It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In the related art, in order to realize the positioning between two adjacent support bars in the rubber frame, a positioning insertion tongue and a positioning insertion groove are usually arranged between the two adjacent support bars, and the two adjacent support bars are mutually positioned by the mutual insertion between the positioning insertion tongue and the positioning insertion groove. However, since the positioning tongue is usually a protruding structure protruding from the end of the supporting bar, it has a small size and low strength, and is prone to bending deformation such as warping. Thus, the warped positioning tongue is likely to abut against the display panel and scratch the display panel, and the safety of the display panel is low.
In view of this, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device, wherein the positioning tongue is located behind a sidewall of the positioning portion, that is, a supporting bar is disposed between the positioning tongue and the display panel, so that even if the positioning tongue is warped, the positioning tongue abuts against an inner wall surface of the positioning portion of an adjacent supporting bar and does not abut against the display panel, and the safety of the display panel is high.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device according to some embodiments of the present application. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a portion a in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a display device according to some embodiments of the present application at a splice location between two adjacent support bars. FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the front side of two adjacent brace bars at the splice location in some embodiments of the present application. FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the back side of two adjacent brace bars at the splice location in some embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a Display device 10, where the Display device 10 may be an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) Display device, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) Display device, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) device, and the like, and the present embodiment does not further limit the type of the Display device 10.
The display device 10 includes a display panel 100, and the display panel 100 is used to display image information such as text and images.
The display panel 100 has an operable Area (AA) for displaying an image and a Black Matrix Area (BM) surrounding the display Area.
The display device 10 has a day side, a ground side, a left side, a right side, and a front side and a rear side. The left and right sides of the display apparatus 10 refer to the left and right sides of the user when the user faces the side of the display panel 100. Accordingly, the side of the display device 10 facing the user is the front side, the side of the display device 10 facing away from the user is the rear side, the upper side of the display device 10 is the day side, and the lower side of the display device 10 is the ground side.
The display device 10 includes a back plate 200, and the back plate 200 is disposed on a side of the display panel 100 facing away from the display surface, that is, the back plate 200 is disposed on a rear side of the display panel 100 for supporting the display panel 100. The material of the backplate 200 can be aluminum alloy, steel, etc. to provide effective support.
The display device 10 includes a rubber frame 300, the rubber frame 300 is detachably mounted on the backplate 200, for example, the rubber frame 300 is mounted on the backplate 200 by clamping, screwing, and the like, so that the assembly and disassembly are easy. The plastic frame 300 is a frame structure for supporting the display panel 100, that is, the plastic frame 300 is disposed between the display panel 100 and the back plate 200, and the plastic frame 300 is supported at the rear side of the edge of the display panel 100.
The plastic frame 300 is usually located in the black matrix area to prevent the plastic frame 300 from shielding the operable area
In some embodiments, the rubber frame 300 includes a plurality of supporting bars 310, and the plurality of supporting bars 310 are connected end to end along the circumferential direction of the display panel 100, that is, the rubber frame 300 is a splicing structure, when the display device 10 is assembled, the plurality of supporting bars 310 can be spliced into a frame structure and installed on the backplate 200, the mold cost of the rubber frame 300 is low, and the manufacturing cost of the display device 10 is low.
In some embodiments, the plastic frame 300 includes adjacent long sides and short sides, wherein the plastic frame 300 is a generally rectangular frame structure, that is, the plastic frame 300 has two long sides and two short sides, the two long sides are disposed opposite to each other and respectively correspond to the sky side and the ground side of the display device 10, and the short sides are disposed opposite to each other and respectively correspond to the left side and the right side of the display device 10.
In some embodiments, one support bar 310 is correspondingly disposed on the short side of the rubber frame 300, and one or two support bars 310 are correspondingly disposed on the long side of the rubber frame 300, that is, the rubber frame 300 may have four or six support bars 310, which is fewer in number and easy to assemble.
In some embodiments, for convenience of description, two adjacent supporting bars 310 may be referred to as a first supporting bar 320 and a second supporting bar 330, that is, the plurality of supporting bars 310 include adjacent first supporting bar 320 and second supporting bar 330, wherein a protruding positioning tongue 321 is disposed at an end of the first supporting bar 320, and a positioning portion 331 is disposed at an end of the second supporting bar 330, so that when the adhesive frame 300 is assembled, the positioning tongue 321 can extend into the positioning portion 331 to achieve relative positioning between the first supporting bar 320 and the second supporting bar 330, thereby facilitating relative fixing between the first supporting bar 320 and the backboard 200.
The positioning tongue 321 is generally a protrusion structure protruding from an end of the first supporting bar 320, and a protruding direction of the protrusion structure may be parallel to a length direction of the first supporting bar 320 (as shown in fig. 5), or may form an angle (not shown) with the length direction of the first supporting bar 320, for example, perpendicular to the length direction, and this embodiment is not limited further. The positioning portion 331 is a groove structure formed on the second supporting bar 330, and the adjacent two ends of the first supporting bar 320 and the second supporting bar 330 can be relatively positioned by inserting the protrusion structure and the groove structure into each other.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the sidewall of the positioning portion 331 covers the front side of the positioning tongue 321, that is, the sidewall of the positioning portion 331 is located between the positioning tongue 321 and the display panel 100, and a second supporting bar 330 is disposed between the positioning tongue 321 and the display panel 100.
Thus, even if the positioning tongue 321 is warped toward the display panel 100 due to factors such as assembly accuracy and temperature, the positioning tongue 321 abuts against the inner wall surface of the positioning portion 331, that is, the positioning tongue 321 and the second support strip 330 abut against each other and do not abut against the display panel 100, thereby preventing the positioning tongue 321 from scratching the display panel 100.
And for the second supporting bars 330, they can contact the display panel 100 under the abutment of the positioning insertion tongues 321, and the conformability between the second supporting bars 330 and the display panel 100 is better, and the stability of the display panel 100 is higher.
The positioning portion 331 may have an opening along the circumferential direction of the display panel 100, and the positioning tongue 321 extends into the positioning portion 331 through the opening of the positioning portion 331. Thus, after the rubber frame 300 is spliced, the positioning tongue 321 is hidden inside the positioning portion 331, and the appearance of the rubber frame 300 is simple.
In some embodiments, a through hole may be further formed on the rear sidewall of the positioning portion 331, so that after the rubber frame 300 is assembled, the positioning tongue 321 is exposed at the rear side of the rubber frame 300 through the through hole. That is, the assembling personnel can determine whether the positioning tongue 321 is inserted in place through the through hole, and the assembling is convenient.
The size of the through hole may be smaller than that of the positioning tongue 321, and at this time, the positioning portion 331 may limit the positioning tongue 321, so as to prevent the positioning tongue 321 from being separated from the positioning portion 331 along the vertical direction of the display panel 100.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the through hole may further extend to the opening of the positioning portion 331, and the width of the through hole is greater than the width of the positioning tongue 321. In this way, the positioning insertion tongue 321 is entirely exposed to the rear side of the second support bar 330 via the through opening.
In the assembly process of the rubber frame 300, each support bar 310 can be sequentially assembled in an overlapping manner, that is, only the positioning portion 331 and the positioning insertion tongue 321 are aligned, and the positioning insertion tongue 321 is placed in the positioning portion 331, specifically, the first support bar 320 is placed on the backboard, and the second support bar 330 is placed on the backboard, so that the support bar 310 does not bend or deform in the assembly process of the rubber frame 300, and the assembly efficiency is high. And the structure of the supporting bar 310 is simpler and easy to manufacture and mold.
It can be understood that after the rubber frame 300 is assembled, the splicing gap between two adjacent supporting bars 310 may be formed by multiple sections, as shown in fig. 5, the splicing gap between two adjacent supporting bars 310 is formed by three sections, wherein the first section X1 is located at an outer side of the positioning tongue 321, the second section X2 is located at an inner side of the positioning tongue 321, the third section X3 is located between the first section X1 and the second section X2, and the third section X3 is located at a section corresponding to the positioning tongue 321.
When the display device 10 has a backlight source, the second supporting bar 330 can shield part of light emitted by the backlight source by arranging the positioning tongue 321 at the rear side of the second supporting bar 330, that is, the positioning tongue 321 can play a role in shielding light, and the light leaked from the splicing gap at the inner side of the positioning tongue 321 has lower brightness, that is, the light leaked from the second section X2 has lower brightness. Considering that the splicing gap between two adjacent supporting bars 310 is usually small, the leaked light at the position of the second segment X2 is usually not observed by the human eye of the user, i.e. light leakage at the splicing position between two adjacent supporting bars 310 can be visually avoided.
In some embodiments, the inside edge of the positioning tab 321 is flush with the inner wall surface 301 of the glue frame 300 (not shown). Thus, after the rubber frame 300 is assembled, the splicing gap between two adjacent supporting bars 310 is formed by two sections, the first section of splicing gap is located at the outer side of the positioning tongue 321, and the second section of splicing gap corresponds to the positioning tongue 321.
Wherein, the operable area is kept away from to first section concatenation gap, and display device 10 assembles the back of accomplishing, and this section concatenation gap accessible display device 10's preceding shell covers, even the user is located display device 10's side, the light leak phenomenon can not take place for first section concatenation gap.
It can be understood that the second segment of the splicing gap is located at the front side of the positioning insertion tongue 321, that is, the positioning insertion tongue 321 is located at the front side of the second segment of the splicing gap along the light emitting direction of the backlight source, so that the positioning insertion tongue 321 can block light from entering the second segment of the splicing gap, and even if a user is located at the side of the display device 10, the light leakage phenomenon does not occur in the second segment of the splicing gap.
That is to say, by disposing the positioning insertion tongue 321 at the rear side of the adjacent supporting bars 310, the display panel 100 can be prevented from being scratched by the positioning insertion tongue 321, and light leakage at the joint gap between the two adjacent supporting bars 310 can also be prevented.
In some embodiments, the length and width of the positioning portion 331 are both greater than the length and width of the positioning tab 321 (as shown in fig. 5). That is, the inner wall surface of the positioning portion 331 and the outer wall surface of the positioning tongue 321 have a fitting gap therebetween, which may be 1mm to 5mm.
Therefore, the situation that the positioning tongue 321 and the positioning portion 331 cannot be effectively inserted due to interference between the positioning portion 331 and the positioning tongue 321 caused by deformation of the supporting bar 310, assembly accuracy and the like can be avoided.
In some embodiments, two adjacent support bars 310 abut each other at a splice location. Like this, when the frame 300 is glued in the concatenation, two adjacent support bars 310 are in the interference state of mutual butt, avoid the concatenation position department of two adjacent support bars 310 to appear the concatenation gap, that is to say from structural display device 10 the problem of the light leak appearing in the concatenation position department of two adjacent support bars 310.
At this time, the position of the positioning tongue 321 in the vertical direction of the supporting bar 310 may not be limited, that is, the inner edge of the positioning tongue 321 may not be flush with the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300.
In some embodiments, the supporting bar 310 is an elastic member, and the material of the supporting bar 310 may be Polycarbonate (PC), fiberglass, or the like. The support bar 310 is installed in front of the backboard 200 and configured in an arc shape, and the middle of the support bar 310 protrudes toward the outside of the rubber frame 300. That is, the supporting bar 310 is in a bending state in a natural state, and when the supporting bar 310 is positioned opposite to the backboard 200 by the positioning structure, the supporting bar 310 is still in an arc-shaped bending natural state.
During the process of fixing the supporting bar 310 to the backboard 200, the assembling personnel will flatten the curved supporting bar 310 into a straight bar shape extending along the length direction of the side edge thereof. It can be understood that the length of the support bar 310 in the bent state is smaller than the length of the support bar 310 in the straight state.
And since the supporting bar 310 protrudes toward the outer side of the rubber frame 300 in a natural state, after the supporting bar 310 is converted into a straight bar state, the supporting bar 310 can be prevented from bending and deforming toward the inner side of the rubber frame 300, and the rubber frame 300 can be prevented from being exposed in an operable area.
Then, after the supporting bars 310 are converted from the bending state to the straight bar state, the two end portions of the supporting bars 310 are correspondingly deflected and displaced and extend towards the two ends, so as to reduce the splicing gap between two adjacent supporting bars 310. Like this, after two adjacent support bars 310 all convert the straight strip state into, can be in the state of mutual butt, avoid appearing the concatenation gap between two adjacent support bars 310.
FIG. 6 is another cross-sectional view of a display device according to some embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, taking the display device 10 as a liquid crystal display device as an example, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6, the display device 10 includes an optical film assembly 400, and the display panel 100 is located on the light-emitting side of the optical film assembly 400, that is, the optical film assembly 400 is limited between the rubber frame 300 and the back plate 200, so as to support the optical film assembly 400 and the display panel 100 through the back plate 200.
The display device 10 further comprises a backlight module comprising a backlight panel for generating light. The backlight plate is provided with a backlight, and may be an aluminum plate, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), or the like. The backlight may be a Light-Emitting Diode (LED), a sub-millimeter Light-Emitting Diode (Mini LED), or a Micro-Light-Emitting Diode (Micro LED).
The optical film assembly can be of different types according to different types of light emitted by the backlight source. For example, when the backlight emits white light, the optical film assembly may include a reflective sheet, a light guide plate, a brightness enhancement film, and the like. The optical film assembly may include a diffuser film, a fluorescent film, and a brightness enhancing film when the backlight emits blue light. The present embodiment does not further limit the kind of the optical film assembly 400.
In some embodiments, the adhesive frame 300 extends towards the inner side thereof, such that the front wall surface of the adhesive frame 300 is matched with the display panel 100 to support the rear side of the display panel 100, and the rear wall surface of the adhesive frame 300 and the optical film assembly 400 are crossed with each other, i.e. the projection of the adhesive frame 300 on the display panel 100 and the projection of the optical film assembly 400 on the display panel 100 are overlapped with each other, such that the optical film assembly 400 can be prevented from being displaced and the like by limiting the optical film assembly 400 between the adhesive frame 300 and the back plate 200.
In some embodiments, the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300 gradually inclines toward the inner side of the rubber frame 300 from the side close to the optical film assembly 400 to the side far from the optical film assembly 400. In this way, the light emitted from the backlight source can be reflected toward the rear side of the display panel 100 through the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300, that is, the light reflected from the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300 toward one side of the display panel 100 is reduced, so as to avoid the uneven brightness of the display panel 100.
It can be understood that the larger the inclination angle of the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300, the smaller the gap between the front wall surface of the rubber frame 300 and the edge of the operable area. Considering factors such as the assembly accuracy of the display device 10 and the deformation of the rubber frame 300, when the gap between the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300 and the edge of the operable area is too small, the rubber frame 300 may extend into the operable area and block image information.
In some embodiments, the included angle between the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300 and the vertical plane of the display panel 100 is less than or equal to 5 degrees. For example, the included angle between the inner wall surface 301 of the rubber frame 300 and the vertical surface of the display panel 100 may be less than or equal to 3 degrees. That is, the cross width dimension of the fit between the front wall surface of the rubber frame 300 and the display panel 100 becomes smaller, while the cross limit dimension of the rear wall surface of the rubber frame 300 and the optical film assembly 400 does not change.
Thus, the plastic frame 300 can effectively increase the gap between the edge of the plastic frame 300 and the edge of the operable area under the conditions of effectively supporting the display panel 100 and effectively limiting the optical film assembly 400, for example, the gap can be increased to 3mm, the size of the gap is large, and the plastic frame 300 can be prevented from extending into the operable area due to the self-deformation, the assembly precision and other factors.
