6. The cover plate as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the limiting portion (25) is located above the fixing portion (26).
7. The cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a position indication part for judging that the pole (10) is rotated to a position is arranged on the top surface of the pole (10).
8. The cover plate according to claim 7, characterized in that the position indication part is an elongated slot (14), and when the pole (10) is rotated to a position, the elongated slot (14) extends in a direction parallel to the length direction of the top cover (20).

The cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an insulating plate (50), wherein the insulating plate (50) is disposed on a lower surface of the top cap (20), wherein the insulating plate (50) has a through hole (51) corresponding to the pole (10) and a mating surface (52) located outside a circumferential direction of the through hole (51), and wherein the lower surface of the pole (10) is in the same plane as the mating surface (52), or wherein the lower surface of the pole (10) is higher than the mating surface (52).
