The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line is characterized by comprising a base (1), an ultrasonic cleaning device (2) and a drying device (3), wherein the base (1) is fixed on the ground through foundation bolts; the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) comprises a cleaning case (21), a cleaning tank (22), a water circulation mechanism (23), lifting modules (24), an upper cover (25) and a cleaning basket (26), wherein the cleaning case (21) is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the base (1), the cleaning tank (22) is fixedly arranged above the inside of the cleaning case (21), the water circulation mechanism (23) is fixedly arranged below the inside of the cleaning case (21) and is connected with the cleaning tank (22), the lifting modules (24) are respectively and vertically arranged on two sides of the cleaning tank (22), the top ends of 2 lifting modules (24) are horizontally provided with the upper cover (25) and are fixedly connected with the upper cover (25), the upper cover (25) is lifted along with the lifting of the lifting modules (24), and the cleaning basket (26) is detachably arranged below the upper cover (25); the drying device (3) comprises a hot blast stove (31) and an air guide cylinder (32), the hot blast stove (31) is arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the base (1), and the air guide cylinder (32) is arranged on the upper portion of the left side surface of the hot blast stove (31) and connected with the hot blast stove (31); when the cleaning basket (26) is positioned above the cleaning groove (22), the air duct (32) is arranged towards the cleaning basket (26).

The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line according to claim 1, further comprising an industrial personal computer (4), wherein the industrial personal computer (4) is arranged on the upper surface of the base (1) and is located between the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) and the drying device (3).

The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of ultrasonic transducers (221) are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank (22), the ultrasonic transducers (221) are electrically connected with an ultrasonic generator (222), and the ultrasonic generator (222) is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer (4); motors (241) of the 2 lifting modules (24) are respectively electrically connected with the industrial personal computer (4); the hot blast stove is electrically connected with the industrial personal computer (4).

The cleaning and drying device of the wind power module production line according to claim 2, wherein the water circulation mechanism (23) comprises a circulation water outlet pipe (231), a circulation water inlet pipe (232), a filter (233), a liquid storage tank (234) and a circulation pump (235); a water inlet (223) is formed in the left side of the cleaning tank (22), and a water outlet (224) is formed in the center of the bottom of the cleaning tank (22); the bottom in washing machine case (21) is arranged in to filter (233), liquid reserve tank (234), the upper end and delivery port (224) of circulation outlet pipe (231) are connected, the lower extreme and the entry linkage of filter (233) of circulation outlet pipe (231), the export of filter (233) and the entry linkage of liquid reserve tank (234), the export and the entry linkage of circulating pump (235) of liquid reserve tank (234), the export and the circulation inlet tube (232) of circulating pump (235) are connected, circulation outlet pipe (231) are connected with the one end of the circulation water inlet (2321) at filter (233) top, the other end and the water inlet (223) of circulation water inlet (2321) are connected.

The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line as claimed in claim 4, wherein the water inlet (223) is provided with a water inlet valve (2231), the water outlet valve (2241) is installed on the water outlet (224), and the water inlet valve (2231), the water outlet valve (2241) and the circulating pump (235) are respectively electrically connected with the industrial personal computer (4).

The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line according to claim 1, wherein one end of the air duct (32) facing the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) is provided with an outward flared bell mouth (321), and an air guide disc (322) is rotatably mounted at the bell mouth (321).

The cleaning and drying device for the wind power module production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein a door (27) is connected to the front surface of the cleaning machine box (21) through a hinge, handles (271) are arranged on the outer surface of each door (27), and the door (27) and the cleaning machine box (21) are locked through a lock.
