Therefore, how to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the noise generated when the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit operates becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field.

In addition, the liquid supplied by the pipeline can be water or other easily obtained and evaporable liquid in summer, and can also be collected condensed water of the indoor unit of the air conditioner; in winter, the salt solution can be any environment-friendly salt solution capable of absorbing moisture in air. The filler 18 may be any environmentally friendly material capable of forming a liquid film, such as kraft paper, plastic sheet, inorganic porous material, and the like.
The arrangement mode of the pipeline for supplying liquid to the filler 18 in the filler part is various, and the pipeline is preferably arranged to comprise a liquid spraying pipe 7, a liquid collecting tray 8, a liquid inlet pipe 9 and a liquid outlet pipe 10 by combining the characteristics of the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1. In order to save material and equipment space, the rotation shaft 6 may be arranged parallel to the axis of the fan 2. In addition, the rotating shaft 6 can be set to be in a manual or electric driving mode according to actual requirements.
In order to control the liquid flow entering the liquid dripping pipe 7, a liquid inlet valve 11 is arranged between the liquid inlet pipe 9 and the liquid dripping pipe 7, a liquid level sensor 17 is arranged at the liquid collecting tray 8, the liquid level sensor 17 is connected with the liquid inlet valve 11, and the opening degree of the liquid inlet valve 11 is adjusted according to the liquid level height of the liquid collected by the liquid collecting tray 8 so as to control the liquid inlet amount.
In addition, in order to control the discharge flow rate of the discharge pipe 10, a discharge valve 12 may be provided between the discharge pipe 10 and the drip tray 8, and the liquid level sensor 17 may be connected to the discharge valve 12 as necessary.
In order to further improve the working efficiency and the energy-saving effect of the energy-saving device, the pipeline for supplying liquid to the filler 18 of the filler part can be set to be a mode capable of spraying the liquid on the filler part in a circulating mode.
The circulation can be arranged in many ways, for example, the shower pipe 7 can be arranged to comprise a first closed ring-shaped part, and the drip pan 8 can be arranged to comprise a second closed ring-shaped part, between which a circulation unit for circulating the liquid is arranged. In order to solve the problem of noise generated during the operation of the outdoor unit of the air-cooled air conditioner, especially the large air-cooled chiller, the packing 18 may be made of a material having sound deadening properties (e.g., a porous flexible material).
The positions of the packing part and the closing plate 3 may be set according to the position of the air outlet of the outdoor unit 1 of the air-cooled type air conditioner. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the outlet of the air-cooling type air conditioning outdoor unit 1 is provided above the air-cooling type air conditioning outdoor unit 1, and the closing plate 3 may be provided above the filler portion described above. Further, the filler part may surround the air-cooled outdoor unit 1 except the outlet port as much as possible in order to provide the humidification and dehumidification effects to the air flows from various directions as much as possible. In the case where the outlet is provided above the air-cooling type outdoor unit 1, the filler may be provided in a cylindrical shape around the entire periphery of the air-cooling type outdoor unit 1.
The whole operation of the energy saving device will be explained in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 to 5 show an air-cooled outdoor unit of an air conditioner with an air inlet surface around the unit. The packing part of the energy-saving device is a plurality of packing modules 5 which are correspondingly arranged according to the size of the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 and contain packing 18, the air outlet of the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is positioned above, and the frame 4 and the packing part are arranged around the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 in a surrounding manner. As shown in fig. 3, the top of which is sealed with a closing plate 3 to prevent short-circuiting of the gas flow. The packing module 5 is fixed to the frame 4 by a rotating shaft 6 parallel to the axis of the fan 2.
As shown in fig. 4, a liquid inlet pipe 9 is installed on the upper portion of the frame 4, the liquid inlet pipe 9 is provided with a liquid inlet valve 11 for controlling the liquid inlet amount, the other end of the liquid inlet pipe 9 is connected with a liquid dripping pipe 7 with small holes, and the liquid can flow out through the small holes of the liquid dripping pipe 7 and be sprayed onto the packing 18 of the packing module 5 to form a liquid film.
The lower part of the frame 4 is provided with a liquid collecting tray 8, a liquid level sensor 17 is arranged at the position of the liquid collecting tray 8, the liquid level sensor 17 is connected with the liquid inlet valve 11 through a control line 16, and the opening degree of the liquid inlet valve 11 can be adjusted according to the liquid level of the liquid collecting tray 8 so as to control the liquid inlet amount. Between the intake pipe 9 and the drip pan 8, there is provided a circulation unit comprising a circulation pipe 13, a circulation valve 14 and a circulation pump 15. Wherein, two ends of the circulating pipe 13 are respectively connected with the liquid dripping pipe 7 and the liquid collecting tray 8, the circulating valve 14 is used for controlling the amount of the circulating liquid entering the circulating pipe 13, and the circulating pump 15 is used for providing power for the circulating unit. Through which circulating unit a circulating spraying of liquid on the filling 18 of the filling module 5 can be achieved. Further, a drain pipe 10 and a drain-amount-controlling valve 12 for discharging the liquid collected by the drip pan 8 are connected to the end of the drip pan 8.
When the outdoor air temperature is too high or too low and the energy-saving device needs to be put into operation, the liquid inlet valve 11 is opened, so that liquid enters the liquid pouring pipe 7 and is sprayed on the filler 18 of the filler module 5 to form a liquid film. At this time, the filler module 5 forms an enclosing state for the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1, the air flow entering the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is in a vertical state with the filler module 5, and after the liquid film treatment, the temperature of all the air entering the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is reduced or improved, so that the energy consumption of the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is reduced.
When the energy-saving device is in an operating state, the liquid inlet valve 11 is opened and the circulating valve 14 and the circulating pump 15 are opened at the same time as required, so that the liquid is circularly sprayed onto the filler 18 of the filler module 5 through the circulating pipe 13 and the liquid spraying pipe 7.
That is, by opening or closing the circulation valve 14 and the circulation pump 15, the operation state of the economizer can be distinguished into the circulation mode and the direct current mode.
The drain valve 12 is normally closed, and may be opened when the liquid collected by the drip pan 8 needs to be drained.
When the outdoor temperature is proper and the energy-saving device is not needed to be put into operation, the packing module 5 is rotated by 90 degrees through the rotating shaft 6, and at the moment, the packing module 5 forms an open state for the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1, so that the air flow entering the air-cooled air conditioner outdoor unit 1 and the packing module 5 are in a parallel state, and the liquid inlet valve 11, the circulating valve 14 and the circulating pump 15 are closed.
