The avoiding hole 115 is disposed at the bottom of the placing groove 113, the avoiding hole 115 penetrates through the bottom of the placing groove 113 and the second surface 112, and the avoiding hole 115 is used for avoiding a higher component which is welded on the object to be welded.
The protection groove 116 is arranged at the bottom of the placing groove 113, the protection groove 116 is arranged adjacent to the welding counter bore 114, and the protection groove 116 is used for preventing a component which is close to a component to be welded on the object to be welded from falling off or being damaged due to heating.
A bearing edge 117 is provided around the outer edge of the second surface 112 of the first mounting plate 11, and the bearing edge 117 is used for connecting with a rail of a welding device, so that the mounting assembly 10 can slide on the rail of the welding device, and a welding element to be welded and an object to be welded can be welded in the welding device conveniently.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the first mounting plate 11 may be made of synthetic stone, an aluminum alloy, a titanium alloy, or a non-metallic or metallic material that is resistant to temperatures above 300 degrees Celsius.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the pressing assembly 20 includes a cover plate 21, a locking rod 22, an anti-adhesion layer 23, and a height-limiting pillar 24. The cover plate 21 is provided with a front surface 211, a back surface 212 and a threaded hole 213, the front surface 211 and the back surface 212 are oppositely arranged on the cover plate 21, the threaded hole 213 penetrates through the front surface 211 and the back surface 212, and the threaded hole 213 is used for being screwed with a bolt penetrating through an element to be welded and an object to be welded so as to fix the element to be welded on the back surface 212 of the cover plate 21.
The locking tie 22 passes through the cover plate 21 and can rotate relative to the cover plate 21. The locking lever 22 includes a driving portion 221 and a threaded portion 222, the driving portion 221 is located on the front surface 211 side of the cover plate 21, and the threaded portion 222 is located on the rear surface 212 side of the cover plate 21. The threaded portion 222 is used for being screwed with a stud of an object to be welded, and the screwing portion 221 is used for screwing the locking pull rod 22 to rotate relative to the cover plate 21.
The adhesion-preventing layer 23 is disposed on the back surface 212 of the cover plate 21, and the adhesion-preventing layer 23 is used to abut against the surface of the component to be welded, so as to prevent organic matters such as flux from directly adhering to the back surface 212 of the cover plate 21, thereby effectively reducing the probability of contamination of the back surface 212 of the cover plate 21 and reducing the cleaning frequency of the cover plate 21.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the adhesion preventing layer 23 may be a teflon coating layer, or may be another coating layer having a function of preventing adhesion of organic substances such as flux.
One end of the height-limiting column 24 is fixedly provided on the back surface 212 of the cover plate 21, and the other end of the height-limiting column 24 is used for abutting against the surface of the object to be welded. The height-limiting column 24 cooperates with the locking tie rod 22 to fix the object to be welded to the cover plate 21, and can limit the welding height of the components to be welded so that the heights of the components to be welded with respect to the object to be welded are uniform after the welding is completed.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the threaded portion 222 of the locking tie 22 may be threaded through the object to be welded and into threaded holes in the first mounting plate 11.
With respect to the protective cover 30, and with continued reference to FIG. 1, the protective cover 30 includes side panels 32 and protective panels 32. One end of the side plate 32 is disposed on the second surface 112 of the first mounting plate 11, the other end of the side plate 32 is connected to the protection plate 32, and the protection plate 32 is used for covering a part of components of the object to be welded in the avoiding hole 115, so that in the process of welding the element to be welded and the object to be welded in the welding device, the protection plate 32 can shield high temperature and infrared radiation and protect heat sensitive devices on the object to be welded from being damaged by high temperature.
In some embodiments, with continuing reference to fig. 1, the welding jig 100 further includes a base 40, wherein the base 40 is used for supporting the mounting assembly 10 when the object to be welded, the element to be welded and the pressing assembly 20 are mounted on the mounting assembly 10.
