The signal receiver performs information interaction with the signal emitter 2622 of the beverage brewing device, for example, when the beverage brewing device heats liquid to a proper temperature for brewing, or when a user triggers a brewing function button on the beverage brewing device, the signal emitter 2622 is used for transmitting brewing information to the signal receiver, and the signal receiver triggers the brewing control panel 15 to execute a brewing program, so that the signal receiver and the brewing control panel are matched with each other, and the brewing effect is improved. And adopt wireless communication, simplify the wiring structure.
In other embodiments, the container lid 10 further comprises: an activation key (not shown in the drawings) provided on the lid body 11 and electrically connected to the brewing control board 15. The brewing control panel 15 is triggered to execute the brewing program by pressing the start key, the pump assembly 12 is controlled to operate, and the independent control and operation of the brewing function of the container cover 10 are realized. With respect to the configuration of the pump assembly 12, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12-14, the pump assembly 12 includes an aspirator pump 121 and an exhaust pump 122, the brew control board 15 is capable of controlling the aspirator pump 121 to draw gas through the vents 113, and the brew control board 15 is further capable of controlling the exhaust pump 122 to exhaust gas through the vents 113.
In these embodiments, the pump assembly 12 includes the suction pump 121 and the exhaust pump 122, and in addition to the suction pump 121 for pumping gas, such as forming negative pressure in the brewing container 22 of the beverage brewing apparatus, the exhaust pump 122 can also be used for blowing air into the brewing container 22 to rapidly raise the air pressure in the brewing container 22, and exhaust the liquid in the brewing container 22, thereby increasing the brewing speed. In addition, the air exhaust pump 122 can blow away the infusion substances adhered to the filter screen, and the extraction efficiency is improved. Wherein, the filter screen can be arranged in the brewing container 22 and also can be arranged at the vent hole 113.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the number of the vent holes 113 is one, the vent channel 13 includes a three-way pipe having a first pipe 131, a second pipe 132 and a third pipe 133, the first pipe 131 is connected to the vent hole 113, the second pipe 132 is connected to the suction port of the suction pump 121, and the third pipe 133 is connected to the exhaust port of the exhaust pump 122. Only need a vent 113, a body can, simple structure, convenient assembling, the gas leakage risk is low.
In a specific application, when the air suction pump 121 works, as shown in fig. 13, air in the brewing container 22 enters the air suction pump 121 through the air vent 113, the first pipe orifice 131, the second pipe orifice 132 and the air suction port, and is discharged to the outside through the air suction pump 121, and a certain negative pressure is formed in the brewing container 22, so that liquid in the container body 21 can enter the brewing container 22 under the action of atmospheric pressure to soak the materials. When the exhaust pump 122 operates, as shown in fig. 14, the exhaust pump 122 pumps outside air into the brewing container 22 through the exhaust port, the third nozzle 133, the first nozzle 131 and the vent 113, and at this time, the air pressure in the brewing container 22 is greater than the atmospheric pressure, so that the liquid in the brewing container 22 flows out into the container body 21, and the separation of the material and the liquid is realized. The air suction and the air exhaust can be performed repeatedly. The brewing control board 15 can switch the suction pump 121 and the exhaust pump 122 for multiple times, so that the liquid can be brewed up and down to achieve the desired brewing effect.
In another specific embodiment, the number of the vents 113 is two, and the suction pump 121 and the exhaust pump 122 are respectively communicated with one vent 113. At this time, the ventilation path 13 has two tubes, one of which connects one ventilation hole 113 and the suction port of the suction pump 121, and the other of which connects the other ventilation hole 113 and the discharge port of the discharge pump 122. The processes of air suction and air exhaust can not interfere with each other at all.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, the lid body 11 is further provided with an air inlet (not shown), the air vent 113 is communicated with the air inlet, the container lid 10 further comprises a valve body 14, and the valve body 14 is respectively communicated with the air inlet and the air vent 113 and is electrically connected with the brewing control board 15; the pump assembly 12 includes an aspirator pump 121, the brew control board 15 can control the valve body 14 to close to block the air inlet hole from communicating with the vent hole 113 when the aspirator pump 121 aspirates, and the brew control board 15 can also control the valve body 14 to open to communicate the air inlet hole with the vent hole 113 when the aspirator pump 121 stops aspirating.
In these embodiments, the pump assembly 12 only has the suction pump 121, and when the suction pump 121 sucks gas, the control valve 14 closes and blocks the communication between the air inlet hole and the vent hole 113, so as to ensure that negative pressure is formed in the brewing container 22 and liquid in the container body 21 enters the brewing container 22 for brewing. After brewing, the air suction pump 121 stops sucking air, the valve body 14 is opened to communicate the air inlet hole with the vent hole 113, and at the moment, outside air can enter the brewing container 22 through the air inlet hole and the vent hole 113, so that the air pressure in the brewing container 22 is increased, and liquid falls back into the container body 21 to obtain brewed beverage. Simple structure and low cost. And the pump assembly 12 only has the getter pump 121, the weight of the container lid 10 can be reduced, thereby reducing the weight of the drink brewing apparatus to which the container lid 10 is applied.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 10 and 11, the number of the vent holes 113 is one, the valve body 14 is a three-way valve having a first port 141, a second port 142 and a third port 143, the first port 141 is connected to the vent hole 113, the second port 142 is connected to the suction port of the getter pump 121, the third port 143 is connected to the intake hole, the brew control board 15 can control the third port 143 to be closed and the first port 141 and the second port 142 to be communicated when the getter pump 121 sucks, and the brew control board 15 can also control the second port 142 to be closed and the first port 141 and the third port 143 to be communicated when the getter pump 121 stops sucking. Only one vent hole 113 is needed, the structure is simple, and the processing is convenient.
In a specific application, as shown in fig. 6, 7, and 9 to 11, the vent channel 13 has a first connection pipe 134 and a second connection pipe 135, the first connection pipe 134 connects the vent hole 113 and the first valve port 141, the second connection pipe 135 connects the suction port of the suction pump 121 and the second valve port 142, and the third valve port 143 directly communicates with the suction port. When the air suction pump 121 works, as shown in fig. 10, the first valve port 141 and the second valve port 142 are opened, the third valve port 143 is closed, so that the gas in the brewing container 22 enters the air suction pump 121 through the air hole 113, the first connecting pipe 134, the first valve port 141, the second valve port 142, the second connecting pipe 135 and the air suction port, and is discharged to the outside through the air suction pump 121, a certain negative pressure is formed in the brewing container 22, and the liquid in the container body 21 can conveniently enter the brewing container 22 to soak the materials under the action of atmospheric pressure. When the liquid in the brewing container 22 needs to flow out, as shown in fig. 11, the operation of the air suction pump 121 is stopped, the first valve port 141 and the third valve port 143 are communicated, and the second valve port 142 is closed, so that the external air can enter the brewing container 22 through the air inlet hole, the third valve port 143, the first valve port 141 and the vent hole 113, the gas pressure in the brewing container 22 is increased, and the liquid can flow out of the brewing container 22 under the action of the gravity of the liquid. In a particular application, the three-way valve is an electromagnetic three-way valve.
In specific application, the brewing control panel 15 controls the air suction pump 121 to pump air out of the brewing container 22 to form negative pressure, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, liquid level in the container body 21 is pressed into the brewing container 22 to brew food materials in the brewing container 22; after brewing for 10 seconds, the electromagnetic three-way valve switches a pipeline communicated with the atmosphere, the space pressure formed by the container cover 10 and the brewing container 22 is equal to the atmospheric pressure, and the liquid flows back to the container body 21 under the action of self weight; the electromagnetic three-way valve switches the pipeline of the air suction pump 121 again, the air suction pump 121 works to pump air away, liquid in the container body 21 is pressed into the brewing container 22 again to brew the food materials, and the process is repeated. The liquid is brewed up and down to realize the brewing effect of tea-water separation.
In another specific embodiment, the number of the vent holes 113 is one, the valve body 14 is a one-way valve, the vent channel 13 comprises a three-way pipe having a first pipe orifice 131, a second pipe orifice 132 and a third pipe orifice 133, the first pipe orifice 131 is communicated with the suction port of the suction pump 121, the second pipe orifice 132 is communicated with the vent hole 113, the third pipe orifice 133 is communicated with the air inlet hole, and the one-way valve is disposed near the third pipe orifice 133 and is used for opening or blocking the air inlet hole and the vent hole 113.
In another specific embodiment, the number of the vent holes 113 is two, the suction port of the suction pump 121 is communicated with one of the vent holes 113, and the valve body 14 is disposed between the other vent hole 113 and the suction hole. At this time, the vent passage 13 may have two tubes, one of which connects one vent hole 113 and a suction port of the getter pump 121, the other of which connects the other vent hole 113 and the suction port, and the valve body 14 is provided on the other tube. The structure of the valve body 14 can be simplified. In a specific application, the valve body 14 is an electrically operated valve, such as a solenoid valve, a regulating valve, a check valve, etc.
As for the installation manner of the container cover 10, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 8 and 12, a top of the cover body 11 is provided with a grip portion protruding upward, a movable uncovering key 115 is provided on a sidewall of the grip portion, an escape opening is provided on a sidewall of the cover body 11, a latch tongue 117 and an elastic member 116 are provided in the cover body 11, the latch tongue 117 is connected with the uncovering key 115, and the elastic member 116 is supported and provided between the latch tongue 117 and an inner wall of the cover body 11, wherein, when the uncovering key 115 is pressed, the uncovering key 115 drives the latch tongue 117 to retract into the escape opening, and when the uncovering key 115 is not pressed, the elastic member 116 pushes the latch tongue 117 to extend into the insertion groove 231. The cover 10 is stably connected to the container body 21 through the locking tongue 117, and the cover lifting operation is performed while the user presses the cover opening key 115, so that the operation is convenient.
In a specific application, the container cover 10 is connected with the container body 21 in a plug-in manner, a support 23 is arranged at the opening at the top of the container body 21, an insertion groove 231 is formed in the inner side wall of the support 23, and the locking bolt 117 is inserted into the insertion groove 231, so that the firm connection between the container cover 10 and the container body 21 is realized. When the container cover 10 needs to be lifted, the cover 10 can be lifted up by pressing the open key 115 to separate the latch tongue 117 from the insertion groove 231. Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the case where the container cap 10 is stably coupled to the container body 21, the cap opening key 115 is exposed on the sidewall of the top grip portion of the cap body 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the elastic member 116 is a spring, and is disposed in the cover body 11, one end of the spring is abutted against the inner side wall of the cover body 11, and the other end is abutted against the latch 117. A guide rail matched with the latch bolt 117 is further disposed in the cover body 11, so that the latch bolt 117 can move along a set path smoothly, and the latch bolt 117 can be inserted into the slot 231 accurately. One part of the uncovering key 115 is positioned in the cover body 11 and connected with the bolt 117, and the other part of the uncovering key extends out of the cover body 11, so that a user can press the uncovering key 115 to pull the bolt 117 to move out of the slot 231 conveniently. The open-cover key 115 may protrude from the sidewall of the cover body 11 without affecting the decorative cover structure of the top of the grip portion.
Further, the number of the spring, the lock tongue 117 and the cover opening key 115 may be two, and the two spring, the lock tongue 117 and the cover opening key 115 are symmetrically distributed on two opposite sides of the cover body 11, and similarly, the number of the slots 231 is also two, and the two slots are symmetrically distributed on two opposite sides of the bracket 23, so that the stable connection between the container cover 10 and the bracket 23 is facilitated.
In a specific application, the cover body 11 includes an upper cover 111 and a lower cover 112, a portion of the upper cover 111 protrudes upward to form a grip portion, a vent hole 113 is provided on the lower cover 112, and an escape port is provided on the lower cover 112.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, a protrusion 114 is provided on the sidewall of the cap body 11, and the protrusion 114 is used for snap-fit connection of the cap body 11. The structure is simple. At this time, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, an L-shaped groove 232 is formed on the inner sidewall of the bracket 23, and the protrusion 114 can move downward in the L-shaped groove 232 and then move horizontally, so that the container cover 10 and the bracket 23 are rotatably coupled to each other. Referring to fig. 16, in the case that the container cap 10 is stably coupled to the container body 21, the cap opening key 115 is not provided on the sidewall of the top grip portion of the cap body 11, and the protrusion 114 is hidden on the sidewall of the cap body 11, resulting in a good appearance.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 15 to 17, a second aspect of the present invention provides a beverage brewing apparatus, including: a container body 21 for containing a liquid; the brewing container 22 is detachably arranged in the container body 21, and the bottom of the brewing container 22 is communicated with the container body 21; the container cap 10 according to any of the above embodiments, the container cap 10 is detachably attached to the brewing container 22, and the vent hole 113 is communicated with the top opening of the brewing container 22.
The beverage brewing device provided in the embodiment of the present invention has the beneficial effects of any of the above embodiments due to the container lid 10 in any of the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein. In addition, the brewing container 22 is placed in the container body 21, so that the bottom of the brewing container 22 is communicated with the container body 21, and the liquid in the container body 21 can be ensured to fully enter the brewing container 22. The container cover 10 is covered on the brewing container 22, so that a relatively closed space is formed between the container cover and the brewing container 22, the vent hole 113 is communicated with the space, negative pressure is formed in the space, and liquid in the container body 21 can enter the brewing container 22 conveniently for brewing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-5, 15, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises: a heat generating member 214 provided at the bottom of the container body 21 for heating the liquid inside the container body 21; the cooking control panel 262 is electrically connected with the heating element 214, a cooking function key 2621 and a signal transmitter 2622 are arranged on the cooking control panel 262, and the signal transmitter 2622 can interact with the signal receiver information of the container cover 10.
In these embodiments, the heating member 214 is disposed at the bottom of the container body 21, and the cooking control plate 262 controls the heating member 214 to generate heat, thereby realizing the liquid heating function. Also, a cooking function key 2621 is provided on the cooking control panel 262, so that the user can press the cooking function key 2621 to trigger a corresponding cooking process. In addition, when brewing is needed, the heating part 214 can not work, so that the cold extraction function is realized, the heating part 214 can be matched with the liquid in the container body 21 to brew, corresponding operation can be performed according to the type of brewed objects and the requirements of users, and the brewing effect is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, and 15 to 17, the container body 21 further includes: a surrounding plate 213 at the bottom, the surrounding plate 213 surrounding the heat generating member 214; and an upper coupler 215 disposed inside the enclosure 213 and electrically connected to the heat generating member 214. The beverage brewing device further comprises a base 26, a lower coupler 261 coupled with the upper coupler 215 is arranged on the base 26, the cooking control board 262 is arranged in the base 26 and electrically connected with the lower coupler 261, a control panel 2641 is arranged on the surface of the base 26 exposed out of the enclosing plate 213, and the cooking function keys 2621 are arranged on the control panel 2641.
In these embodiments, the container body 21 is supported by the base 26, and the heat generating member 214 is supplied with power by coupling the lower coupler 261 and the upper coupler 215. Compared with the power supply component arranged on the container body 21, the weight of the container body 21 can be reduced, and the user can conveniently take and place the container body 21. By providing the control panel 2641 on the base 26, a user can conveniently operate the cooking function keys 2621 on the control panel 2641 to implement a plurality of cooking functions, such as different heating powers, different heating durations, and the like.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the container body 21 includes a container body 211, the bracket 23 is disposed at a top opening of the container body 211, and the container body 211 is used for containing liquid. Support sealing ring 24 is established to the outside cover of support 23, extrudees container body 211 inner wall through support sealing ring 24, plays sealed effect, avoids liquid to leak outward through the gap circumference between support 23 and the container body 211. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the brewing container 22 includes a brewing cup 221 and a pipette 222 located at the bottom of the brewing cup 221 and in communication with the brewing cup 221, the pipette 222 extending into the bottom of the container body 21 to facilitate pipetting of liquid immersed in the liquid. The flanging structure 2211 is arranged at the cup opening of the brewing cup 221, and the flanging structure 2211 is erected on the support 23, so that the placing stability of the brewing container 22 is ensured, the flanging structure 2211 is stably extruded on the support 23 by the container cover 10, and the brewing container 22 is prevented from moving up and down. Further, the brewing container 22 further comprises a filter screen disposed at the bottom of the brewing cup 221 to prevent the material in the brewing cup 221 from entering the container body 21 through the liquid suction pipe 222.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the beverage brewing device further comprises a stewing container 25, the stewing container 25 and the brewing container 22 are arranged in the container body 21 in a replaceable way, the container cover 10 can also cover the stewing container 25, and the top of the side wall of the stewing container 25 is provided with an air outlet 251.
In these embodiments, the beverage brewing device is further provided with a stewing container 25, so that when brewing is not needed, the stewing container 25 can be placed in the container body 21, and the brewing container 22 can be taken out of the container body 21, and at the moment, the beverage brewing device can be used as a common health preserving pot. When the brewing container 22 is placed in the container body 21, the beverage brewing device can be used as a beverage brewing device, and tea and water separation can be achieved in a portable mode. The health preserving kettle and the separated tea making machine are integrated, and the purpose of one machine with multiple purposes is achieved.
In addition, in the case that the container cover 10 is covered on the brewing container 22, in order to ensure the brewing effect to be airtight, the container cover sealing ring 17 is generally arranged on the cover body 11, but when the container cover 10 is covered on the stewing container 25, the container cover sealing ring 17 easily causes the stewing container 25 to be difficult to exhaust in the cooking process, so that an air outlet hole 251 is arranged at the top of the side wall of the stewing container 25 to facilitate the exhaust, and after the air is exhausted out of the stewing container 25, the air can be exhausted through a gap between the container body 21 and the container cover 10, for example, from a kettle mouth at the top of the container body 211, thereby avoiding the high pressure risk. In a particular application, the bottom of the stewing container 25 does not communicate with the container body 21 and can contain food or liquid therein. The stewing container 25 is a glass container or a ceramic container with good appearance effect, and the brewing container 22 can also be a glass container or a ceramic container.
Further, the container lid 10 further includes a closing plug (not shown) movably provided on a lower surface of the lid body 11 for opening or closing the air vent 113. Therefore, the brewing container 22 is placed on the container body 21, and when brewing is needed, the vent hole 113 can be opened by the sealing plug so as to facilitate brewing. When the stewing container 25 is placed in the container body 21 and food materials need to be stewed, the vent hole 113 can be blocked by the blocking plug, so that a large amount of steam is prevented from entering the container cover 10 through the vent hole 113 and being easy to deteriorate and breed bacteria. In specific application, the plugging plug is a silica gel plug.
Further, a mounting hole (not shown) is formed in the lower surface of the container cover 10 on one side of the vent hole 113, one end of the plug is clamped in the mounting hole and can rotate around the mounting hole, and the other end of the plug is provided with a plug which plugs the vent hole 113. Simple structure and convenient operation.

the cover comprises a cover body (11), wherein a vent hole (113) is formed in the cover body (11);
a pump assembly (12) disposed within the cap body (11);
a vent passage (13) communicating the pump assembly (12) and the vent hole (113);
a brewing control board (15) disposed within the lid body (11) and electrically connected with the pump assembly (12), the brewing control board (15) being capable of controlling the pump assembly (12) to draw gas through the vent (113);
the power supply module is arranged on the cover body (11), is electrically connected with the brewing control panel (15) and is used for supplying power to the brewing control panel (15).
2. The container lid (10) of claim 1, wherein the power module comprises:
a detachable battery disposed within the cover body (11); or
The power interface is arranged on the surface of the cover body (11) and is used for externally connecting a power line; or
The brewing device comprises a storage battery (16) and a charging interface, wherein the charging interface is arranged on the surface of the cover body (11) and used for being connected with an external power line, the charging interface is electrically connected with the storage battery (16) and the brewing control panel (15), the storage battery (16) can be charged by the charging interface, and any one of the charging interface and the storage battery (16) can independently supply power to the brewing control panel (15).

The container cap (10) of claim 4, wherein the number of the vent holes (113) is one, the vent channel (13) comprises a tee having a first nozzle (131), a second nozzle (132) and a third nozzle (133), the first nozzle (131) is connected to the vent hole (113), the second nozzle (132) is connected to the suction port of the suction pump (121), and the third nozzle (133) is connected to the exhaust port of the exhaust pump (122); or
The number of the vent holes (113) is two, and the suction pump (121) and the exhaust pump (122) are respectively communicated with one vent hole (113).
