The construction of the lifting mechanism 2 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. The lifting mechanism 2 comprises a lifting fixing module, a height adjusting module, a material leveling module and a power supply module. The lifting fixing module and the height adjusting module are composed of a bottom fixing steel plate 201, a steel frame 202, a drag chain connecting plate 203, a right-handed reverser 204, a reversing part coupler 205, a power coupler 206, a second servo motor 207, a second sliding block 208, two side supporting steel plates 209, a material supporting plate 210, a second guide rail 211, a lead screw 212, a lead screw nut 213, a linear bearing 214, a positioning optical axis 215, a drag chain 216, a bearing seat 217, a double-output reverser 218, a left-handed reverser 219 and a transmission fixing plate 220. The material leveling module consists of a first horizontal adjusting block 222, a horizontal adjusting bolt component 223, an X-direction parallel adjusting block 224, a second horizontal adjusting block 225, a Y-direction parallel adjusting block 226 and a parallel adjusting bolt component 227. The power module includes a gas-electric quick-plug male side 221.
The bottom fixing steel plate 201 is T-shaped and is integrally locked on the ground through an expansion bolt. The steel frame 202 is formed by welding two groups of upright posts, two groups of cross posts, a top steel plate, a bottom leveling plate and supporting ribs and is mainly used for fixing each transmission part. The bottom leveling plate and the bottom fixing steel plate 201 are identical in shape and slightly smaller in size, are fixed and leveled with the bottom fixing steel plate 201 through adjusting bolts, and the upper portion of the bottom leveling plate is a welded steel frame 202. The output rotating directions of the right-handed commutator 204 and the left-handed commutator 219 are opposite, and the transverse rotating motion is converted into longitudinal rotating motion through bevel gears inside the right-handed commutator and the left-handed commutator; the transverse rotating motion is provided by a second servo motor 207, a double-output commutator 218 and a power coupling 206, the second servo motor 207 is fixed on the double-output commutator 218 and is positioned by a shaft key, the double-output commutator 218 is installed on a transmission fixing plate 220 and is locked on the leakage part on the inner side of a bottom fixing steel plate 201 by screws, the single-side rotating motion of the second servo motor 207 can be converted into two-side rotating motion with opposite rotating directions by the double-output commutator 218, and then is converted into longitudinal motion with the same rotating direction by the power coupling 206, the right-rotating commutator 204 and the left-rotating commutator 219, the motion is transmitted to a lead screw 212 by a reversing part coupling 205, the lead screw nut 213 can move up and down along the lead screw, a material bearing plate 210 is locked on the upper part by screws, two symmetrically arranged two-side supporting steel plates 209 are installed on two sides below the material bearing plate 210, second sliding blocks 208 are fixed on the outer sides of the two-side supporting steel plates 209, and pass through a second guide rail 211 installed on a steel frame 202 to realize the positioning.
In order to reduce the influence of the overturning moment on the positioning accuracy, two holes are further formed near the position, close to the inner support, of the material supporting plate 210, linear bearings 214 are installed in the holes, the linear bearings 214 are positioned by penetrating through positioning optical axes 215 in the holes, threaded holes are formed in two sides of the positioning optical axes 215, and the threaded holes are locked on the steel frame 202 through threads.
In actual work, the main body of the precision lifting mechanism 2 cannot be completely guaranteed to be consistent with the coordinate system of the assembled mechanical arm, and therefore, the material supporting plate 210 is further provided with a material leveling module capable of performing X/Y/Z three-way adjustment.
As shown in fig. 6, there are 2 groups of first horizontal adjusting blocks 222 and second horizontal adjusting blocks 225, which are arranged in an oblique symmetrical manner, and each horizontal adjusting block is provided with 3 groups of threaded holes, so that the horizontal adjustment in the Z direction can be realized through a horizontal adjusting bolt assembly 223 at the bottom. The bent parts of the first horizontal adjusting block 222 and the second horizontal adjusting block 225 are provided with avoidance grooves, X-direction parallel adjusting blocks 224 and Y-direction parallel adjusting blocks 226 are placed in the avoidance grooves, and the two parallel adjusting blocks are adjusted and fixed through two groups of lateral parallel adjusting bolts; the outer sides of the X-direction parallel adjusting block 224 and the Y-direction parallel adjusting block 226 are provided with 60-degree oblique angles which can be automatically guided and form a precise positioning relation with the outer oblique edge of the tray in the material positioning system 3.
Considering the power supply and air supply requirements in the material tray, the material supporting plate 210 is also provided with a pneumatic-electric quick insertion plate male side 221, the pneumatic-electric quick insertion plate male side 221 is installed based on the accurate positioning relation after being guided, a brass cell is adopted for conducting current inside, an air hole is formed for air to pass through, when the material tray is guided through a horizontal adjusting block and is accurately positioned, the pneumatic-electric quick insertion plate male side 221 is connected with a tool side pneumatic-electric quick insertion plate 309 and is pressed through the self weight of the tray, then the internal cell is connected with the air hole to realize pneumatic-electric transmission, an air pipe and a cable are protected through a drag chain 216, and the drag chain 216 is fixed on the steel frame 202 through a lower drag chain connecting plate 203.
The structural form of the material positioning system 3 is described with reference to fig. 7-8, and the material positioning system 3 is composed of an X-direction clamping cylinder 301, an electrical box 302, a clamping block 303, a Y-direction clamping cylinder 304, a detection sensor 305, a positioning block 306, a material tray 307, a tray positioning column 308, a tool side gas-electric fast inserting plate 309 and a rubber sealing ring 310.
The material tray 307 is beveled at 60 ° on its four sides for alignment and positioning with the precision lifting mechanism 2. V-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the material tray 307 in the X direction, and a tray positioning column 308 made of POM materials is installed at the bottom of the material tray and used for positioning the positioning column 115 of the conveying system 1 and the V-shaped grooves of the clamping blocks 114. The positioning block 306 is mounted on the material tray 307, and is positioned in the X direction and the Y direction through two inner side edges, and is clamped through an X-direction clamping cylinder 301 and a Y-direction clamping cylinder 304 respectively, and in order to protect the material, clamping blocks 303 made of PU materials are mounted on one side of the contact surface of the clamping cylinders and the material. The detecting sensor 305 is installed in a groove milled in the center of the material tray 307 and used for detecting whether the material exists or not. The air pipes of the X-direction clamping cylinder 301 and the Y-direction clamping cylinder 304 and the cables of the detection sensor 305 are connected to the electrical box 302 through grooves milled in the material tray 307. The gas and electricity supply is provided by a tool side gas and electricity quick insertion plate 309, a main cable and a main gas pipe of the tool side gas and electricity quick insertion plate 309 are arranged in the electric box 302, when an internal electric core is contacted with the male side 221 of the gas and electricity quick insertion plate, the transmission of current can be realized, and the air flow flows out through the gas hole and is sealed through a rubber sealing ring 310.
The material conveying and dispatching function is realized by five sub-step combinations of material clamping or material loosening, material conveying, material posture adjustment, lifting and carrying or lifting and unloading, tray locking or tray loosening, which are respectively explained in the following by combining with figures 1-8.
Material clamping/loosening: the bidirectional linear module 117 rotates forward, the clamping blocks 114 are far away from each other, and the loosening function is realized. Then, the material is manually placed on the clamping block 114 in the conveying system 1, and the tray positioning column 308 at the lower part of the material tray 307 is positioned through the V-shaped groove of the clamping block 114. After the step is finished, the motor of the bidirectional linear module 117 rotates reversely to drive the clamping block 114 to approach, and the V-shaped grooves on the two sides of the material tray 307 are in contact with the clamping positioning column 115 to realize positioning.
Material conveying: the first servo motor 113 rotates to drive the bend angle reducer 112 to move, and after the movement is transmitted to the zero back clearance gear 111, the zero back clearance gear 111 is meshed with the rack 106, so that the conveying of materials is realized.
Adjusting the posture of the material: posture adjustment of the material is achieved through the DD motor 119, after the DD motor 119 is powered on, the driver controller is utilized to rotate forward and backward, the rotary connecting plate 118 and the bidirectional linear module 117 are driven to rotate, and then posture adjustment of the material on the material tray 307 is achieved.
Lifting, carrying/discharging: the second servo motor 207 in the lifting mechanism 2 rotates reversely, and the rotary motion of the second servo motor drives the material supporting plate 210 to descend through the double-out reverser 218, the power coupling 206, the right-handed reverser 204, the left-handed reverser 219, the reversing part coupling 205, the lead screw 212 and the lead screw nut 213 in sequence, so that the head-on conveying system 1 is in place. When the material supporting plate 210 is lowered to a designated height and the conveying system 1 is in place, the motor of the bidirectional linear module 117 in the conveying system 1 rotates forward, and the clamping blocks 114 are far away from each other to release the material tray 307. Thereafter, the second servo motor 207 in the lifting mechanism 2 rotates forward to drive the material supporting plate 210 to ascend. The material tray 307 is guided and positioned by the X-direction parallel adjusting block 224 and the Y-direction parallel adjusting block 226, so that the carrying is realized. Otherwise, the material is unloaded.
Locking the tray: after the material tray 307 is matched with the X-direction parallel adjusting block 224 and the Y-direction parallel adjusting block 226 in place, the male side 221 of the gas-electric fast inserting plate is communicated with the tool-side gas-electric fast inserting plate 309, the detection sensor 305 supplies power, if materials exist at present, the system can detect level change, compressed air is supplied to the X-direction clamping cylinder 301, the Y-direction clamping cylinder 304 and the clamping block 303 to move, and tray locking is achieved.
The material clamping, material conveying, material posture adjusting, lifting and carrying and tray locking can be combined at random to realize the dispatching of materials at any station, and the material feeding can be realized through the combination of material clamping → material conveying → lifting and carrying; the combination of lifting and discharging → material attitude adjustment → lifting and receiving can realize the turnover of the material. The combination of lifting and discharging → material conveying → lifting and receiving can realize the transmission of materials and the like.
