the heating rod exposing part at the near end of the muffle furnace is sleeved with the traction device (12), and the traction device (12) is used for driving the heating rod to withdraw from the near end of the muffle furnace.

the near-end insulating sleeve (7) wraps the exposed part of the near-end heating rod of the muffle furnace, the clamping sleeve (8) is connected with the exposed part of the heating rod through a jackscrew (9), a connecting ring (10) is fixedly connected to the traction side of the clamping sleeve (8), the connecting ring (10) is connected with a driving unit through a traction rope (11), and the driving unit is used for providing power for the traction heating rod.

when the heating rod is dismounted, the traction rope (11) is axially parallel to the heating rod.

A muffle heating rod exchange and removal device according to claim 6, characterized in that the outer diameter of the puller sleeve (13) is smaller than the inner diameter of the heating rod, and the outer diameter of the lead screw (16) is smaller than the hole diameter of the concave hole of the puller sleeve (13).
8. A muffle heating rod exchange and removal device according to claim 6, characterized in that the screw (16) is a ball screw and the bearing (17) is a ball bearing.
