The garlic peeling plate 320 is detachably connected with the transmission rod 310, so that the garlic peeling plate 320 and/or the stirring knife 400 can be selected according to actual needs, and the applicability of the food processor is improved.
In an embodiment, the stirring knife 400 is disposed on the transmission rod 310 and located in the accommodating space, and the stirring knife 400 and the garlic peeling plate 320 are disposed at an interval and located below the garlic peeling plate 320. 1. A food processor, characterized in that it comprises:
the cup comprises a cup body and a cup cover, wherein the cup body is provided with an accommodating space, and the cup cover is arranged on the cup body to open or close the accommodating space;
a drive assembly; and
the garlic peeling assembly comprises a transmission rod and a garlic peeling disc, the garlic peeling disc is arranged on the transmission rod and located in the containing space, the transmission rod is in transmission connection with the driving assembly, the driving assembly is used for driving the transmission rod to rotate so as to drive the garlic peeling disc to rotate, a plurality of convex parts are arranged on the disc surface of the garlic peeling disc, and the convex parts are made of hard materials.
2. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the garlic peeling disk is made of a hard material.
3. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the protrusion is pointed away from a top end of the face of the garlic peeling disk.
4. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the height of the protrusion is no less than 1mm and no greater than 10mm.

The food processor of claim 1, wherein the plurality of protrusions are sequentially arranged at intervals on the surface of the garlic peeling disc and form a plurality of first strip groups, connecting lines of the plurality of protrusions in the first strip groups are arranged in a strip shape, and the plurality of first strip groups are arranged in a radial shape from a central position to an outer edge of the garlic peeling disc.

14. The food processor of claim 13, wherein the stirring blade is disposed on the transmission rod and located in the accommodating space, and the stirring blade is spaced apart from the garlic peeling plate and located below the garlic peeling plate.
