Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种筒灯,包括灯主体、透光罩以及发光灯条,所述灯主体内壁设有阶梯层,所述发光灯条安装于所述阶梯层。所述阶梯层为若干环形阶梯组成,若干环形阶梯大小递减。所述发光灯条固定于所述阶梯层的层阶上,所述发光灯条的发光面朝向所述透光罩设置。本实用新型提供一种新的筒灯结构。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明领域,具体的是一种筒灯。
背景技术
筒灯、射灯等嵌入到天花板内光线下射式的照明灯具,光线向下投射,属于直接配光。起到较好的装饰作用。但是其本身结构单一,内部发光组件多为灯板结构,可变性非常小,加上其为隐藏式安装,外壳组件也是无需做设计,更造成此类灯光的单一性。
另一种如台灯、路灯等,发光组件多为单一的发光灯泡结构,照射出的光线单调。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种新型的内壁设置发光组件的筒灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种筒灯,包括以下结构:
灯主体、透光罩以及发光灯条,
所述灯主体内壁设有阶梯层,所述发光灯条安装于所述阶梯层的层阶上。
可选的,所述阶梯层为若干环形阶梯组成,若干环形阶梯大小递减。
可选的,所述阶梯层为沿灯主体内壁延伸的螺旋阶梯层。
可选的,所述螺旋阶梯层每一层的螺旋直径依次递减。
可选的,所述发光灯条的发光面朝向所述透光罩设置。
可选的,所述灯主体底部或所述阶梯层底部有发光组件。
可选的,所述发光组件外部设置有透镜结构。
可选的,所述发光灯条的发光面的外部设置有透镜结构。
可选的,所述透光罩包括透镜结构。
可选的,所述阶梯层的表面和/或灯主体底部设置有反光层。
可选的,所述的灯主体还安装有电源组件。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型提供了一种区别于传统的发光组件的安装方式的灯,将其设置在灯主体的内壁上,实现一种区别于传统筒灯的光效,同时灯主体的发光结构也更加多样化。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本实用新型的解释而本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1:
本实施例公开一种筒灯,如图1,包括:灯主体1-1、透光罩以及发光灯条1-2,灯主体安装有电源组件,灯主体内壁1-3设有阶梯层,发光灯条安装于阶梯层。
具体的,该阶梯层为若干环形阶梯1-4组成,若干环形阶梯大小递减。其中一种实施方式为,阶梯层为若干同心环组成,若干同心环大小依次递减。同心环中空,若干同心环形成塔型中空腔,可以理解是最小的那个同心环远离透光灯罩。
其中每一同心环包括环形层阶,即可以理解为设置在灯主体的内壁的平台,该平台绕灯主体的内壁一周。发光灯条固定于阶梯层的层阶上,发光灯条的发光面朝向透光罩设置。
本实施例公开的灯是筒灯其灯主体内壁或侧壁可以设置所述的阶梯层。
可以预想到的是,该同心环可以是几何同心环,可以是花瓣形环等。
其中一种实施方式为,阶梯层为轴向错开设置的环形阶梯层。
进一步的,为了实现其他不同的光效,所述阶梯层的表面设置有反光层。
实施例2:
本实施例公开一种筒灯的方案,其他结构与实施例1相同,故仍然参照附图1,本方案基于上述实施例1的方案,进一步的,所述灯主体底部2-5或所述阶梯层底部有发光组件。
具体的,该灯底部(底面,即远离灯罩的那一面)为平面结构,等底部设置有发光组件,其可以是一组LED阵列,该LED阵列外部设置有透镜结构2-7,透镜结构底部为与之匹配的一圈发光条2-7。
其他可选结构可以是:该灯主体底部设有发光条构建的环状结构,即可以认为是最后一个阶梯层结构,该环状结构的外部设置透镜结构。
在另一种实施方式中,所述发光灯条的发光面的外部设置有透镜结构,该发光灯条上的LED发光源通过透镜结构实现聚焦。
在另一种实施方式中,所述透光罩包括透镜结构,该安装于阶梯层的发光灯条整体发光光线经该透镜结构实现聚焦。
在另一种实施方式中,为了实现另一种光效,灯主体底部设置有反光层,同时所述阶梯层的表面设置有反光层。
实施例3:
本实施例公开一种筒灯,包括:灯主体3-1、透光罩以及发光灯条3-2,灯主体安装有电源组件,灯主体内壁3-3设有阶梯层,发光灯条安装于阶梯层。
阶梯层为沿灯主体内壁延伸的螺旋阶梯层3-4。该螺旋阶梯层每一层的螺旋直径依次递减。
发光灯条固定于阶梯层的层阶上,发光灯条的发光面朝向透光罩设置。
具体的,该灯底部3-5(底面,即远离灯罩的那一面)为平面结构,等底部设置有发光组件,其可以是一组LED阵列,该LED阵列外部设置有透镜结构。
其他可选的结构可以是:螺旋阶梯层的直径最小的那一层设置在该灯的底部,其外部覆盖有透镜结构。
在另一种实施方式中,所述发光灯条的发光面的外部设置有透镜结构,该发光灯条上的LED发光源通过透镜结构实现聚焦。
在另一种实施方式中,所述透光罩包括透镜结构,该安装于阶梯层的发光灯条整体发光光线经该透镜结构实现聚焦。

Claims (11)

1.一种筒灯,其特征在于,包括:
灯主体、透光罩以及发光灯条,所述发光灯条为LED发光灯条;
所述灯主体内壁设有阶梯层,所述发光灯条安装于所述阶梯层的层阶上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述阶梯层为若干环形阶梯组成,若干环形阶梯大小递减。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述阶梯层为沿灯主体内壁延伸的螺旋阶梯层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述螺旋阶梯层每一层的螺旋直径依次递减。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述发光灯条固定于所述阶梯层的层阶上,所述发光灯条的发光面朝向所述透光罩设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述灯主体底部或所述阶梯层底部有发光组件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述发光组件外部设置有透镜结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述发光灯条的发光面的外部设置有透镜结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述透光罩包括透镜结构。
10.根据权利要求6所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述阶梯层的表面和/或灯主体底部设置有反光层。
11.根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述的灯主体还安装有电源组件。
