Specifically, referring to fig. 9, the grille body 21 includes a grille outer ring 211 and a grille module 212 disposed in the grille outer ring 211, the grille module 212 includes a plurality of grille frames 2121, a grille hole 202 is defined by one grille frame 2121, two adjacent grille frames 2121 share one edge, each grille frame 2121 can be defined by one edge of six adjacent grille frames 2121, and the whole grille frame is a honeycomb structure. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the louver body 21 perpendicular to the optical path direction of the light is honeycomb-shaped, and the cross-sectional shape of the louver holes 202 that are individually used as light outlets is hexagonal.
Referring to fig. 9, a horizontal X direction is a length direction of the hexagonal grid holes 202, a horizontal Y direction is a width direction of the grid holes 202, the horizontal X direction is perpendicular to the horizontal Y direction, a side length of a side of the grid frame 2121 parallel to the horizontal X direction is a, and a width of the grid frame in the horizontal Y direction is b. According to the requirement of light distribution, when the classroom lamp is required to emit light with high light efficiency in the horizontal X direction and the anti-dazzle requirement in the horizontal Y direction is high (such as UGR < 16), the a/b is greater than 1, and the preferred value recommends that the a/b is approximately equal to 1.5. When the classroom lamp is required to have high emergent light effect in the horizontal Y direction and have high anti-dazzle requirement in the horizontal X direction (such as UGR < 16), the a/b is <1, and the preferred value at the time is recommended to be a/b ≈ 0.67. When the light is emitted in the horizontal X direction and the horizontal Y direction and the anti-dazzle direction are not greatly different, the a/b is approximately equal to 1 or the a/b =1.
Since the pentagon or hexagon formed by the grid outer ring 211 and the adjacent grid frame 2121 enclosing together are also the grid holes 202 serving as light outlets, the length of the side of the grid hole 202 formed by the grid outer ring 211 in the horizontal Y direction is b1, the length of the side of the grid hole 202 parallel to the grid frame 2121 in the horizontal X direction is a1, the length of the side of the grid hole 202 formed by the grid outer ring 211 in the horizontal X direction is a2, and the width of the grid hole 202 in the horizontal Y direction is b2, and a1/b1> =1 or a1/b1< =1, a2/b2> =1 or a2/b2< =1 is allowed according to the light distribution and size arrangement.
The honeycomb-shaped grating module 212 not only has higher structural strength than the common non-honeycomb-shaped grating module 212, but also can increase the anti-dazzle function.
In the present embodiment, in order to improve the light emitting efficiency of the grid member 20, the surface of the grid member 20 is vacuum aluminizing, so that all surfaces of the grid member 20 have a mirror effect to improve the reflection efficiency.
In the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 8, the hole wall of the grating holes 202 is a concave arc, and a tangent of the arc at an extending end along the light-emitting direction may be parallel to the light-emitting direction, such that the width of the grating holes 202 is reduced along the light-emitting direction. The arc-shaped wall of the grating hole 202 can directly emit the light reflected by the inner side of the grating hole 202 close to the light source assembly 60 out of the grating hole 202 without being reflected again by the opposite wall.
According to the principle of light incidence and reflection, the current design verifies that: the optical efficiency of the arc-shaped grid member 20 is more than or equal to 80%; whereas the optical efficiency of the conventional grid member 20 having a cross-sectional shape such as a square is only 63% as measured. It can be seen that the grill member 20 in the present embodiment has higher optical efficiency.
In other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the grating holes 202 may also be other shapes, such as quadrangle, pentagon, circle, etc., without limitation.
Referring to fig. 7, a functional module 80, such as a sound amplifying unit, an audio playing unit, or an intelligent sensing unit, may be disposed in the middle of the grill body 21 to implement a multifunctional application of the classroom lamp and assist the teaching process.

The reinforcement portion 721 may be connected to the cover body 41 by screws. The mounting post 71 is connected to one side of the reinforcement portion 721 facing the cover body 41 and extends upward. The cover body 41 is provided with a through hole 402, and the mounting post 71 penetrates through the through hole 402 and extends upwards to protrude out of the cover body 41 so as to be connected with a suspended ceiling of a classroom. The shroud rim 42 and the grill rim 22 can cooperate to retain the ribs 72. Specifically, the cover peripheral edge 42 and the grill peripheral edge 22 can collectively clamp the retainer 722 to achieve the retainer 722 at the location of the ribs 72. The ribs 72 serve to reinforce the structural strength of the back cover 40 and facilitate connection to an external ceiling via the mounting posts 71, reducing material requirements for the back cover 40.
Optionally, the rib 72 is provided with a supporting hole, specifically, the supporting hole is provided on the fixing portion 722, and the connecting member 50 sequentially penetrates through the cover hole 401, the supporting hole and the outer edge hole 201, and is connected to the connecting groove 101. This increases the holding force of the cover rim 42 and the grill rim 22 against the holding portion 722.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, the inner hole wall of the outer edge hole 201 formed in the outer edge 22 of the grille may also be through-set to form a through opening, the fixing portion 722 of the rib 72 may be laterally inserted into the through opening, the thickness of the fixing portion 722 is the same as that of the outer edge 22 of the grille, that is, the lower portion of the fixing portion 722 abuts against the frame 10, and the upper portion abuts against the outer edge 42 of the cover, at this time, the outer edge 42 of the cover and the frame 10 clamp the fixing portion 722 together, so that other areas of the outer edge 42 of the cover can always abut against the outer edge 22 of the grille without increasing the thickness of the classroom lamp.
