The light-transmitting holes 620 are used to focus light and isolate surrounding light to prevent light interference between the lamps 412 and 412, so that the output of the display on the control cover 102 is better.
Of course, in other embodiments, a control element (e.g., a mechanical switch or a touch switch such as a capacitive/resistive switch) may be disposed on the side of the circuit board B410 corresponding to the control cover 102, at least a portion of the area of the control cover 102 is configured as a combination of one or more of a display interface and a touch interface, and/or a mechanical control key is disposed on the control cover 102, so that the control element responds to a touch or motion on the control cover 102 to control the operation of the pendant-type massage apparatus 10 accordingly.
Further optionally, the lamp holder 600 is connected to the display control board 400, specifically as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a third connecting fastening position 610 (more specifically, for example, a buckle) is provided on the lamp holder 600, a fourth connecting fastening position 411 (more specifically, for example, a fastening slot) is provided on the display control board 400, and the lamp holder 600 and the display control board 400 are fastened together through the third connecting fastening position 610 and the fourth connecting fastening position 411. Thus, the alignment precision between the light-transmitting holes 620 and the corresponding lamps 412 is easier to maintain, and the display output effect on the control cover 102 is more reliable.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 15, the cover shell 1021 is arranged opposite to the protrusion 1024 of the display control board 400 from the ledge 1022, the ledge 1022 abuts against the rib 1045, the rib 1045 blocks the ledge 1022, and the cover shell 1021 protrudes into the opening. A detailed embodiment is described:
the pendant type massage instrument 10 is a massage instrument comprising a wearing part and a pendant part, wherein the wearing part can be in a ring shape or a U shape or a C shape, so that the wearing part can be worn on a body part such as cervical vertebra (also called as neck), limbs and the like by a user to provide massage to the corresponding body part in a contact mode (such as a mode of applying acting force or electric stimulation to the contacted skin surface) or a non-contact mode (such as a mode of radiation, irradiation and the like), the pendant part is connected with the wearing part, and when the wearing part is worn by the user, the pendant part is correspondingly hung on the wearing part due to the connection with the wearing part.
For example, as can be understood by referring to fig. 8 and 9, the wearing part of the pendant-type massage apparatus 10 of the present embodiment includes a wearing bracket 200 and a main control panel 300. The pendant portion includes a pendant 100. The pendant 100 includes a display control board 400, and the pendant 100 may further include a battery 500 and a lamp holder 600.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, a wearing bracket 200 is connected to the pendant 100, and the wearing bracket 200 can be used to be worn to hang the pendant 100. The wearable support 200 is provided with a massage device, which in certain further embodiments comprises electrode pads 202, which electrode pads 202 can be used to apply electrical stimulation to the skin surface to create a massage effect.
The main control panel 300 is arranged in the wearing support 200, the main control panel 300 is electrically connected with the massage device, and the main control panel 300 can be used for outputting pulse signals to the electrode plates 202 so that the electrode plates 202 can massage the neck or limbs. The main control panel 300 is arranged in the wearing support 200 to output pulse signals to the electrode plates 202, so that the pulse signal transmission between the main control panel 300 and the electrode plates 202 can be more stable and reliable, the voltage output fluctuation of the electrode plates 202 can be smaller, the voltage output is more stable, and the massage comfort level is better.
The battery 500 is disposed in the casing K0 of the pendant 100, and the battery 500 is electrically connected to the main control board 300 to supply power to the main control board 300. In some embodiments, the massage device may optionally further comprise a driving member (such as a motor or an electromagnet) and a massage head that can be used to apply a force for physical massage.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the main control board 300 includes a circuit board a310 and an energy storage device 320, and the energy storage device 320 is disposed on the circuit board a310 and electrically connected to the circuit board a 310. Thus, the voltage output stability of the electrode sheet 202 can be further improved, and the massage comfort can be further improved.
Further optionally, an avoiding through hole 311 is formed in the circuit board a310, and the energy storage device 320 is inserted into the avoiding through hole 311. Of course, it is understood that the shape of the avoiding through hole 311 is not limited to be rectangular, and those skilled in the art can set the shape of the avoiding through hole 311 according to specific requirements, for example, the avoiding through hole 311 can be set to be square, diamond, circle, oval, ellipse, etc.
The capacitor 321 is substantially cylindrical in shape. Of course, it is understood that the shape of the capacitor 321 is not limited to be cylindrical, and those skilled in the art can select other shapes of the capacitor 321 according to specific requirements, such as selecting the capacitor 321 with a shape of a circular disk, a rectangle, a square, etc., or selecting the capacitor 321 with a special shape, etc.
The axial length of the capacitor 321 is approximately matched with the length of the rectangular avoidance through hole 311, the capacitor 321 is horizontally arranged in the avoidance through hole 311, the diameter direction of the capacitor 321 is approximately consistent with the thickness direction of the circuit board A310, and two ends of the capacitor 321 in the diameter direction penetrate through the avoidance through hole 311, so that the overall thickness of the main control board 300 is approximately equal to the diameter of the capacitor 321, and the overall thickness of the main control board 300 is reduced to the maximum extent. Of course, it is understood that the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one end of the capacitor 321 may be designed to penetrate through the avoiding via 311.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, a connection pin 322 is disposed on the capacitor 321, the capacitor 321 is disposed through the avoiding through hole 311, and the connection pin 322 extends to the circuit board a310 and is connected to the circuit board a 310. For example, the connection pins 322 are soldered to the circuit board a 310. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the wearing support 200 includes a support body 210 and a handle 220, the main control board 300 is disposed on the support body 210, the handle 220 extends from two ends of the support body 210, the support body 210 and the handles 220 at the two ends surround a wearing space 230, and the wearing space 230 can be used for accommodating a neck (i.e., cervical vertebra) or a limb.
Further, one or more electrode pads 202 are provided on a side of the frame body 210 facing the wearing space 230 such that, when the neck or the limb of the user is positioned in the wearing space 230, the electrode pads 202 are in contact with the skin of the neck or the limb to output electrical stimulation to the skin for massage.
By arranging the main control panel 300 on the frame body 210, after the user wears the pendant type massage apparatus, the weight of the main control panel 300 is supported by the back neck of the neck, most of the forward-tilting force is provided by the pendant 100, so that the electrode plate 202 can be attached to the neck and the user does not feel oppressive feeling caused by too large forward-tilting force.

As shown in fig. 14, the rack body 210 includes a cover 211 and a mounting seat 212, the cover 211 is connected to the mounting seat 212, an accommodating space is enclosed by the cover 211 and the mounting seat 212, the main control board 300 is located in the accommodating space, a connection column 2111 is convexly arranged on an inner surface of the cover 211, and the main control board 300 is connected to the connection column 2111 through a fastener. In this way, the main control board 300 is easily fixed to the frame 210 and the main control board 300 is easily protected.
In more detail, as can be understood by referring to fig. 10 and 14, a connection hole 312 is formed in the circuit board a310 of the main control board 300, the connection post 2111 is a screw post, the main control board 300 leans against one end of the screw post away from the cover 211, the connection hole 312 corresponds to a hole in the screw post, and the main control board 300 can be fastened to the connection post 2111 by passing a fastening member such as a screw through the connection hole 312 and driving into the screw post.
By way of further example, as can be appreciated from fig. 12 and 14, the cover 211 includes a first shell 2112 and a second shell 2113, the hardness of the first shell 2112 is less than that of the second shell 2113, for example, the first shell 2112 is a soft gel component, and the second shell 2113 is a plastic component, and the hardness of the soft gel is less than that of the plastic in terms of material texture. The inner side surface of the second shell 2113 faces the accommodating space, the inner side surface of the second shell 2113 is convexly provided with a connecting column 2111, the outer side surface of the second shell 2113 faces away from the accommodating space, and the first shell 2112 covers the outer side surface of the second shell 2113. Thus, the outer surface of the cover 211 is the first shell 2112, which is soft in texture (i.e., lower in hardness compared to the second shell 2113), and has a good feel in use. The connecting column 2111 is formed on the second shell 2113 with relatively large hardness, so that the connection firmness between the main control board 300 and the cover 211 can be better guaranteed, the main control board 300 is not easy to loosen, and it can be understood that the main control board 300 can be well supported and protected by the second shell 2113 with relatively hard texture, the main control board 300 is prevented from being extruded due to the position deformation of the cover 211 corresponding to the main control board 300, and the safety of a product is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the cover 211 is configured as a concave arc with a concave inner side and a concave outer side, the inner surface of the cover 211 is correspondingly a concave arc 2115, the concave arc 2115 is convexly provided with a connection post 2111, the main control board 300 is located at one end of the connection post 2111 away from the concave arc 2115, an avoidance space 2116 is defined between the concave arc 2115 and the circuit board a310 of the main control board 300, and a part of the energy storage device 320 of the main control board 300 protrudes into the avoidance space 2116.
For example, as can be understood by referring to fig. 13 and fig. 14, the circuit board a310 of the main control board 300 is substantially a planar structure, and a portion of the concave arc surface 2115 corresponds to the position of the circuit board a310 and is recessed in a direction away from the circuit board a310, so that a hollow escape space 2116 is formed between the concave arc surface 2115 and the circuit board a310, and the connection post 2111 abuts against and is supported between the concave arc surface 2115 and the circuit board a310, so that the space volume of the escape space 2116 is effectively maintained, the energy storage device 320 protruding in the escape space 2116 can obtain an escape protection, the energy storage device 320 is not easily squeezed, the reliability of the product is better ensured, and the heat dissipation of the energy storage device 320 is also facilitated.
In some embodiments, as can be understood by referring to fig. 8 and 9, the pendant-type massage apparatus 10 further includes a display control board 400, the display control board 400 is disposed in the pendant 100, and the display control board 400 is electrically connected to the main control board 300 and the battery 500, respectively. Further, the battery 500 is located on a side of the display control board 400 opposite to the control cover 102. Thus, the space layout of the battery 500 and the display and control board 400 in the pendant 100 is compact, and the volume and the weight of the pendant 100 are reduced.
By way of more specific example, as can be appreciated in conjunction with fig. 9, the pendant 100 includes the control cover 102, a surrounding wall 104 and a back cover 106, the surrounding wall 104 defines a receiving chamber with openings at two ends, i.e., a first opening 1046 and a second opening 1047, the control cover 102 is disposed at one end of the surrounding wall 104 and covers the first opening 1046 of the receiving chamber, the other end of the surrounding wall 104 is provided with the back cover 106, and the back cover 106 covers the second opening 1047 of the receiving chamber.
As shown in fig. 15, the display control board 400 and the battery 500 are located in the accommodating chamber and located between the control cover 102 and the rear cover 106, the display control board 400 and the control cover 102 are oppositely disposed, the battery 500 is located between the display control board 400 and the rear cover 106, and the display control board 400 and the battery 500 are sequentially stacked between the control cover 102 and the rear cover 106, so that the internal space of the accommodating chamber can be more fully utilized, and the compactness of the internal structure of the pendant 100 is facilitated.
Further, a lamp holder 600 is further provided between the control cover 102 and the display control panel 400. Optionally, the display control board 400 includes a circuit board B410 and display elements (in particular, lights 412) and/or control elements. As can be understood by referring to fig. 9 and fig. 15, the control cover 102 is located on one side of the circuit board B410 along the thickness direction, the side of the circuit board B410 corresponding to the control cover 102 is provided with a plurality of lamps 412, and the lamp holder 600 is provided with a plurality of light holes 620, wherein each light hole 620 corresponds to at least one lamp 412, and light emitted by the lamp 412 corresponding to the light hole 620 can pass through the light hole 620 and then be projected on the control cover for display. The light-transmitting holes 620 are used to concentrate light and separate surrounding light to avoid light interference between lamps, so that the display output effect on the control cover 102 is better.
Of course, in other embodiments, a control element (e.g., a mechanical switch or a touch switch such as a capacitive/resistive switch) or the like may be disposed on the side of the circuit board B410 corresponding to the control cover 102, so that the control element responds to a touch or motion on the control cover to control the operation of the pendant-type massage apparatus accordingly.
Further optionally, the lamp holder 600 is connected to the display control board 400, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a third connecting fastening position 610 (more specifically, for example, a buckle) is provided on the lamp holder 600, a fourth connecting fastening position 411 (more specifically, for example, a fastening slot) is provided on the display control board 400, and the lamp holder 600 and the display control board 400 are fastened together through the third connecting fastening position 610 and the fourth connecting fastening position 411.
