Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
It should be noted that the present disclosure relates to a handrail assembly for a road roller, a grader, a shovel, a forklift, or other work machine with similar work requirements. For convenience of description, the armrest assembly of the present invention will be described below with reference to a motor grader as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the armrest assembly, the armrest assembly includes an armrest body 100, a first slider, a second slider, and a connecting member 300, wherein a first end of the second slider can slide in a vertical direction with respect to the first slider, a second end of the second slider is hinged to a first end of the connecting member 300, such that the connecting member 300 can rotate in a horizontal direction with respect to the second slider, and a second end of the connecting member 300 is connected to the armrest body 100.
According to different operation demands, a seat is arranged in a cab of some operation machines, the armrest assembly can be arranged on the seat of the cab, the first sliding piece is fixedly connected with the seat, the cab of some operation machines does not have the seat, a driver needs to stand to operate, the armrest assembly can be arranged on the inner wall or the floor of the cab, and the first sliding piece is fixedly connected with the inner wall or the floor of the cab to support arms of the driver. The armrest assembly will be described below as being mounted on a cab seat.
The first sliding member is fixedly connected to the seat, and the first end of the second sliding member can slide in the vertical direction relative to the first sliding member, so that the height of the armrest body 100 relative to the seat can be adjusted. Drivers with different body heights and body sizes have different requirements on the height of the armrest assembly, and when the driver operates the grader to operate and needs higher armrest support, the first end of the second sliding member can slide upwards relative to the first sliding member, so that the height of the armrest body 100 is increased; accordingly, when the driver needs a shorter armrest support, the first end of the second slider is slid downward relative to the first slider, and the height of the armrest body 100 is reduced. In this way, a more comfortable arm support can be provided to the driver.
The conventional armrest assembly is oriented vertically to the cab, but when the driver operates the grader, the arm is not perpendicular to the cab, and there is a certain angular deviation, so that the armrest body 100 cannot provide a large area of support for the arm. In this embodiment, the second end of the second slider is hinged to the first end of the link 300, so that the link 300 can rotate in the horizontal direction with respect to the second slider. Therefore, the left and right angles of the armrest body 100 in the horizontal direction can be adjusted according to the placement of the arms of the driver, and the armrest body 100 can provide large-area support for the arms of the driver so as to provide more comfortable arm support for the driver.
