By splitting the housing 100 into the front panel 130, the frame 120 and the rear cover 140, the inner container 200 can be conveniently placed in the accommodating cavity 110, or the inner container 200 can be conveniently taken out of the accommodating cavity 110.
It is understood that the front panel 130 refers to a panel facing a user after the water heater 10 is mounted on a wall.
The front panel 130 may be made of plastic. In contrast, the front panel 130 may be made of glass, and the glass front panel 130 is more beautiful. When the front panel 130 is made of glass, the front panel 130 may be adhered to the frame 120 by gluing. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a fixing plate 121 is disposed on an inner wall of the frame 120, the fixing plate 121 is disposed around the circumference of the frame 120, glue is applied to the fixing plate 121, the front panel 130 is placed on the fixing plate 121, and the front panel 130 is fixed on the frame 120 by the glue therebetween. By adopting the gluing mode, not only the fixed trace can not be left on the front panel 130, so that the water heater 10 is more beautiful, but also the front panel 130 can not be damaged.
In order to facilitate the intuitive monitoring of the relevant data of the water heater 10, such as the water temperature, the time, and the like, as shown in fig. 5, the water heater 10 provided by the present application further includes a display panel 300, and the display panel 300 is used for displaying the relevant parameters of the water in the inner container 200, such as the temperature, the time, and the like; the front panel 130 is provided with a mounting hole, and the display panel 300 is fixedly mounted at the mounting hole. Since parameters such as water temperature and time can be displayed on the display panel 300, parameters related to the water heater can be detected by observing the temperature and time displayed on the display panel 300.
As shown in fig. 5, the display panel 300 may be circular, but the display panel 300 may also be square, diamond, or any other suitable shape.
In order to fix the display panel 300 at the mounting hole, as shown in fig. 6, the water heater 10 provided by the present application further includes a display box 310, and the display box 310 is used for accommodating the circuit and the electronic device connected to the display panel 300; the display box 310 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 110 and fixedly connected with the front panel 130; and the display panel 300 is fixedly coupled to the display box 310 through the mounting hole. Since the display box 310 is fixedly connected to the front panel 130 and is fixedly connected to the display panel 300, the display panel 300 is fixedly connected to the front panel 130. By providing the display box 310, not only the display panel 300 can be fixed at the mounting hole, but also an accommodation space can be provided for a line and an electronic device connected to the display panel 300.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 7, the water heater 10 provided by the present application further includes a decoration ring 320, and the decoration ring 320 is disposed at the mounting hole and sleeved at the edge of the display panel 300. The decoration ring 320 is disposed at the periphery of the display panel 300, and the decoration ring 320 is used to decorate the display panel 300, so that the appearance of the water heater 10 is more beautiful.
In order to facilitate the operation of the water heater 10, as shown in fig. 7, the water heater 10 provided in the present application further includes a button 330, and the button 330 is disposed on the front panel 130, so that when the water heater 10 needs to be operated, for example, the water heater 10 is turned off or turned on, the heating temperature of the water heater 10 is adjusted and set, and the like, the operation can be realized by pressing the button 330.
To increase the functionality of the water heater 10, as shown in fig. 8, the related art to which the present application relates provides a water heater 10, in which a light strip 131 is mounted on a front panel 130, and the light strip 131 can provide illumination for people. However, the light strip 131 is directly located on the outer surface of the front panel 130, and after the light strip 131 is opened, light emitted from the light strip 131 directly irradiates human eyes, which may cause a dazzling feeling.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 9, the water heater 10 provided by the present application includes a baffle 400, as shown in fig. 10, further includes a light emitting element 500, the housing 100 has a first panel 150, the first panel 150 has a first opening 151 communicating with the accommodating cavity 110; the baffle 400 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 110, the baffle 400 has a first surface 410, and the first surface 410 faces the first opening 151; in a direction perpendicular to the first panel 150 (X direction in fig. 10), the first panel 150 and the baffle 400 have a first gap 152 therebetween; the light emitting element 500 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 110 and disposed at the first gap 152, and light emitted by the light emitting element 500 is irradiated on the first surface 410 and reflected to the first opening 151.
Since the light emitting device 500 is disposed at the gap, light emitted from the light emitting device 500 can be irradiated onto the first surface 410 through the first gap 152 and reflected on the first surface 410. Since the first surface 410 faces the first opening 151, the reflected light can be irradiated out of the accommodating chamber 110 through the first opening 151 and enter the human eye. Through set up light emitting component 500 in holding chamber 110, for the function of the water heater 10 increase light, satisfy people's demand. And because the light that people's eyes saw is the reflected light, and the reflected light is softer again, therefore, people can not feel dazzling after seeing the reflected light.
It should be explained that the functions of the light include lighting, prompting, and the like. The prompt function is to use the state of the light to reflect the relevant conditions of the water heater 10, so as to prompt people. For example, the heating temperature of the water heater 10 is set at 46 ℃, and when the water reaches 46 ℃, the light emitting element 500 may flash to indicate that the water temperature is heated to the set temperature.
For another example, three temperature ranges of low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature are set in advance for the water heater 10, and when the water temperature is in the low temperature range (e.g., 10 ℃ to 40 ℃), the light emitting element 500 displays cold color light (e.g., green light); when the water temperature is in the middle temperature range (e.g., 41 ℃ to 60 ℃), the light emitting element 500 displays neutral color light (e.g., white light); when the water temperature is in a high temperature section (e.g., 61 deg.c to 99 deg.c), the light emitting element 500 displays warm color light (e.g., orange color light). The light emitting element 500 displays different colors to indicate the water temperature.
It can be understood that the housing 100 has the first panel 150, as shown in fig. 10, the first panel 150 may be the front panel 130, and since the front panel 130 is located at a side opposite to the wall, the first opening 151 is formed on the front panel 130, and after the light emitting element 500 is turned on, light can be more directly irradiated to the outside of the accommodating cavity 110. Of course, the first panel 150 may be a wall of any one of the housings 100 on the bezel 120 or the rear cover 140.
The first opening 151 is disposed on the first panel 150, and the first opening 151 may be disposed in the middle of the first panel 150. Or the first opening 151 may be opened at the edge of the first panel 150. To open the first opening 151 at the edge of the first panel 150, as shown in fig. 10, the housing 100 includes a second panel 160, the second panel 160 is disposed adjacent to the first panel 150, and the second panel 160 is disposed along a horizontal direction (X direction in fig. 10), and the first opening 151 is formed between the second panel 160 and the first panel 150.
Since the second panel 160 is horizontally disposed, when the first panel 150 is the front panel 130, the second panel 160 is one of two sidewalls of the bezel 120 parallel to the horizontal plane. Since the first opening 151 is formed between the first panel 150 and the second panel 160, the first opening 151 is located at an edge of the bezel 120 parallel to a horizontal plane.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 10, in the direction perpendicular to the second panel 160 (in the Y direction in fig. 10), the baffle 400 may include a vertical section 420 and an arc-shaped section 430, the vertical section 420 being parallel to the first panel 150, and the vertical section 420 and the first panel 150 forming a first gap 152 therebetween; the end of the arcuate segment 430 distal from the vertical segment 420 abuts the second panel 160. Set up the partly of baffle 400 into vertical board 440, set up the other part of baffle 400 into the circular arc board, not only can realize the function that baffle 400 reflects light, moreover because the existence of segmental arc 430, can make baffle 400 whole more have the arc beautiful to make water heater 10 appearance more pleasing to the eye.
It can be understood that, in order to enable the light emitted from the light emitting element 500 to irradiate the arc-shaped segment 430, as shown in fig. 10, the arc-shaped segment 430 should be concave in a direction away from the first opening 151.
Alternatively, the baffle 400 may also include a straight plate 440, for example, as shown in fig. 11, the straight plate 440 may be disposed perpendicular to the second panel 160 and parallel to the first panel 150. For another example, the straight plate 440 may be disposed obliquely as shown in fig. 12. The baffle 400 is provided as the straight plate 440, which is more convenient when the baffle 400 is processed.
For precise installation of the baffle 400, as shown in fig. 13, a limiting structure 600 is disposed between the arc-shaped section 430 and the second panel 160, the limiting structure 600 includes a protruding portion 610 and a recessed portion 620, the protruding portion 610 and the recessed portion 620 both extend in a direction parallel to the first panel 150 and the second panel 160 (perpendicular to the XOY plane), one of the protruding portion 610 and the recessed portion 620 is disposed on the arc-shaped section 430, the other of the protruding portion 610 and the recessed portion 620 is disposed on the second panel 160, and the protruding portion 610 extends into the recessed portion 620.
Since the protrusion 610 and the recess 620 both extend in a direction parallel to the first panel 150 and the second panel 160, when the protrusion 610 extends into the recess 620, the protrusion 610 and the recess 620 can prevent the baffle 400 from moving in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the first panel 150 and parallel to the second panel 160. By arranging the position of the protrusion 610 on the first panel 150 or the second panel 160 in advance and the position of the recess 620 on the first panel 150 or the second panel 160 in advance, when the baffle 400 is installed, the baffle 400 can be clamped at the position set in advance along the direction parallel to the second panel 160 and perpendicular to the first panel 150, and then the baffle 400 is fixed, so that the deviation of the fixing position caused by directly fixing the baffle 400 can be avoided.
For example, as shown in fig. 13, the protrusion 610 is provided on the arc-shaped section 430, and the recess 620 is provided on the second panel 160. As another example, as shown in fig. 14, the protrusion 610 is disposed on the second panel 160 and the recess 620 is disposed on the arc segment 430.
As shown in fig. 15, the protruding portion 610 may include a plurality of sub-protrusions 611, as shown in fig. 16, the plurality of sub-protrusions 611 are sequentially arranged at intervals along a direction (Z direction in fig. 16) parallel to the first panel 150 and the second panel 160, and the plurality of sub-protrusions 611 are all clamped in the recessed portion 620. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17, the protrusion 610 may extend from one end of the recess 620 to the other end of the recess 620 in a direction parallel to the first panel 150 and the second panel 160, i.e., the recess 620 is a continuous protrusion.
In order to allow the protrusion 610 to smoothly enter the recess 620, as shown in fig. 18, a guide slope 612 is provided on the protrusion 610, and the guide slope 612 is used to guide the protrusion 610 into the recess 620. A guide slope 612 is provided on the protrusion 610, and the protrusion 610 is guided into the recess 620 by the guide slope 612, so that the baffle 400 can be installed conveniently.
On the basis, as shown in fig. 19, the water heater 10 provided by the present application further includes a first limiting plate 450 and a second limiting plate 460, wherein the first limiting plate 450 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 110; the second limiting plate 460 is fixedly disposed on the surface of the baffle 400 away from the first opening 151, and the second limiting plate 460 is disposed between the first limiting plate 450 and the second panel 160, and abuts against the second limiting plate 460.
Since the second limiting plate 460 is located between the first limiting plate 450 and the second panel 160, and the first limiting plate 450 abuts against the second limiting plate 460, that is, the first limiting plate 450 abuts against the second limiting plate 460 along a direction perpendicular to the second panel 160. Therefore, the first limiting plate 450 can block the second limiting plate 460 from moving in a direction away from the second panel 160, and since the second limiting plate 460 is fixed on the barrier 400, the first limiting plate 450 can block the barrier 400 from moving in a direction away from the second panel 160. By setting the distance between the second limiting plate 460 and the second panel 160 in advance, before fixing the baffle 400 in the direction perpendicular to the second panel 160, the baffle 400 can be firstly clamped at the first opening 151, so that the baffle 400 can be prevented from moving in the direction perpendicular to the second panel 160, and the subsequent positioning and fixing of the baffle 400 are facilitated.
To facilitate the fixing of the first retainer plate 450 in the receiving cavity 110, as shown in fig. 20, the water heater 10 includes a connecting plate 470, one side edge of the connecting plate 470 is fixedly connected to the first retainer plate 450, and the other side edge of the connecting plate 470 is fixedly connected to the second panel 160. The first retainer plate 450 is fixed in the receiving chamber 110 by providing a connecting plate 470 between the second panel 160 and the first retainer plate 450 and fixing the first retainer plate 450 to the second panel 160 using the connecting plate 470. Alternatively, the first stopper plate 450 may be directly and fixedly connected to the other inner wall of the housing 100.

On the basis, in order to facilitate the light emitting element 500 to be disposed in the accommodating cavity 110, as shown in fig. 22, the water heater 10 provided by the present application further includes a bracket 700, the bracket 700 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 110, the bracket 700 is disposed at the first gap 152, and the light emitting element 500 is disposed on the bracket 700. The holder 700 is disposed inside the receiving chamber 110, and the light emitting element 500 is disposed in the receiving chamber 110 since the holder 700 is fixed in the receiving chamber 110 and the light emitting element 500 is disposed on the holder 700. The light emitting element 500 is disposed in the receiving cavity 110 by using a bracket 700.
It can be understood that the light emitting element 500 may be a light strip, the light strip being arranged in a direction parallel to the first panel 150 and parallel to the second panel 160, the length of the light strip being less than or equal to the length of the first panel 150 in a direction perpendicular to the XOY plane. Of course, the light emitting element 500 may be another element capable of emitting light, and the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, the light emitting device 500 is disposed on the bracket 700, and the bracket may include a first carrier plate and a second carrier plate, the first carrier plate and the second carrier plate are disposed at an interval in the same plane, and the first carrier plate and the second carrier plate are both parallel to the second panel 160, so that the light emitting device 500 is fixed on the first carrier plate and the second carrier plate. The light emitting device 500 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 110 by using the first carrier plate and the second carrier plate.
