Packaging structure
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a packaging structure.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not constitute prior art.
The existing thin film fastening packaging structure adopts a packaging mode that a to-be-packaged object is placed on a paperboard, and the to-be-packaged object is tightly bound on the paperboard through a telescopic film adhered on the paperboard to form a complete packaging structure. The existing film suspended packaging structure is characterized in that a clamping sleeve is lined up vertically or horizontally, and a film is stretched to be in a tight state by forceful extrusion so that a to-be-packaged object is fixed between the films.
However, the existing packaging structure has the following disadvantages:
1. the object to be packaged is fixed between the paper board and the thin film, but the periphery of the object to be packaged still has a moving space, and when the buffering distance is insufficient, the object to be packaged cannot be efficiently protected.
2. For a higher object to be packaged, the paperboard is not easy to fold and form during assembly, the folding effect can be slightly improved only by lengthening the paperboard and/or lengthening the film, and the material waste is caused.

The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiments.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used in the description of the present application herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The applicant has studied and found that when a package 9 to be packaged having a large shape and/or a high height is required, there are several solutions:
1. the elasticity of the film is improved, so that the film can be stretched to be longer, and the film can wrap objects to be packaged with larger shapes and/or higher heights, but the scheme needs to invest certain research and development funds and time and is not easy to realize.
2. If the paper board drives the film to be folded along the preset folding line, the lengths of the film and the paper board are lengthened in the direction perpendicular to the preset folding line, so that the novel packaging structure can be used for packaging objects to be packaged with larger shapes and/or higher heights, and the objects to be packaged are easy to turn over.
3. If the cardboard carries the film to fold along the predetermined folding line, the length of the film is lengthened in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined folding line, but this solution causes waste of the film and increases the packaging cost.
And the packaging structure that this application provided improves cardboard 2 from structural, need not the length of extension film 1, need not the length of extension cardboard 2, can pack the great and/or highly higher packing article 9 of treating of shape, and easily turn over.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 3. The present embodiment provides a packaging structure including a film 1 and a paperboard 2. The sheet 2 has a first 21 and a second opposite surface (not shown), the film 1 being fixed to the first surface 21 and being able to trap the article 9 to be packed between the first surface 21 and the film 1.
Wherein the blank 2 comprises a main panel 3, a first flap panel 4 and a second flap panel 5. The first flap plate 4 is connected with the main plate 3, and a first folding line 31 is arranged between the first flap plate 4 and the main plate 3. The first flap 4 is foldable towards the second surface along a first fold line 31. The second flap 5 is located between the first flap 4 and the main panel 3, and the second flap 5 is connected to the first flap 4. The second flap 5 has opposite first and second side edges 51, 52 in the extension direction of the first fold line 31. The first side 51 and the second side 52 are each separated from the main panel 3 and the first flap panel 4, respectively. The first side 51 is disposed adjacent the main panel 3 and the first end 6 of the first flap 4. The second side edge 52 is disposed adjacent the second end 7 of the main panel 3 and the first flap panel 4. The projection of the membrane 1 on the first surface 21 is located between the first end 6 and the second end 7. A second fold line 41 is provided between the second flap 5 and the first flap 4. The second folding line 41 and the first folding line 31 are disposed parallel to each other. While the first flap 4 is folded, the second flap 5 can be folded along a second fold line 41 to the side of the article 9 to be packaged.
The packaging structure that this application embodiment provided is equipped with second turning plate 5 between mainboard 3 and first turning plate 4, and second turning plate 5 turns over the back along second fold line 41, can treat packing material 9 in the side of treating packing material 9 and carry on spacingly to packing material 9 is treated in effective protection. Furthermore, the first side edge 51 and the second side edge 52 of the second folding plate 5 are separated from the main plate 3 and the first folding plate 4, respectively, and the projection of the film 1 on the first surface 21 is located between the first end 6 and the second end 7, that is, the width of the film 1 is smaller than the width from the first end 6 to the second end 7, so that after the second folding plate 5 is folded along the second folding line 41, the effect of lengthening the film 1 can be achieved, and therefore, when a to-be-packaged object 9 with a large packaging shape and/or a high height is to be packaged, the cardboard 2 or the film 1 does not need to be lengthened, and the to-be-packaged object can be easily folded during the packaging operation.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first flap plate 4 has two portions and is located on opposite sides of the main plate 3 in a direction perpendicular to the first folding line 31. The two ends of the film 1 are fixed to the first surfaces 21 of the two first flaps 4, respectively. The second flap plates 5 are two in number and are respectively disposed adjacent to the first flap plates 4. After the first folding plate 4 and the second folding plate 5 are folded, in the direction perpendicular to the first folding line 31, the two second folding plates 5 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the object to be packaged 9, so that the two sides of the object to be packaged 9 can be limited, and the object to be packaged 9 is effectively protected.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, in the extending direction of the first folding line 31, the length from the first side edge 51 to the second side edge 52 of the second flap 5 may be less than or equal to the length from the first end 6 to the second end 7. Preferably, the length of the second flap 5 in the extension direction of the first folding line 31 is equal to the length from the first end 6 to the second end 7, i.e. the distance between the first side 51 and the first end 6 is 0 and the distance between the second side 52 and the second end 7 is 0, so that the length of the second flap 5 is longer, thereby more effectively protecting the object 9 to be packaged.
In the present embodiment, the length of the second flap panel 5 in the extending direction of the first folding line 31 may be greater than or equal to the length of the film 1. Preferably, the length of the second flap 5 is equal to the length of the film 1 in the extension direction of the first fold line 31.
The film 1 in this embodiment has good elasticity and strength. The material of the film 1 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be, for example, PVC, PE, POF, or the like, and may be selected according to actual needs. The film 1 may be a composite film. The fixing mode of the film 1 can be bonding, and certainly can also be fixed connection modes such as buckle connection, screw connection, riveting, magnetic attraction connection and the like, and the application does not limit the mode uniquely. The shape of the film 1 is not limited to the specific shape in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the film 1 may have a rectangular shape.
The length of the film 1 in the direction of extension of the first fold line 31 is greater than or equal to the length of the object 9 to be wrapped, so that the object 9 is better wrapped. Preferably, the length of the film 1, the length of the package 9 to be packaged, the length of the second flap 5 (first side 51 to second side 52), and the length of the first end 6 to the second end 7 are all equal in the direction of extension of the first fold line 31.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first side edge 51 and the second side edge 52 are connected to both ends of the second fold line 41, respectively, the first side edge 51 is disposed apart from the first end 6, and the second side edge 52 is disposed apart from the second end 7. The second flap panel 5 also has a third side edge 53 opposite the second fold line 41.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the third side 53 is separated from the main board 3, and the main board 3 is provided with the fourth side 32 adjacent to the third side 53.
Specifically, the distance from the fourth side edge 32 to the first folding line 31 is greater than or equal to the distance from the second folding line 41 to the first folding line 31, so as to avoid the main panel 3 from obstructing the folding of the second folding plate 5 along the second folding line 41. Preferably, the distance from the fourth side edge 32 to the first folding line 31 is equal to the distance from the second folding line 41 to the first folding line 31, so that after the first folding plate 4 is folded, the fourth side edge 32 and the second folding line 41 are overlapped, and the effect of lengthening the film 1 can be achieved to the maximum extent.
The length of the item 9 to be packaged may be less than or equal to the distance between the two fourth sides 32 of the main panel 3 in a direction perpendicular to the first fold line 31. Preferably, in the direction perpendicular to the first folding line 31, the length of the object to be packaged 9 is equal to the distance between the two fourth sides 32 of the main board 3, so that the second folded plate 5 after being folded can be attached to the side surface of the object to be packaged 9, the object to be packaged 9 is limited to a greater extent, and the object to be packaged 9 is effectively protected.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the third side edge 53 is connected to the main board 3. The length of the package 9 to be packaged is smaller than or equal to the distance between the two third side edges 53 in a direction perpendicular to the first folding line 31. Preferably, the length of the object 9 to be packaged is equal to the distance between the two third side edges 53.
The second flap plate 5 is provided with a sub-folding line 54 parallel to the second folding line 41, and the second flap plate 5 is divided into two sub-flap plates 55 by the sub-folding line 54. The second flap 5 is first folded along the sub-folding line 54 to attach the second surfaces of the two sub-flaps 55, and then folded along the second folding line 41 toward the side of the object 9 to be packaged.
Preferably, the distance from the third side edge 53 to the sub-fold line 54 is equal to the distance from the second fold line 41 to the sub-fold line 54, so that the two sub-flaps 55 are of the same shape and size, and are symmetrical about the sub-fold line 54. In the present embodiment, the sub-folding line 54 may coincide with the first folding line 31, i.e., the sub-folding line 54 is collinear with the first folding line 31.
For the folded packaging structure, the second flap 5 in the first embodiment is a single layer, and the second flap 5 in the second embodiment is a double layer, wherein the double layer structure has better protection to the object 9; in the single-layer structure packaging structure, the third side 53 of the second folding plate 5 is separated from the fourth side 32 of the main plate 3, which can affect the strength of the paperboard 2 to a certain extent, and is easier to deform than the double-layer structure when being folded. However, the double-layer structure requires pre-folding the sub-folding line 54 when folding, and the single-layer structure does not require the step because the sub-folding line 54 is not provided, so that the single-layer structure is simpler and more convenient than the double-layer structure in assembling the object 9 to be packaged. The first embodiment described above is therefore more suitable for lighter objects 9 to be packed, and the second embodiment is more suitable for heavier objects 9 to be packed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the blank 2 may further comprise two third flaps 8. Two third flap panels 8 are located on opposite sides of the main panel 3, respectively, in a direction parallel to the first fold line 31. A third fold line 33 is provided between the third flap 8 and the main panel 3. The third flap 8 can be folded along the third fold line 33 toward the first surface 21. The extending direction of the third folding line 33 may be perpendicular to the extending direction of the first folding line 31.
Specifically, the distance from the first end 6 to the second end 7 is less than or equal to the distance between the two third folding lines 33. Preferably, the distance from the first end 6 to the second end 7 is equal to the distance between the two third folding lines 33, so that in the extension direction of the first folding line 31, the two third folding plates 8 can abut against opposite sides of the object 9 to be packaged, thereby further protecting the object 9 to be packaged.
Please refer to fig. 4A to 4E, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a folding process of the packaging structure according to the first embodiment. The second folding plate 5 may be folded downwards along the second folding line 41 by a certain angle, so that the second folding plate 5 may avoid the film 1 to a certain extent when the subsequent first folding plate 4 is folded. It is of course also possible not to pre-fold the second flap 5 downwards.
As shown in fig. 4B, the first flap 4 is folded upwardly at an angle along the first fold line 31 until the object 9 to be packaged can be placed between the film 1 and the main panel 3. Next, as shown in fig. 4C and 4D, the first flap 4 is folded along the first fold line 31 towards the second surface, while the film 1 carries the second flap 5 along the second fold line 41 up to 90 °. Finally, as shown in fig. 4E, the third flap 8 is folded 90 ° upwards along the third fold line 33.
Please refer to fig. 5A to 5E, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a folding process of the packaging structure according to the second embodiment. The two sub-flap panels 55 may be pre-folded along the sub-folding lines 54 to form a second surface of the two sub-flap panels 55 having a tendency to adhere to each other.
As shown in fig. 5B, the first flap 4 is folded upwardly along the first fold line 31 at an angle such that the article 9 to be packaged can be placed between the film 1 and the main panel 3. Next, as shown in fig. 5C and 5D, the first flap 4 is folded along the first folding line 31 toward the second surface, and the film 1 brings the second surfaces of the two sub-flaps 55 into contact with each other, and the first surface 21 of the sub-flap 55 adjacent to the main board 3 is brought into contact with the side of the object 9 to be packaged. Finally, as shown in fig. 5E, the third flap 8 is folded 90 ° upwards along the third fold line 33.
The packaging structure that this application embodiment provided has following advantage:
1. compared with a packaging structure which only depends on the tensioning of a film to limit the packaged objects, the packaging structure provided by the application fastens the second turnover plates 5 on two sides of the packaged objects 9 to be packaged through the film 1 in a stretching and tensioning state, fixes and limits the packaged objects 9 to be packaged, and reduces the shaking displacement of the packaged objects 9 in the transportation process along the direction vertical to the first folding line 31; meanwhile, for some to-be-packaged objects 9 with sharp corners, the second turnover plates 5 turned upwards play a role in blocking, and damage of sharp parts of the to-be-packaged objects 9 to the film 1 is reduced, so that the strength and the secondary use of the film 1 are guaranteed.
2. After the second folding plate 5 is folded upwards, in the extending direction perpendicular to the first folding line 31, as shown in fig. 4D, fig. 4E, fig. 5D and fig. 5E, two sides of the main plate 3 respectively form a groove (not shown), and three sides of the groove respectively comprise two layers of paperboards 2, so that a strong supporting structure and a certain buffering space are formed.
3. The packaging structure provided by the embodiment is safe, environment-friendly and degradable in material, easy to store and convenient to transport.
4. The product scope that the packaging structure that this embodiment provided was suitable for is wider, and the commonality is strong, is particularly useful for some tall and big products, and it is turned over in the operation more easily. The length of the second folding plate 5 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first folding line 31 is not limited in the application, and can be determined according to the shape of the object 9 to be packaged; for a product with a higher height, the longer the length of the second folding plate 5 in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the first folding line 31 is, the longer the length of the film 1 which can be folded is, the more labor-saving the worker is in operation and assembly, and the problems that when the object to be packaged 9 with a larger packaging shape and/or a higher height is packaged, the folding forming is difficult and the automatic film laminating equipment cannot be used are solved.
In addition, the packaging structure provided by the present embodiment is applicable to the objects to be packaged 9 having various appearance shapes, and the shapes of the objects to be packaged 9 may be a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, or the like. The length of the second folding plate 5 in the extending direction of the first folding line 31 is not limited in the application, and can be adjusted according to the shape and the size of the object 9 to be packaged. The application does not limit the length from the fourth side edge 32 to the first folding line 31, and a proper buffer space can be reserved according to the weight of the object to be packed 9.
