The hard plastic edge smoothing device according to claim 1, further comprising a dust hood (18), a collection box (19), an exhaust fan (20), an air filter (21) and a second hose (22), wherein the two sets of dust hoods (18) are respectively mounted on the outer side walls of the two sets of second shells (5) through brackets, the two sets of dust hoods (18) are respectively arranged on the lateral sides of the two sets of sanding heads (8), the bottom end of the collection box (19) is mounted on the top end of the first shell (4) through a bracket, the rear end of the collection box (19) is provided with a pollution discharge closing door, the left end and the right end of the collection box (19) are respectively communicated with an air inlet, the top end of the collection box (19) is provided with an air outlet, the exhaust fan (20) is mounted on the top end of the collection box (19), the input end of the exhaust fan (20) is communicated with the air outlet of the collection box (19), the air filter (21) is communicated with the input end of the exhaust fan (20), the input ends of the two sets of the second hose (22) are respectively communicated with the dust hoods (18), and the output ends of the collection box (19) are respectively communicated with the left end and the left end of the collection box (19).

A hard plastic rim smoothing device as defined in claim 4, further comprising an electromagnetic brake (28), wherein the electromagnetic brake (28) is mounted on the left end of the first housing (4), and the electromagnetic brake (28) is concentrically connected to the left end of the screw (23).
