The packing device for the rod-pumped well according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the positioning element is cylindrical, the upper section of the cylindrical positioning element is a thick-walled section (51), the lower section of the cylindrical positioning element is a thin-walled section (52), so that the outer wall surface of the positioning element is a step surface, the thin-walled section (52) is used as a liner tube for being inserted and matched with the cylinder of the rotating body (4) to form a protection structure between the polish rod (2) and the rotating body (4) of the rod-pumped well, the lower end surface of the thick-walled section (51) is used for being blocked and matched with the rotating body (4), the positioning element is of a split structure in the circumferential direction, and the thick-walled section (51) is provided with a connecting and locking structure, so that the positioning element (5) can be fastened and locked on the polish rod (2) of the rod-pumped well.

The packing device for the rod pumped well according to claim 5, wherein a threaded hole (54) is formed in the thick wall section of one split part of the positioning element (5), a fixing hole (55) is formed in the thick wall section of the other split part of the positioning element (5), and screws (56) or bolts are arranged in the fixing holes (55) in a penetrating manner to be matched with the threaded holes (54) so as to lock the two split parts of the positioning element (5).

The rod pumped well packing arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the helicoid (49) extends upwardly to a position above the lower end surface (411) of the barrel, and the vertical distance between the top of the helicoid (49) and the lower end surface (411) of the barrel is not less than the vertical dimension of the packing (3) to be added.
8. The rod pumped well packing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rotary body (4) is in two parts, one side of the two parts being connected by a second hinge (53) and the other side being locked by a bolt and nut assembly (46).
9. The rod pumped well packing arrangement as set forth in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that said cantilevered structure (48) is distributed over at least two body segments of the rotary body (4).
10. The packing device for the rod pumped well according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rotating body (4) is provided with a force application structure for an operator to apply a rotational driving force to the rotating body (4).
