According to the rod clip 20 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the engaging member 252 is engaged and locked by engaging with the engaging member, so that the user can complete the unlocking or locking operation of the locking device with one hand without using any tool.
In order to enable the pole clip 20 to be locked more securely on the main pole portion, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 9A and 9B, non-slip cushions 81 and 82 are disposed inside the body portion of the pole clip 20. The material of the cushions 81 and 82 is preferably TPR, the pole clamp 20 is mounted on the main pole of the metal, the cushions 81 and 82 are in direct contact with the metal, and the TPR material can provide a stronger wrapping property than the plastic of which the body portions 221 and 223 of the pole clamp 20 are made, so that the pole clamp 20 is less likely to slip.

The first and second ends 51, 52 of the holder 50 can be plugged into the two receptacles 33. The second mating portion 32 is preferably integral with the connector block 30 and has a slot on one side of the connector block 30 sized to correspond to the lateral flange of the first mating portion so that the lateral flange of the first mating portion 22 can be inserted into the slot from the bottom side and rest against the top of the slot.

the bracket connecting portion includes two insertion holes into which the first end and the second end are inserted.
