When no external plug 40 is inserted into the base 11, the control key 22 can be freely switched between the second control position and the first control position; when the external plug 40 is inserted, only the external plug 40 is allowed to supply power to the second electrifying part 13, and the power supply to the first electrifying part 12 is not allowed; the misoperation caused by manual power-on of the first power-on part 12 and the second power-on part 13 is prevented.
Through the cooperation of the first energization portion 12, the second energization portion 13 and the switch 20, when the first control key 22 is in the second control position, the external plug 40 can be completely inserted into the base 11. The external plug 40 supplies power to the first electrifying part 12, so that the second electrifying part 13 is electrified, and the first conductor is not electrified. And control key 22 remains in the second control position and cannot be depressed. When the first control key 22 is in the first control position, the external plug 40 cannot be inserted into the base 11, and only when the control key 22 is pressed to the second control position, the external plug 40 can be completely inserted; when no external power cord is inserted, the control key 22 can freely control the connection of the first and second energization parts 12 and 13.

a switch (20) including a connection conductor (21) movably disposed in the base (11) and a control key (22) for driving the connection conductor (21) to move, the control key (22) being in a first control position for driving the connection conductor (21) to be in an on position for making the first conducting portion (12) and the second conducting portion (13) be on, the control key (22) being in a second control position for driving the connection conductor (21) to be in a separated position for making the first conducting portion (12) and the second conducting portion (13) be off;
the blocking piece (30) is movably arranged on the base (11) in a penetrating mode and provided with a first blocking position and a second blocking position, the first blocking position is used for locking the control key (22) at the second control position, the second blocking position is used for blocking an external plug (40) from entering the base (11), when the external plug (40) is inserted into the base (11) and is electrically connected with the second electrifying portion (13), the external plug (40) enables the blocking piece (30) to be kept at the first blocking position, and when the control key (22) is located at the first control position, the control key (22) enables the blocking piece (30) to be kept at the second blocking position.

the control key (22) comprises a key body (221) and a blocking hole (222) arranged on the key body (221), the key body (221) can drive the connecting conductor (21) to move, the blocking piece (30) is provided with a first blocking section (31) and a second blocking section (32),
