An embodiment of the present invention provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine 100 may include a cabinet 1 and a surrounding frame 2. The washing machine 100 includes a casing 1 having a casing opening 11, an enclosure frame 2 covering the casing opening 11, a portion of the enclosure frame 2 being located in the casing 1, the casing 1 and the enclosure frame 2 enclosing an installation space 110, and components of the washing machine 100, such as electronic components, a controller, and a timer, being installed in the installation space 110. In addition, the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2 is communicated with the cabinet opening 11, so that the user can put the clothes to be washed into the cabinet 1 from the portion of the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2 communicated with the cabinet opening 11.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 2, the washing machine 100 may further include an outer tub 3 and an inner tub 4, wherein the outer tub 3 is disposed at the cabinet opening 11 of the cabinet 1 and is installed in the installation space 110 formed by the enclosure frame 2 and the cabinet 1, and a gap R is formed between the outer tub 3 and the enclosure frame 2. In addition, the outer tub 3 has a tub opening 31 facing the cabinet opening 11, and the laundry to be washed may drop into the inner tub 4 through the tub opening 31 after being thrown in from the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2, in which case, the inner tub 4 may be installed in the outer tub 3, and the inner tub 4 has a washing chamber. Therefore, the clothes to be washed can be put in from the hollow part of the surrounding frame 2, and then fall into the washing cavity of the inner tub 4 through the part of the hollow part of the surrounding frame 2 communicated with the opening 11 of the machine shell, the washing machine 100 works, and the clothes are washed in the washing cavity.
Note that, the hatching in fig. 2 is only to illustrate the gap R between the enclosure frame 2 and the outer tub 3, and does not exist in the actual product.
As described above, in the case that the gap R is formed between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3, when the washing machine 100 is operated, the washing water in the inner tub 4 flows along with the rotation of the inner tub 4 and washes the surface of the laundry, and during this process, the washing water collides with the sidewall of the inner tub 4 and the laundry in the inner tub 4, and the washing water may fly out from the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 and fall to the ground, and in the case that the laundry to be washed in the washing chamber of the inner tub 4 is large, the laundry in the inner tub 4 may be thrown into the gap R during the washing of the washing machine 100, particularly during the dehydration.
In order to avoid the above situation, as shown in fig. 3, the washing machine 100 may further include a ring-shaped sealing member 5, the ring-shaped sealing member 5 is disposed at the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the tub 3, the ring-shaped sealing member 5 is connected to the surrounding frame 2, and the ring-shaped sealing member 5 is further connected to the tub 3 for sealing the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the tub 3. Since the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 is sealed by the annular packing 5, when the washing machine 100 is operated and the washing water in the inner tub 4 flows along with the rotation of the inner tub 4, the washing water splashed from the washing chamber of the inner tub 4 is blocked by the annular packing 5, and the splashed water droplets cannot splash from the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3. When more clothes are washed in the inner tub 4, the annular sealing member 5 seals the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3, so that the clothes in the inner tub 4 cannot be thrown out of the gap R during washing or spin-drying. In addition, it should be noted that the outer tub opening 31 is communicated with the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2 through the ring-shaped sealing member 5, so that the user can smoothly put the laundry into the inner tub 4 from the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2, and the laundry can be completely washed in the inner tub 4.
On the basis, the annular sealing member 5 plays a role of sealing the gap R between the enclosure frame 2 and the outer tub 3, and the annular sealing member 5 can also play an auxiliary role in balancing the whole washing machine 100. How the annular sealing member 5 assists in balancing the washing machine 100 as a whole will be described below.
When the washing machine 100 is operated, for example, to spin clothes, the inner tub 4 is rotated at a high speed by the motor, however, during the process, the clothes in the washing cavity of the inner tub 4 are usually unevenly distributed, which may cause the inner tub 4 to vibrate continuously to adjust the mass center of the clothes in the washing cavity, and since the inner tub 4 is installed in the outer tub 3, the outer tub 3 will also shake with the inner tub 4, which may affect the service life of the washing machine 100 and also may generate noise.
As can be seen from the above description, the annular sealing member 5 is connected to the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 to seal the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3, in this case, the annular sealing member 5 connects the outer tub 3 and the surrounding frame 2 while sealing the gap R, so that, since one end of the outer tub 3 close to the surrounding frame 2 is connected to the surrounding frame 2 through the annular sealing member 5, and one end of the outer tub 3 connected to the surrounding frame 2 is fixed to a certain extent, the annular sealing member 5 can assist the overall balance of the washing machine 100, when the washing machine 100 operates, the shaking of the outer tub 3 is limited, and the shaking range is reduced.
In summary, the annular sealing member 5 is connected with the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 (see fig. 3) to seal the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3. In addition, since the outer tub 3 is connected to the surrounding frame 2 by the ring seal 5, the ring seal 5 may also play a role of limiting a shaking amplitude of the outer tub 3 when the washing machine 100 performs dehydration.
As described above, the installation space 110 can be formed between the surrounding frame 2 and the cabinet 1, and the surrounding frame 2 is further connected to the annular sealing member 5, and the structure of the surrounding frame 2 will be further described below.
As shown in fig. 4, the enclosure frame 2 includes an enclosure frame body 20, the enclosure frame body 20 is a frame structure, and covers the cabinet opening 11, and a part of the enclosure frame body is located in the cabinet 1 (see fig. 2). Thus, an installation space 110 is formed between the enclosure frame 2 and the cabinet 1, and electronic components and other components are disposed in the installation space 110. The hollow portion of the enclosure body 20 is also communicated with the cabinet opening 11 so that laundry to be washed can be thrown into the inner tub 4 therefrom.
In order to connect the annular sealing member 5 to the enclosure frame 2, as shown in fig. 5 (cut along the dotted linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A in fig. 4), the enclosure frame 2 may further include an enclosure frame connecting portion 21, and the enclosure frame connecting portion 21 is alsobase:Sub>A frame structure, is disposed in the casing 1, is located onbase:Sub>A side of the enclosure frame body 20 facing the annular sealing member 5, and is connected to the enclosure frame body 20.
In this case, in order to connect the ring-shaped sealing member 5 to the surrounding frame connecting portion 21 of the surrounding frame 2, as shown in fig. 6, the ring-shaped sealing member 5 may include a first sealing connecting portion 51, the first sealing connecting portion 51 is a portion of the ring-shaped sealing member 5 close to the surrounding frame 2, and the first sealing connecting portion 51 is of a ring-shaped structure, so that the first sealing connecting portion 51 may be sleeved on the surrounding frame connecting portion 21 to connect the ring-shaped sealing member 5 to the surrounding frame 2, and the hollow portion of the first sealing connecting portion 51 is communicated with the middle portion of the surrounding frame connecting portion 51, so that the laundry may fall into the inner tub 4 after the laundry to be washed is thrown into the surrounding frame 2 by the user.
In addition, in order to allow the first sealing connection portion 51 to be sleeved on the surrounding frame connection portion 21, and the edge contour shape of the hollow portion of the surrounding frame connection portion 21 matches the edge contour shape of the hollow portion of the first sealing connection portion 51, please refer to fig. 4 and fig. 10a, for example, the edge contour shapes of the surrounding frame connection portion 21 and the first sealing connection portion 51 are both circular, so that the first sealing connection portion 51 and the surrounding frame connection portion 21 can be connected when the edge contour shapes of the surrounding frame connection portion 21 and the first sealing connection portion 51 are the same (for example, both circular).
As described above, the annular sealing member 5 may include the first sealing connection portion 51, and the surrounding frame 2 may include the surrounding frame body 20 and the surrounding frame connection portion 21, wherein the surrounding frame connection portion 21 matches with the edge profile shape of the hollow portion of the first sealing connection portion 51, so that the first sealing connection portion 51 may be connected with the surrounding frame connection portion 21.
On this basis, in order to connect the ring-shaped sealing member 5 with the outer tub 3, as shown in fig. 7, the washing machine 100 may further include an outer tub cover 30, the outer tub cover 30 is of a ring-shaped structure, see fig. 8, and is disposed in the cabinet 1 and covers the outer tub opening 31 and is connected with the outer tub 3, so that when the washing machine 100 is in operation, the outer tub cover 30 may also function to block the washing water from splashing, and in addition, the hollow portion of the outer tub cover 30 is communicated with the outer tub opening 31, so that the laundry to be washed may fall into the inner tub 4 through the hollow portion after being thrown into the enclosure frame 2.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 6, the annular sealing member 5 may further include a second sealing connection portion 52, where the second sealing connection portion 52 is a portion of the annular sealing member 5 close to the outer tub cover 30 and has an annular structure, and thus, since the second sealing connection portion 52 and the outer tub cover 30 are both of the annular structure, the second sealing connection portion 52 may be sleeved on an end of the outer tub cover 30 far away from the casing 1, so as to achieve connection between the annular sealing member 5 and the outer tub 3.
In addition, the hollow portion of the second sealing connection portion 52 is communicated with the hollow portion of the outer tub cover 30, and as can be seen from the above, the hollow portion of the first sealing connection portion 51 of the annular sealing member 5 is communicated with the hollow portion of the surrounding frame connection portion 21, so that the hollow portion of the surrounding frame 2 is communicated with the hollow portion of the annular sealing member 5 and the outer tub opening 31, which enables a user to smoothly put laundry to be washed from the surrounding frame 2 into the inner tub 4.
As can be seen from the above description, in order to realize the connection between the annular sealing member 5 and the outer tub 3, the annular sealing member 5 may further include a second sealing connection portion 52, and the annular sealing member 5 is connected with the outer tub cover 30 through the second sealing connection portion 52 to realize the connection between the annular sealing member 5 and the outer tub 3.
In order that the second sealing connection part 52 may be connected with the outer tub cover 30, as shown in fig. 9 (cut along the dotted line B-B in fig. 7), the outer tub cover 30 may include an outer tub cover connection part 301 having an annular structure, and a portion of the outer tub cover connection part 301 adjacent to the cabinet 1 is covered at the outer tub opening 31, and the outer tub cover 30 may be connected with the outer tub 3 through the outer tub cover connection part 301. On this basis, the outer barrel cover 30 may further include an outer barrel cover abutting portion 302 of an annular structure, located in the hollow structure of the outer barrel cover connecting portion 301, and connected to the outer barrel cover connecting portion 301, and on this basis, the outer barrel cover abutting portion 302 protrudes toward the annular sealing member 5 for abutting against the second sealing connecting portion 52 of the annular sealing member 5.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 9, the outer lid 30 may further include an outer lid extension portion 303 having an annular structure, the outer lid extension portion 303 is located at a side of the outer lid abutting portion 302 close to the annular sealing member 5, so that the second sealing connection portion 52 may be sleeved on the outer lid extension portion 303, and a hollow portion of the second sealing connection portion 52 may be communicated with a hollow portion of the outer lid extension portion.
In addition, the outline shape of the tub cover extension 303 matches the edge outline shape of the hollow portion of the second sealing connection portion 52, for example, the outline shape of the tub cover extension 303 and the edge outline shape of the hollow portion of the second sealing connection portion 52 are both circular. Thus, the second sealing connecting portion 52 can be sleeved on the outer tub cover extending portion 303, so that the annular sealing member 5 can be connected with the outer tub 3.
To sum up, in order to seal the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 by the annular sealing member 5, as shown in fig. 6, the annular sealing member 5 may include a first sealing connecting portion 51 and a second sealing connecting portion 52, the first sealing connecting portion 51 is sleeved on the surrounding frame connecting portion 21 of the surrounding frame 2 to realize the connection between the surrounding frame 2 and the annular sealing member 5, and the second sealing connecting portion 52 is sleeved on the outer tub cover extending portion 303 to realize the connection between the outer tub 3 and the annular sealing member 5. In this way, the annular seal 5 can seal the gap R.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, in the case that the annular sealing member 5 includes a first sealing connection portion, the annular sealing member 5 may further include a third sealing connection portion 53 located between the first sealing connection portion 51 and the second sealing connection portion 52, and the third sealing connection portion 53 has an annular structure. Based on this, the first seal connecting portion 51, the second seal connecting portion 52 and the third seal connecting portion 53 are connected to form an integral structure, and may be integrally formed through an injection molding process. In addition, the first sealing connecting portion 51, the second sealing connecting portion 52 and the third sealing connecting portion 53 are coaxially disposed, so that after the surrounding frame 2 is connected to the outer tub 3 by the annular sealing member 5, the first sealing connecting portion 51, the second sealing connecting portion 52 and the third sealing connecting portion 53 are connected to form an integral structure and are coaxially disposed, it can be easily understood that after the surrounding frame 2 is connected to the outer tub 3 and the annular sealing member 5, the surrounding frame 2 is communicated with the hollow portions of the outer tub 3 and the annular sealing member 5, so that the user can drop the laundry into the inner tub 4 along the hollow portions after the laundry is thrown into the surrounding frame 2.
As mentioned above, the annular sealing member 5 may further include a third sealing connecting portion 53, the third sealing connecting portion 53 is connected to the first sealing connecting portion 51 and the second sealing connecting portion 52 as an integral structure (see fig. 10 a), and as shown in fig. 10b (which is cut along the dotted line C-C in fig. 10 a), a longitudinal section of the third sealing connecting portion 53 is corrugated, and it should be noted that the longitudinal section is perpendicular to the plane of the tub opening 31. Since the longitudinal section of the third sealing connecting portion 53 is corrugated, the third sealing connecting portion 53 can expand and contract in the X direction or swing in the Y direction with the shaking of the outer tub 3 (see fig. 10 a). Thus, when the outer tub 3 swings with the inner tub 4 during the dewatering process of the washing machine 100, the longitudinal section of the third sealing connection part 53 is corrugated and can expand or swing with the swinging of the outer tub 3, so that the corrugated structure of the third sealing connection part 53 can limit the swinging range of the outer tub 3 while the annular sealing member 5 realizes the sealing gap R, thereby assisting the overall balance of the washing machine 100 and prolonging the service life of other parts of the outer tub 3, the inner tub 4 and the like of the washing machine 100.
As can be seen from the above description, the first sealing connection portion 51 of the annular sealing member 5 is sleeved on the surrounding frame connection portion 21, and the second sealing connection portion 52 is sleeved on the outer tub cover extension portion 303, so as to achieve the purpose of sealing the gap R between the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 by the annular sealing member 5, and in order to ensure that the annular sealing member 5 does not fall off in the operation process of the washing machine 100, as shown in fig. 11, the washing machine 100 may further include a first fastening member 61 disposed around a circumference of the first sealing connection portion 51, and two ends of the first fastening member 61 are connected, and the first fastening member 61 is used for fixing the first sealing connection portion 51 on the surrounding frame connection portion 21.
On this basis, the washing machine 100 may further include a second fastening member 62 (see fig. 11) disposed around a periphery of the second sealing connection portion 52, and two ends of the second fastening member 62 are connected, the second fastening member 62 being used for fixing the second sealing connection portion 52 to the outer tub cover extension 303.
In this way, the first sealing connection portion 51 of the annular sealing member 5 is fixed by the first fastening member 61 after being sleeved on the surrounding frame connection portion 21, and the second sealing connection portion 52 is fixed by the second fastening member 62 after being sleeved on the outer tub cover extension portion 303. In this case, when the washing machine 100 operates, it is possible to ensure stable connection between the ring seal 5 and the surrounding frame 2 and the outer tub 3 without the ring seal 5 falling off due to the shaking of the outer tub 3 along with the inner tub 4.
In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
