In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a washing machine provided by the present application according to an exemplary embodiment is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the washing machine 1 includes a display panel 10 and a control panel 20. The control board 20 includes a control board main control chip 201, a load detection circuit 202, a load control circuit 203, and a memory. The display panel 10 includes a display panel main control chip 101, a display circuit 102, and a touch chip 103. It should be understood that the control board 20 may include other circuits, and the display panel 10 may include other circuits, which are not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the control panel main control chip 201 is used to control the operation of each electrical component of the washing machine 1, so as to implement various functions of the washing machine 1. Illustratively, the control board main control chip 201 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a general purpose processor Network (NP), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a microprocessor, or any combination thereof. The control board main control chip 201 may also be other devices with processing functions, such as a circuit, a device, or a software module, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the control board main control chip 201 is connected to the load detection circuit 202 and the load control circuit 203 respectively. The control board main control chip 201 detects the working state of each load in the washing machine 1 through the load detection circuit 202, and then controls the working of each load through the load control circuit 203.
In some embodiments, the control board main control chip 201 is further connected to a memory for storing the operating parameters of the washing machine 1. The control panel main control chip 201 may obtain the current state information of the washing machine 1 from the memory, determine that the washing machine 1 is currently in the working state or in the suspended working state, and perform corresponding operations accordingly.
The memory may be a read-only memory (ROM) or other types of static memory devices that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other types of dynamic memory devices that can store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disc storage, optical disc storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), a magnetic disc storage medium or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this respect.
In some embodiments, the control panel main control chip 201 is further connected to the display panel main control chip 101, and the display panel main control chip 101 and the control panel main control chip 201 may interact with the operating parameters and the like of the washing machine 1, so that the washing machine 1 may operate normally.
In some embodiments, the display panel main control chip 101 may also be connected with the display circuit 102. The display circuit 102 is used to realize the display function of the display panel 10.
In some embodiments, a display screen may be included in the display circuitry 102. The display screen may be a liquid crystal display screen or an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display screen. The particular type, size, resolution, etc. of the display screen is not limited, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that the display screen may be modified in performance and configuration as desired.
In some embodiments, the display panel main control chip 101 is connected to the touch chip 103, and data can be interactively communicated between the display panel main control chip 101 and the touch chip 103. For example, during the operation of the washing machine 1, the display panel main control chip 101 sends a key status request message to the touch chip 103, and after the touch chip 103 receives the key status request message, the touch chip 103 sends the key status message to the display panel main control chip 101, so that the display panel main control chip 101 performs a corresponding operation according to the key status.
The selection of the touch chip 103 is not limited in the present application, wherein "touch" refers herein to a single-point or multi-point touch technology; the chip is an IC, which refers to a metal sheet or a non-metal sheet whose end face can be integrated with a friction lining and a friction material layer, generally refers to all electronic components, and is a circuit module that integrates various electronic components on a silicon board to realize a certain specific function. For example, the touch chip 103 may be an IC301 chip, and may be specifically selected and set according to actual needs.
In some embodiments, the display panel 10 also includes a plurality of function keys. As shown in fig. 4, the plurality of function keys include a start key 104, and the start key 104 is connected to the touch chip 103. During the operation of the washing machine 1, if the user wants to add the clothes to be washed, the user can press the start button 104 to trigger the washing machine 1 to suspend operation, and after the user puts the clothes to be washed, the user can press the start button 104 again to trigger the washing machine 1 to start operation.
In some embodiments, after the start key 104 is touched, the start key 104 outputs a control signal to the touch chip 103. In response to receiving the control signal output by the start key 104, the touch chip 103 detects a duration of the control signal, and if the duration of the control signal is less than a preset duration, the touch chip 103 sends a signal for indicating that the start key 104 is touched to the control board main control chip 201. It should be understood that if the start button 104 fails, the start button 104 continuously outputs the control signal, which may cause the control panel main control chip 201 to receive the wrong state information of the start button 104 to drive the load to work, which may not meet the safety requirement of the washing machine, and may cause a safety accident. In the application, the duration of the control signal output by the start key 104 is detected by the touch chip 103, and if the duration of the control signal is greater than or equal to the preset duration, which indicates that the start key 104 may malfunction, the control signal output by the start key 104 is considered to be invalid, and the touch chip 103 does not operate, thereby avoiding a safety accident. Only when the duration of the control signal output by the start key 104 is shorter than the preset duration, the control signal output by the start key 104 is considered to be valid, and the touch chip sends a signal for indicating that the start key 104 is touched to the control panel main control chip 201.
Next, taking the touch chip 103 as an IC301 chip as an example, a circuit structure of the touch chip 103 is exemplarily described. For the functional role of each pin of the touch chip 103, reference is made to related files, which are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 5, the first function key pin P11 of the touch chip 103 is connected to the start key 104 through a current limiting resistor 301. The first function key pin P11 of the touch chip 103 is connected to a first end of the current limiting resistor 301, and the start key 104 is connected to a second end of the current limiting resistor 301. By arranging the current-limiting resistor between the start key 104 and the touch chip 103, the current between the start key 104 and the touch chip 103 can be limited, and the false operation of the washing machine 1 caused by the mistaken touch of the key by a user can be prevented.
As also shown in fig. 5, the washing machine 1 may further include a plurality of function keys, and the number of the current limiting resistors is the same as the number of the function keys of the washing machine 1, that is, how many function keys the washing machine 1 has, and how many current limiting resistors the washing machine 1 has. The number of current limiting resistors shown in fig. 5 is merely exemplary, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
In some embodiments, the current limiting resistor needs to have a proper resistance value, which ensures that the current limiting resistor can prevent a user from mistakenly touching the function keys and can ensure that each function key can normally work.
Optionally, the selection of the resistance value of the current-limiting resistor has an association relationship with the selection of the touch chip 103. After the model of the touch chip 103 is determined, a corresponding value of the current limiting resistor can be obtained according to the model of the touch chip 103 and a value of a high level signal or a low level signal transmitted between the function key and the touch chip 103.
It should be noted that the "high level" and the "low level" mentioned herein are relative only, and do not define the magnitude relationship between the voltage value of the high level signal and 0V, nor the magnitude relationship between the voltage value of the low level signal and 0V.
In some embodiments, the touch chip 103 is connected to the control board main control chip 201. After the touch chip 103 receives the control signal output by the start key 104, the touch chip 103 sends a signal indicating that the start key 104 is touched to the control board main control chip 201 to trigger the control board main control chip 201 to perform a corresponding operation. In this way, the touch chip 103 detects whether the start key 104 is touched in real time, and when the start key 104 is touched, the touch chip 103 directly sends a signal for indicating that the start key 104 is effectively pressed to the control board main control chip 201, so that the control board main control chip 201 can perform corresponding operations, thereby completing the detection of the start key 104. Therefore, the display panel main control chip 101 does not participate in the detection process of the start key 104, and software authentication is not needed, so that the software authentication cost for detecting the start key 104 can be reduced.
As an implementation manner, the pin P02 of the touch chip 103 is connected to a signal input pin of the control board main control chip 201, and after receiving a control signal output by the start key 104, the touch chip 103 transmits a signal for indicating that the start key 104 is touched to the control board main control chip 201 through the pin P02, so as to trigger the control board main control chip 201 to perform a corresponding operation.
It should be understood that the pin P02 of the touch chip 103 may be referred to as a signal output pin.
As another implementation, the display panel 10 further includes a level inversion circuit 105. As shown in fig. 5, the level inversion circuit 105 is connected to at least the pin P02 of the touch chip 103 and the signal input pin of the control board main control chip 201, and the level inversion circuit 105 inverts the level of the signal indicating that the start key 104 is touched, which is transmitted from the pin P02 of the touch chip 103, and transmits the inverted level of the signal to the signal input pin of the control board main control chip 201.
In this way, by providing the level inversion circuit 105, the level of the pin P02 of the touch chip 103 is opposite to the level of the signal input pin of the control board main control chip 201, thereby improving the anti-interference performance of the control board main control chip 201.
In some embodiments, the signal output by the pin P02 of the touch chip 103 for indicating that the start key 104 is touched is a high level signal.
In some embodiments, fig. 6 shows a structure diagram of a level inversion circuit 105 provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the level-reversing circuit 105 includes: a first resistor 1051, a second resistor 1052, a third resistor 1053 and a transistor 1054.
The base of the triode 1054 is connected to the first end of the first resistor 1051 and the first end of the second resistor 1052, the emitter of the triode 1054 is connected to the ground and the second end of the second resistor 1052, the collector of the triode 1054 is connected to the first end of the third resistor 1053 and the signal input pin of the control board main control chip 201, the second end of the first resistor 1051 is connected to the pin P02 of the touch chip 103, and the second end of the third resistor 1053 is connected to the high-level signal end.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the pin VDD of the touch chip 103 is respectively connected to the high-level signal terminal, the first terminal of the first filter capacitor 401, and the first terminal of the second filter capacitor 402, the second terminal of the first filter capacitor 401 is grounded, and the second terminal of the second filter capacitor 402 is grounded. The filter capacitor is an energy storage device which is arranged at two ends of the rectifying circuit and used for reducing alternating current ripple coefficients and improving high-efficiency smooth direct current output. By configuring the first filter capacitor 401 and the second filter capacitor 402 at the pin VDD of the touch chip 103, signals interfering with the operation of the touch chip 103 can be filtered out, so that the touch chip 103 can operate more stably.
In some embodiments, the third filter capacitor 403 may be connected in parallel to the pin P07 and the pin VSS of the touch chip 103. As shown in fig. 8, a first end of the third filter capacitor 403 is connected to the pin P07 of the touch chip 103, and a second end of the third filter capacitor 403 is connected to the ground and the pin VSS of the touch chip 103. By configuring the third filter capacitor 403 at the pin P07 and the pin VSS of the touch chip 103, a voltage in an internal circuit of the touch chip 103 can be stabilized, so that the touch chip 103 can operate more stably.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the pin P40 of the touch chip 103 is connected to a first terminal of the pull-down resistor 501, and a second terminal of the pull-down resistor 501 is grounded. By arranging the pull-down resistor 501 at the pin P40 of the touch chip 103, the level at the pin P40 is stable when the touch chip 103 normally works, and the touch chip 103 is prevented from receiving interference of an external signal when working.
The working conditions of the various components of the washing machine when the power-down memory function is realized are described in an exemplary manner below.
As shown in fig. 10, in the normal working process of the washing machine, the touch chip detects the state of each function key of the washing machine in real time;
if the start key is touched, the start key outputs a control signal to the touch chip, and the touch chip judges whether the duration of the control signal output by the start key is less than a preset duration;
when the duration of the control signal output by the start key is less than the preset duration, the control signal output by the start key is effective, and the touch control chip sends a signal for indicating that the start key is touched to the control panel main control chip;
after the signal for indicating the start key to be touched is received, the control panel main control chip starts or suspends the washing machine according to the current state information of the washing machine stored in the memory and the signal for indicating the start key to be touched, and the washing machine works normally.
The particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
