本实用新型涉及一种容器盖,特别是一种防伪瓶盖。
现有的防冒瓶盖,主要采用机械冲压加工商标和图案,或使用激光技术处理瓶盖,使之具有防伪效果,它们存在制造方便,技术工艺普及,原料及其制作多而简单,故易被彷制,防伪效果较差。在CN2135539Y中公开了一种防伪冒瓶盖,该瓶盖由外盖1垫片、薄片和冲压形成的二次图案构成,该瓶盖由于具有其摘要所述的结构简单,制作简便、不需专用设备等特点,因而具有防伪效果差,易受彷制等不足。
本实用新型的目的就是设计一种检测较易,防伪效果好,彷制较难的防伪瓶盖。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下结构实现的:防伪瓶盖,包括有盖体,其主要特征是在盖体上的印刷有荧光体发光粉层。使用时通过紫光照射其瓶盖上涂附的发光粉层,使发光粉层显示出特有的图案、商标、文字等,以检测其真伪,防止假冒产品。
本实用新型由于通过特殊的印刷手段将荧光体发光粉印刷在盖体,因而具有检测方便,防伪效果好,彷制较难等优点。

如图1所示:本实用新型包括有盖体2,其特征是在盖体上印刷或转印一层荧光体发光粉层1;荧光体发光粉层可以根据印刷和转印的特点,将发光粉按需要配制成适合印刷的油状混合物,然后通过印刷设备或工具直接将该混合物按一定图案,商标或文字印刷在盖体上。
