overlap with both widthwise ends 42 of the lips of the face 41 (an example of the "portion associated with a change in impression received by the wearer" of the present disclosure).
When such a diaper 1P is worn by a wearer, the diaper 1P is pulled in the width direction by the legs of the wearer. Thereby, as shown in part (a) of fig. 16, the cover piece 4P overlapping the slit 61 is sunk inside the slit 61. In fig. 16 a, a portion of the cover sheet 4P overlapping the slit 61 and recessed into the slit 61 is indicated by a thick black line extending in the longitudinal direction as a recessed portion 50 (an example of "a recess formed when a portion of the sheet-like member penetrates into the groove and viewed from the non-skin surface side" in the present disclosure). Thus, if a part of the cover piece 4P is recessed inside the slit 61, the both ends 42 of the lips of the face 41 are difficult to see when viewed from the non-skin surface side.
Further, the region 65 located on the extension line of the longitudinal direction of the recessed portion 50 does not overlap with the slit 61. However, the region 65 is affected by the depression of the cover sheet 4P and is folded inward in the width direction. The portion of the cover sheet 4P in the folded state is indicated by a thick black line extending in the longitudinal direction in the portion (a) of fig. 16 as a folded portion 54 (an example of the "recess extending to the abdomen or the back" in the present disclosure). The folded portion 54 has the eyes 56 of the face 41 drawn thereon. This makes it difficult for the wearer to see the eyes 56 of the face 41 before the absorbent body 6P absorbs urine.
The separation region 64 (not shown in fig. 16, see fig. 15) of the absorbent body 6P overlapping the region 65 in the thickness direction is stretched outward in the width direction by the rubber thread 63. Thereby, the region 65 of the cover sheet 4P is also stretched outward in the width direction from the crotch region 1B toward the front body region 1F. Thus, as shown in fig. 16 (a), the recessed portion 50 and the folded portion 54 are nonlinear.
In addition, the separation region 64 of the absorbent body 6P covers the male genitalia. Thereby, the separation region 64 protrudes toward the non-skin surface side. Thus, the region 65 of the cover sheet 4P overlapping the separation region 64 and the region 51 of the cover sheet 4P located between the 2 slits 61 rise toward the non-skin surface side in conjunction with the separation region 64.
On the other hand, if urine excreted from the wearer is absorbed by the absorbent body 6P, the absorbent body 6P swells. Thereby, the cover sheet 4P is stretched outward in the width direction in response to the expansion of the absorbent body 6P. Accordingly, the slits 61 provided in the absorber 6P are wide and shallow in depth. Thus, the recessed portion 50 of the cover sheet 4P recessed into the slit 61 is exposed on the non-skin surface side by being pulled in the width direction. Thus, as shown in part (B) of fig. 16, both ends 42 of the lips of the face 41 can be observed. The folded portion 54 formed in the region 65 is also removed by stretching the cover sheet 4P outward in the width direction. This also allows the eyes 56 of the face 41 to be observed.

According to the diaper 1P, for a person who views the diaper 1P from the front with respect to the front body region 1F, a change in which the width of the lips of the face 41 gradually extends as the absorbent body 6P absorbs urine can be observed. The passing region 51 rises toward the non-skin surface side, and the shape of the face 41 is deformed before the absorbent body 6P absorbs urine. This increases the change in the expression of the face 41 before and after urine absorption. Thus, the wearer can easily recognize the degree of moisture absorption of the diaper 1P.
Further, according to the diaper 1P, the separation region 64 of the absorbent body 6P and the end 62 of the slit 61 are always stretched outward in the width direction by the rubber thread 63 of the abdomen gather 2P (see fig. 15). This can suppress a change in the width of the end portion 62 even when the absorbent body 6P absorbs urine. That is, a region in which the width of the slit 61 changes (the longitudinal direction center) and a region in which the width does not change (the end portion 62) can be generated. This makes it possible to make the degree of sinking of the sinking portion 50 in the cover piece 4P different between the center in the longitudinal direction and the portion overlapping with the end portion 62. In addition, the extension of the absorbent body 6P in the width direction of the separation region 64 corresponding to the absorption of urine can also be suppressed. In the diaper 1PA according to the modification, the number of slits 61A of the absorber 6PA is 1, and extends in the longitudinal direction (not shown in fig. 17). Further, the slit 61A is provided in the central portion in the width direction of the absorber 6 PA. In the diaper 1PA, the face 41A is drawn on the front region 1F of the cover sheet 4 PA. Also, the mouth of the face 41A (one example of the "portion associated with a change in impression felt by the wearer" of the present disclosure) overlaps with the slit 61A.
When such a diaper 1PA is worn by a wearer, the diaper 1PA is tightened in the width direction by both legs of the wearer. As a result, as shown in part (a) of fig. 17, a recessed portion 50A recessed into the slit 61A is generated in the cover sheet 4 PA. Thus, when viewed from the non-skin surface side, the mouth of the face 41A is less visible.
On the other hand, when the absorbent body 6PA absorbs urine excreted from the wearer, the absorbent body 6PA swells. Thereby, the cover sheet 4PA is stretched in the width direction. The slits 61A provided in the absorber 6PA are wide and shallow. Thereby, the recessed portion 50A is eliminated by the cover sheet 4PA being stretched in the width direction. So that the mouth 55A of the face 41A can be observed. Thus, a person viewing the diaper 1PA from the front with respect to the front body region 1F can observe that the mouth 55 of the face 41A gradually opens as the absorbent body 6PA absorbs urine. Accordingly, the diaper 1PA can exhibit the same effects as the diaper 1P according to the modification 9.

As shown in part (a) of fig. 18, in the diaper 1PB, the face 41B similar to the diaper 1PA is drawn in the front region 1F of the cover sheet 4 PB. However, in the diaper 1PB, the slits 61B provided in the absorber 6PB extend not in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 6PB but in the width direction (not shown). Also, the slit 61B overlaps with a mouth 55B of the face 41B (one example of "a portion associated with a change in impression felt by the wearer" of the present disclosure). When the wearer wears the diaper 1PB, the cover sheet 4PB overlapping the slit 61B is recessed into the slit 61B to form the recessed portion 50B. Thus, when viewed from the non-skin surface side, the mouth of the face 41B is less visible.
According to the diaper 1PB, as shown in part (B) of fig. 18, when the absorbent body 6PB absorbs urine, the absorbent body 6PB swells. Here, the cover sheet 4PB is also stretched in the longitudinal direction in accordance with the swelling of the absorbent body 6 PB. This causes the diaper 1PB to be stretched in the longitudinal direction, thereby eliminating the recessed portion 50B. So that the mouth of the face 41B can be observed. Thus, a person who views the diaper 1PB from the front with respect to the front body region 1F can observe that the mouth 55B of the face 41B gradually opens as the absorbent body 6PB absorbs urine. According to the diaper 1PZ, a person who views the diaper 1PZ from the front with respect to the front body region 1F can newly view the object 45 as the absorbent body 6PZ absorbs urine. This makes it possible to feel the impression that the impression of the character 57 given to the cover sheet 4PZ is greatly changed. The cover sheet 4PG is provided with a pattern 47 so as to extend across the recessed portion 50G in the width direction. According to the diaper 1PG, a person who looks at the diaper 1PG from the front side with respect to the front body region 1F feels an impression that the character 48 appears from the inside of the pattern 47 as the absorbent body 6PG absorbs urine. So that the degree of moisture absorption of the diaper 1PG can be easily recognized.

With such a diaper 1PH, a person viewing the diaper 1PH from the front with respect to the front body region 1F feels the impression of the newly appearing character "C" as the absorbent body 6PH absorbs urine. As a result, a person viewing the diaper 1PJ from the front side of the front body region 1F can feel the impression that the pattern drawn on the front body region 1F of the cover sheet 4PJ is greatly changed. So that the degree of moisture absorption of the diaper 1PJ can be easily recognized.
In the case of the diaper 1PJ shown in fig. 26 (C) and 26 (D), the slit 61J is provided so as to extend in the width direction of the diaper 1 PJ. Moreover, a cross-shaped pattern is drawn on the recessed portion 50J of the cover piece 4PJ recessed into the slit 61J. Further, a part of the cruciform pattern is depicted as being exposed from the recessed portion 50J.
According to such a diaper 1PJ, as shown in part (C) of fig. 26, 2 rectangular patterns can be observed before urine is absorbed. As shown in fig. 26 (D), a crisscross pattern can be seen as urine is absorbed. Thus, a person viewing the diaper 1PJ from the front side with respect to the front body region 1F feels an impression that the pattern drawn on the front body region 1F of the cover sheet 4PJ is greatly changed. So that the degree of moisture absorption of the diaper 1PJ can be easily recognized.

Fig. 27 shows an example of the outline of the cover sheet 4PK of the diaper 1PK according to the modification 20. In the diaper 1PK according to modification 20, a flying character is depicted on the cover sheet 4PK instead of the face 41.
More specifically, part (a) of fig. 27 is an example of the state of the cover sheet 4PK before urination by the wearer. On the other hand, part (B) of fig. 27 is an example of the state of the cover sheet 4PK after urination by the wearer. In the case of the diaper 1PK shown in part (a) of fig. 27 and part (B) of fig. 27, the slit 61K is provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 PK. The recessed portion 50K of the cover piece 4PK recessed into the slit 61K draws a flying character.
With such a diaper 1PK, as shown in part (a) of fig. 27, a person who looks at the diaper 1PK from the front side with respect to the front body region 1F cannot see a character before absorbing urine. Further, as shown in part (B) of fig. 27, a character is observed as urine is absorbed. In addition, it can be observed that the character is flying. On the other hand, part (B) of fig. 28 is an example of the state of the cover sheet 4PL after urination by the wearer. The diaper 1PL is provided with a plurality of slits 61L extending in the width direction. Further, plants are drawn on the cover sheet 4PL so as to pass through the slits 61L.
According to the diaper 1PL, as shown in fig. 28 a, the portion of the cover sheet 4PL on which the flower and leaf of the plant are drawn is hidden by being caught in the plurality of slits 61L (the caught portions 50L) before the urine is absorbed. As shown in fig. 28 (B), the entire plant image can be observed as urine is absorbed. Thus, a person viewing the diaper 1PL from the front side with respect to the front body region 1F feels an impression that the shape of the plant drawn on the front body region 1F of the cover sheet 4PL is greatly changed. Fig. 29 shows an example of the outline of the cover sheet 4PM of the diaper 1PM according to the 22 nd modification. In the diaper 1PM according to the modification 22, the face 41 is drawn in the recessed portion 50M of the cover sheet 4PM recessed in the slit 61M. In the diaper 1PM, characters and the like are attached to the region 49A of the cover sheet 4PM that does not overlap the slit 61M.
More specifically, fig. 29 (a) is a schematic view of a case where characters and patterns are added to the regions 49A between the slits 61M arranged in the width direction of the cover sheet 4 PM. Part (B) of fig. 29 is a schematic view of a case where characters and patterns are added to the region 49B at the front end in the longitudinal direction from the end of the longitudinal slit 61M.
According to the diaper 1PM shown in part (a) of fig. 29, before urine is absorbed, a part of the cover sheet 4PM is trapped in the slit 61M (the trapping portion 50M). However, the character-and-pattern-attached region 49A (an example of the "portion not overlapping with the groove in the thickness direction" in the present disclosure) is located at a position sandwiched by the recessed portion 50M, and thus is in a state of being visible from the outside. Since such a region 49A is visible from the outside even after urine is absorbed, characters and patterns attached to the region 49A can be continuously visible from the outside. That is, according to the diaper 1PM, the wearer can observe the characters and patterns attached to the region 49A regardless of whether or not the absorbent body 6PM absorbs urine. Thus, the diaper 1PM can be used when it is desired to display information regardless of whether or not urine is absorbed. Although not shown, the face 41 is drawn on the cover sheet 4PM on which the recessed portion 50M is formed, as in the embodiment and the modified examples.
In addition, according to the diaper 1PM shown in part (B) of fig. 29, the region 49B is located farther than the recessed portion 50M of the cover sheet 4PM recessed in the slit 61M before urine absorption. In the region 49B, the folded portion 54 is not formed as in the diaper 1P according to the modification 9. Thus, before urine is absorbed, characters and patterns attached to the region 49B are visible from the outside. Further, after urine is absorbed, characters and patterns can be continuously observed from the outside. That is, according to the diaper 1PM, the wearer can observe the letters and designs attached to the region 49B regardless of whether or not the absorbent body 6PM absorbs urine. Thus, the diaper 1PM can be used when it is desired to display information regardless of whether or not urine is absorbed. The region 49B is an example of the "portion not overlapping the groove in the thickness direction" and the "portion not forming the depression extending to at least one of the abdomen and the back" in the present disclosure. Although not shown, the face 41 and the like are drawn on the cover sheet 4PM on which the recessed portion 50M is formed, as in modification examples 9 to 21.

The diaper 1Q according to modification 23 is similar in form to the diaper 1P according to modification 9, but an adhesive is applied in advance to portions of the cover sheet 4Q where the recessed portions 50Q are formed. In this case, the portions of the cover piece 4Q forming the recessed portion 50Q are bonded to each other. The peel strength between the portions of the cover sheet 4Q to be bonded is, for example, a degree (an example of the "predetermined peel strength" of the present disclosure) at which the absorbent body 6Q swells when absorbing moisture contained in urine or loose stool, and the cover sheet 4Q can be peeled by the stretching force when being stretched outward in the width direction. The portions of the cover sheet 4Q forming the folded portion 54Q may be bonded to each other by the adhesive.
According to the diaper 1Q described above, for example, the portions of the cover sheet 4Q forming the recessed portions 50Q can be inhibited from peeling from each other to such an extent that sweat of the wearer is absorbed by the absorber 6Q. Further, for example, it is conceivable that the absorbent body 6Q is swollen by moisture contained in urine or loose stool by the absorbent body 6Q, but the absorbent body 6Q is swollen to such an extent that the cover sheet 4Q is not stretched. In this case, the portions of the cover piece 4Q where the recessed portions 50Q are formed can be prevented from being peeled off from each other. In this way, in these cases, since the eyes 56Q of the face 41Q are not exposed, it is possible to suppress erroneous notification that the wearer has absorbed a large amount of moisture despite the absorber 6Q has absorbed only a small amount of moisture.
Further, in the case where a component that changes color from white to yellow, for example, depending on the pH value contained in the urine or loose stool of the wearer is contained in the portion of the face 41Q, that is, the portion of the cover sheet 4Q forming the recessed portion 50Q, it is conceivable that when sweat adheres to the portion of the cover sheet 4Q forming the recessed portion 50Q, the component reacts with the sweat and changes color. However, even in such a case, since the portions of the cover pieces 4Q forming the recessed portions 50Q are prevented from being peeled off from each other, the portions of the discolored face 41Q can be prevented from being exposed from the recessed portions 50. This can suppress erroneous reporting of the absorption of a large amount of moisture by the absorber 6Q.
Further, according to the diaper 1Q, when the male wearer wears the diaper 1Q, the separation region 64Q covers the male genitals, and the separation region 64Q protrudes toward the non-skin surface side, and as a result, the region 51Q of the cover sheet 4Q also bulges toward the non-skin surface side. In the crotch region 1B, the slits 61Q are bent in a direction to approach each other by both legs of the wearer, and the region 51Q is also raised toward the non-skin surface side. This can prevent the top sheet on the skin surface side overlapping with the region 51Q from contacting the skin of the wearer. Thereby, the sweat permeation region 51Q of the wearer can be suppressed. Thus, when the area of the face 41Q contains a component that changes color from white to yellow, for example, depending on the pH value contained in the urine or loose stool of the wearer, the face 41Q can be prevented from changing color by reacting with sweat. Thus, according to the diaper 1Q described above, it is possible to suppress erroneous notification that the absorbent body 6Q of the wearer has absorbed a large amount of moisture.
In addition, according to the diaper 1Q, the expression of the face 41Q changes as the absorber 6Q absorbs urine. Thereby, when the wearer is a child, the interest of the child can be aroused. Accordingly, the parent can smoothly change the diaper 1Q while the child is interested in the face 41Q.
[ other modifications ]
In the embodiment (see fig. 2), instead of the slit 8Z, a recess recessed from the skin surface side toward the non-skin surface side may extend in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 6, and the depth of the end portion 81 or 82 may be made deeper than the depth of the longitudinal center portion of the slit 8Z. With such a diaper, the speed of urine passing through the end portion 81 or the end portion 82 can be further reduced. This can reliably prevent leakage of urine from the waist gather 3 on the front body region 1F side or leakage of urine from the back of the waist gather 3 on the back body region 1R side.
In addition, the abdomen gathers 2 may not be arranged in the width direction of either the end portion 81 or the end portion 82. In addition, no taper may be provided at end 81 or end 82. Alternatively, a structure (for example, a structure having a step shape in the longitudinal direction) may be provided instead of the taper shape. The end portions 81 of the 2 slits 8Z may not be arranged at substantially the same positions in the longitudinal direction. The width and depth of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the slit 8Z may be different. In addition, a part of the rubber thread 22 forming the abdominal gather 2 may be welded to a sheet-like member (for example, the back sheet 5) to which the absorbent body 6 is attached. In this case, the rubber thread forming the abdominal gather 2 is indirectly joined to the absorbent body 6. In addition, the rubber thread forming the abdominal gather 2 may not be welded to the absorbent body 6. Further, the diaper 1 may be a belt-type diaper in which the back body region 1R is fixed to the front body region 1F via a belt.
In the diaper 1VE (see fig. 11) according to modification 5, the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE penetrate the absorbent body 8E in the thickness direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE may be formed in a non-penetrating concave shape. The groove 8SMF (see fig. 12) in modification 6 may be formed in a non-penetrating concave shape.
The grooves 8SLE and 8SRE are formed to extend linearly in the longitudinal direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in a plan view of the diaper 1VE, the grooves 8SLE and 8SRE may extend so as to be curved outward in the width direction at both end portions in the longitudinal direction. The grooves 8SLE and 8SRE may have a longitudinal portion.
In the diaper 1P according to modification 9 (see fig. 15), a recess recessed from the skin surface side toward the non-skin surface side may extend in the longitudinal direction of the non-skin surface side of the absorber 6P instead of the slit 61. The face 41 may be drawn on the back region 1R of the cover sheet 4P. The face 41 is not limited to the cover piece 4P, and may be drawn on a member that can be seen from the outside.
In the diaper 1P according to modification 9, the separation region 64 is provided between the slit 61 and the waist gather 3P (see fig. 15), but the separation region 64 may not be provided. That is, the slits 61 may extend to the vicinity of the waist gather 3P. The slits 61 may extend in either direction from the crotch region 1B to the front body region 1F or the rear body region 1R. In the diaper 1P according to modification 9, the slit 61 overlaps a part of the face 41, but the slit 61 and the face 41 may not overlap each other, and the entire face 41 may be drawn at the position where the folded portion 54 is formed in the embodiment. In addition, the folded portion 54 may be formed in the rear body region 1R. The number and direction of the slits 61 are not limited to the above-described examples. That is, the number, direction, and the like of the recessed portions of the cover piece 4P recessed into the slit 61 are not limited to the above examples.
Further, the abdomen gather 2P may not be arranged, and instead of the abdomen gather 2P, a stretchable member may be provided which stretches the end portion 62 of the slit 61 outward in the width direction. Instead of the abdomen gathers 2P, a stretchable member may be provided to stretch the separation region 64 of the cover sheet 4P outward in the width direction. In addition, a part of the rubber thread 63 forming the abdominal gather 2P may be welded to a sheet-like member (for example, a back sheet) to which the absorbent body 6P is attached. In this case, the rubber thread 63 is indirectly joined to the absorber 6P. The rubber thread 63 may not be welded to the absorber 6P.
Further, although the modifications 9 to 23 described above show examples in which urine is absorbed by the absorbent body, the diaper described above also exhibits similar effects when moisture contained in loose stool is absorbed by the absorbent body.
In addition, according to the conventional diaper, it is considered that a groove extending from the abdomen of the user in the back direction through the crotch portion in a state of being worn by the user is disposed in the absorber of the absorbent article. In the case of such a structure, it is considered that urine excreted from the user passes through the groove, and the urine is diffused over the entire surface of the absorbent body. Thus, it is conceivable that the absorption efficiency of urine excreted from the user is improved. However, in such a structure, for example, urine passing through the end portion on the back side of the trough is supposed to seep out to the topsheet. Thus, back leakage may occur.
In view of such problems, the utility model according to the embodiment can provide a technology for suppressing the speed of urine passing through the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the groove when the absorber of the absorbent article worn by the user includes the groove extending in the direction from the abdominal side to the back side of the user.

Claims (17)

1. An absorbent article capable of covering the abdomen, crotch and back of a user while being worn by the user, having a length in a longitudinal direction and a transverse width in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the absorbent article being characterized in that,
comprises an absorption body and an extensible component,
the absorbent body has a groove extending in the longitudinal direction,
the stretchable member extends in the width direction of at least one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the groove, is provided in an elongated state in the width direction, and can stretch a side portion in the width direction of the end portion in a direction in which the width of the end portion is widened by contraction.
2. The absorbent article according to claim 1,
the slot extending from the crotch portion to the back portion,
the stretchable member extends to the outside in the width direction of the 1 st end of the groove on the back side, and is provided in an elongated state in the width direction.
3. The absorbent article according to claim 2,
the width of the 1 st end is larger than the width of the groove on the crotch side.
4. The absorbent article according to claim 2 or 3,
the depth of the 1 st end part becomes gradually shallower from the crotch part side to the back part side.
5. The absorbent article according to claim 2 or 3,
further comprising a2 nd stretchable member capable of stretching in the width direction,
the absorbent bodies are arranged intermittently in the longitudinal direction,
the 2 nd stretchable member is provided with a predetermined interval in a longitudinal front end direction from a back side end of the absorbent body when the absorbent article is worn by the user,
the predetermined interval is an interval that suppresses the 1 st end from contracting by a predetermined length or more in the width direction due to contraction of the 2 nd stretchable member.
6. The absorbent article according to claim 5,
the 2 nd stretchable member has a contractive force of 2.5N, and the weight per square meter of the absorbent body at the predetermined interval is 180g/m 2 In the above, the predetermined interval is 130mm or more.
7. The absorbent article according to claim 2 or 3,
the plurality of grooves are arranged in the width direction, and the 1 st ends of the plurality of grooves are arranged at the same position in the longitudinal direction.
8. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the width and depth of the central portion of the groove in the longitudinal direction are the same.

the groove is provided with a slit which is provided with a plurality of grooves,
the absorber has a portion that is not fixed to a sheet-like member that overlaps with a non-skin surface side, and the unfixed portion has an opening of the slit that overlaps with the sheet-like member.
10. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the 2 nd end of the stretchable member on the inner side in the width direction overlaps with the absorbent body when the absorbent body is viewed from the thickness direction, and the 2 nd end is directly or indirectly joined to the absorbent body.
11. The absorbent article according to claim 1,
also comprises a three-dimensional pleat which is arranged on the upper surface of the bag body,
the three-dimensional gathers are arranged on the left and right sides of the absorbent body in the width direction, one end on the outer side in the width direction is joined to the absorbent body to form a joining surface, the other end at the starting end of a rising line is a free end, the free end is urged by an elastic member so as to be brought into close contact with the skin surface of a wearer, the rising line is a line formed at the inner end in the width direction of the joining surface,

further comprising a1 st expansion part which expands and contracts in the width direction,
the grooves are a pair of grooves, and the grooves are arranged on the outer side of the groove,
the pair of grooves are disposed on the crotch side of the area corresponding to the urethral opening,
the 1 st stretchable part includes the stretchable member disposed in an expanded state outside of the width direction of the ventral end portions of the pair of grooves.
15. The absorbent article according to claim 1,
also comprises a display part which is used for displaying the information,
the display unit is configured such that at least a part thereof overlaps the groove or a position on a longitudinal extension line of the groove, and the part appears on the non-skin surface side when the width of the groove is changed,
the groove is a hole-shaped or concave groove depressed from the non-skin surface side to the skin surface side,
the display unit is configured to change a form by the appearance of the portion.
16. The absorbent article of claim 15,
also comprises a laminated body which is formed by laminating a plurality of laminated bodies,
the laminated body has the absorber as an inner layer and has a sheet-like member,
the display unit is provided on a portion of the laminate body on the non-skin surface side of the absorber and is provided on the abdomen or back of the wearer,
the groove is provided at least in the crotch portion of the wearer and extends in the longitudinal direction, which is the direction from the crotch portion toward the abdomen or back,
the grooves are aligned in the width direction of the absorbent article, and a part of the sheet-like member or the grooves extending to the abdomen or the back through the grooves intrudes into the grooves to form depressions as viewed from the non-skin surface side,
the depressions extend to the abdomen or the back, and the sheet-like members forming the depressions are joined to each other to have a predetermined peel strength.
17. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 12 to 14,
the pair of grooves penetrate the absorber in the thickness direction.
