In addition, the base station 100 may be provided with a clean water tank, a foul water tank, and the like to supply clean water to the cleaning apparatus 200 and to collect foul water generated by the operation of the cleaning apparatus 200. Of course, the base station 100 may also be provided with other devices to provide corresponding functions, which are not listed here for brevity.
As shown in fig. 1, the base station 100 includes an adapter 110 and a first electrical appliance 120, where in a case that the cleaning system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application operates, the adapter 110 is configured as an external power supply, specifically, the voltage of the power supply may be 220V, and of course, by setting the structure and parameters of the adapter 110, the voltage of the power supply that the adapter 110 can adapt to may be a range of values, for example, the voltage range of the power supply may be 110 to 240V, which is not limited in the present application.
Meanwhile, the output power of the adaptor 110 is less than the input power of the first electrical instrument 120, which makes the output power of the adaptor 110 relatively small, so that the production cost of the adaptor 110 can be reduced. Of course, the specific magnitude of each of the output power of the adapter 110 and the input power of the first electrical appliance 120 can be determined according to the actual situation such as the kind and parameters of the first electrical appliance 120. The number of the first electrical devices 120 may be one or more. The first electrical appliance 120 may specifically include a fan, a heating assembly, a pump, and other devices, and of course, the first electrical appliance 120 may also be determined to be other kinds of devices according to the specific function related to the cleaning system.
In the cleaning system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the cleaning device 200 and the base station 100 may work in cooperation, and the cleaning device 200 may move to complete the cleaning work on the area to be cleaned. The cleaning device 200 includes a battery 210, and the battery 210 may power the components operating in the cleaning device 200. Of course, the cleaning device 200 further includes other mechanisms, such as a movement mechanism, the movement mechanism includes a roller, a driving motor, and the like, the driving motor is in transmission connection with the roller, and the driving motor is connected with the battery 210, so that the electric energy of the battery 210 can be supplied to the driving motor, and further the driving roller rotates to drive the whole cleaning device 200 to move in the region to be cleaned. The cleaning device 200 may further include a cleaning mechanism and a dust suction mechanism, etc. to provide a cleaning function through the cleaning mechanism and the dust suction mechanism, so as to ensure that the cleaning device 200 can perform a cleaning operation on an area to be cleaned.
In the cleaning system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, since the battery 210 of the cleaning apparatus 200 needs to provide electric energy for other working components in the cleaning apparatus 200, and further the discharge rate of the battery 210 is relatively high, the battery 210 may specifically be a lithium battery, so as to improve the energy density and the safety of the battery 210. Based on this, in the working process of the cleaning system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, when the cleaning device 200 is parked at the base station 100, the battery 210 in the cleaning device 200 can be electrically connected to the first electrical appliance 120 in the base station 100, so that the battery 210 in the cleaning device 200 is used to supply power to the first electrical appliance 120 in the base station 100, and thus even if the adapter 110 in the base station 100 is not electrically connected to the first electrical appliance 120, the first electrical appliance 120 in the base station 100 can be ensured to work normally. Of course, during the configuration process of the cleaning system, it is necessary to ensure that the output power of the battery 210 in the cleaning apparatus 200 is greater than or equal to the input power of the first electrical appliance 120 in the base station 100, so as to ensure that the battery 210 can drive the first electrical appliance 120 to work normally.
More specifically, the base station 100 and the cleaning device 200 may be detachably connected by a detachable electrical connector, and further, in a case where the cleaning device 200 is docked at the base station 100, the base station 100 and the cleaning device 200 may be electrically connected, specifically, the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200 may be electrically connected to the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100; correspondingly, after the cleaning device 200 leaves the base station 100, the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200 and the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100 are disconnected from each other.
As described above, the base station 100 may also provide a charging function for the cleaning device 200, that is, the adapter 110 of the base station 100 may convert the electric energy of the external power source and transmit the converted electric energy to the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200 for storage. Based on this, the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200 also needs to be in a detachable electrical connection relationship with the adapter 110 of the base station 100 so that the cleaning device 200 can be docked at the base station 100 for charging operation when charging is required. In order to prevent the charging and discharging processes of the battery 210 from conflicting, a specific embodiment is that the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200 and the base station 100 may be connected to each other through multiple wire sets, each wire set includes a first wire and a second wire, each first wire may be connected to the battery 210, at least one of the multiple second wires is connected to the adapter 110, and at least another one of the multiple second wires is connected to the first electrical appliance 120, so that when the cleaning device 200 is parked at the base station 100, the first wire and the second wire in any wire set may form an electrical connection relationship, it is ensured that the battery 210 may also supply power to the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100 through another wire set while the adapter 110 charges the cleaning device 200 through a certain wire set, and the charging and discharging processes of the battery 210 are prevented from conflicting.
The embodiment of the application discloses a cleaning system, which comprises a base station 100 and a cleaning device 200, wherein the base station 100 and the cleaning device 200 are matched for use. Wherein the cleaning device 200 comprises a battery 210, the base station 100 comprises an adapter 110 and a first electrical appliance 120, the adapter 110 is configured as an external power supply, the adapter 110 is capable of charging the battery 210 of the cleaning device 200, and meanwhile, the output power of the adapter 110 is smaller than the input power of the first electrical appliance 120, which makes the cost of the adapter 110 relatively low. In order to ensure that the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100 can normally operate, when the cleaning apparatus 200 is docked to the base station 100, the battery 210 of the cleaning apparatus 200 can be electrically connected with the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100, so as to supply power to the first electrical appliance 120 of the base station 100 by using the battery 210 of the cleaning apparatus 200, and ensure that the first electrical appliance 120 can normally operate when the cleaning apparatus 200 is docked to the base station 100.
As mentioned above, the conflict of the charging and discharging processes of the cleaning device 200 can be prevented by providing a plurality of wire sets, in another embodiment of the present application, optionally only one wire set between the cleaning device 200 and the base station 100 for providing electrical connection, as shown in fig. 1, the wire set comprises the first electrical connector 130 and the second electrical connector 220, the base station 100 comprises the first electrical connector 130, and the cleaning device 200 comprises the second electrical connector 220. Specifically, each of the first and second electrical connectors 130 and 220 may include a contact electrical connection device and a conductive wire, the contact electrical connection device being connected with a corresponding device through the conductive wire, and the contact electrical connection devices of the first and second electrical connectors 130 and 220 are brought into contact with each other to complete an electrical connection work in a state where the cleaning apparatus 200 is docked at the base station 100. In another embodiment of the present application, the first electrical connector 130 and the second electrical connector 220 each include an electrode spring, and in a case where the cleaning apparatus 200 is docked to the base station 100, the electrode spring of the first electrical connector 130 and the electrode spring of the second electrical connector 220 are pressed against each other to form an electrical connection relationship therebetween, which may improve reliability and stability of the electrical connection relationship between the first electrical connector 130 and the second electrical connector 220.
In the process of assembling the cleaning system, the adaptor 110 and the first electrical appliance 120 are connected in parallel to the first electrical connector 130, a charging line 231 and a discharging line 232 are connected between the second electrical connector 220 and the battery 210, and the charging line 231 and the discharging line 232 are independent from each other, so that the battery 210 can receive electric energy through the charging line 231 and can also release electric energy through the discharging line 232. Correspondingly, when the cleaning apparatus 200 is docked to the base station 100, the first electrical connector 130 and the second electrical connector 220 are electrically connected, so as to ensure a basis for forming an electrical connection between the adapter 110 and the battery 210, and also ensure a basis for forming an electrical connection between the battery 210 and the first electrical appliance 120.
In the above technical solution, the number of the wire sets for electrically connecting the base station 100 and the cleaning apparatus 200 is only one, so that the number of the components for electrical connection between the base station 100 and the cleaning apparatus 200 is reduced, the reliability of the cleaning system is improved, and the design difficulty of the base station 100 and the cleaning apparatus 200 can be reduced.
Of course, in the case that the number of the wire groups between the base station 100 and the cleaning apparatus 200 is only one, in order to prevent the charging and discharging processes of the battery 210 in the cleaning apparatus 200 from conflicting with each other, optionally, the base station 100 further includes a switch, which may be specifically a single-pole double-throw switch, and the adapter 110 and the first electrical appliance 120 are connected to the single-pole double-throw switch respectively, and further, the adapter 110 or the first electrical appliance 120 may be controlled to be connected to the first electrical connector 130 by controlling the switch. Furthermore, in the case of the cleaning device 200 docked at the base station 100, if the adapter 110 is connected to the first electrical connector 130 by means of a switch, the adapter 110 can charge the battery 210, and if the first electrical appliance 120 is connected to the first electrical connector 130 by means of a switch, the battery 210 can supply power to the first electrical appliance 120, thereby ensuring that the charging and discharging operations of the battery 210 in the cleaning device 200 do not conflict.
Based on the above embodiment, optionally, the base station 100 further includes a first control device 150, and the first control device 150 may be connected to the switch, so that the first control device 150 may control the on/off of the switch, so as to electrically connect the adapter 110 and the battery 210 when the battery 210 of the cleaning apparatus 200 needs to be charged, and electrically connect the battery 210 and the first electrical appliance 120 when the first electrical appliance 120 needs to operate.
