The embodiment provides a waste treatment device for processing an electrical casing, which is used for solving the problem of crushing of waste treatment in the prior art.
According to one aspect of the application, a waste treatment device for processing an electrical casing is provided, which comprises a crushing box, a hydraulic cylinder, a discharge pipe, a control panel, a bottom plate and a crushing mechanism;
broken mechanism includes broken deflector roll, broken storehouse, filling tube, meshing fluted disc, drive fluted disc and driving motor, the top surface of the broken case of bottom through connection of filling tube, the inside of broken case sets up broken storehouse, the wall of broken deflector roll passes through the bull stick and rotates the inside of connecting broken storehouse, the bull stick tip of the broken deflector roll of inner wall fixed connection of meshing fluted disc, the flank of tooth of drive fluted disc is connected in the flank of tooth meshing of meshing fluted disc, the output shaft tip of the inner wall fixed connection driving motor of drive fluted disc, the outer wall surface of the broken case of base fixed connection of driving motor.
Further, the inner wall of the control panel is fixedly connected with the surface of the side wall of the crushing box.

Furthermore, the top end of the discharge pipe is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the crushing box.

Further, the base of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the material storage bin, the end part of the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the wall surface of the pushing plate, the wall surface of the pushing plate is fixedly connected with the wall surface of the sliding block, the outer wall surface of the sliding block is in sliding connection with the inside of the guide groove, and the guide groove is arranged inside the crushing box.
Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, adopted broken mechanism, solved electrician's waste treatment device for sleeve pipe processing's broken problem, gained electrician's waste treatment device for sleeve pipe processing's crushing effect.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a waste treatment device for processing an electrical casing comprises a crushing box 1, a hydraulic cylinder 5, a discharge pipe 7, a control panel 16, a bottom plate 18 and a crushing mechanism;
the crushing mechanism comprises a crushing guide roller 2, a crushing bin 10, a feeding pipe 11, an engaging fluted disc 13, a driving fluted disc 14 and a driving motor 15, wherein the bottom end of the feeding pipe 11 is connected with the top surface of a crushing box 1 in a penetrating manner, the crushing bin 10 is arranged in the crushing box 1, the wall surface of the crushing guide roller 2 is connected with the inside of the crushing bin 10 through a rotating rod in a rotating manner, the inner wall of the engaging fluted disc 13 is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating rod of the crushing guide roller 2, the tooth surface of the engaging fluted disc 13 is engaged with the tooth surface of the driving fluted disc 14, the inner wall of the driving fluted disc 14 is fixedly connected with the end part of an output shaft of the driving motor 15, the base of the driving motor 15 is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of the crushing box 1, the bottom end of the feeding pipe 11 is connected with the top surface of the crushing box 1 in a penetrating manner, so as to add the tooth surface of the material into the crushing bin 10, the tooth surface of the inner wall of the driving fluted disc 13 is engaged with the tooth surface of the driving fluted disc 14, the inner wall of the driving fluted disc 13 is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating rod of the crushing guide roller 2, the driving disc 14, and the driving motor 15 is driven to rotate the crushing guide roller 2 in the crushing bin 10 when the driving motor 15;
the inner wall of the control panel 16 is fixedly connected with the side wall surface of the crushing box 1, the top surface of the bottom plate 18 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the supporting leg 17, the top surface of the supporting leg 17 is fixedly connected with the side edge of the bottom surface of the crushing box 1, the top end of the discharge pipe 7 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the crushing box 1, the crushing box 1 is internally provided with a material storage bin 8, the inner wall of the material storage bin 8 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the filter screen plate fixing frame 12, the inner wall of the filter screen plate fixing frame 12 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the filter screen plate 9, the outer surface of the filter screen plate fixing frame 12 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the material storage bin 8, the inner wall of the filter screen plate fixing frame 12 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the filter screen plate 9, so that the crushed material in the crushing bin 10 is filtered by the filter screen plate 9, the uncrushed materials are left in the crushing bin 10 to be crushed, the base of the hydraulic cylinder 5 is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the material storage bin 8, the end part of the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 5 is fixedly connected with the wall surface of the push plate 6, the wall surface of the push plate 6 is fixedly connected with the wall surface of the sliding block 3, the outer wall surface of the sliding block 3 is slidably connected with the inside of the guide groove 4, the guide groove 4 is arranged in the crushing box 1, the push plate 6 moves in the material storage bin 8 by starting the hydraulic cylinder 5, so that the materials in the material storage bin 8 are pushed by the push plate 6 and are discharged through the discharge pipe 7, the wall surface of the sliding block 3 is fixedly connected with the wall surface of the push plate 6, the wall surface of the sliding block 3 is slidably connected with the inside of the guide groove 4, and the movement of the push plate 6 in the material storage bin 8 is limited;
this application is when using, this application is through the top surface with the broken case 1 of bottom through connection of filling tube 11, thereby be convenient for add the material toward the inside of broken storehouse 10, the flank of tooth through the flank meshing with meshing fluted disc 13 is connected and is driven the flank of tooth of fluted disc 14, the bull stick tip of the broken deflector roll 2 of inner wall fixed connection with meshing fluted disc 13, the output shaft tip of the inner wall fixed connection driving motor 15 that will drive fluted disc 14, make driving fluted disc 14 drive meshing fluted disc 13 rotatory when starting driving motor 15, thereby make broken deflector roll 2 rotate at the inside of broken storehouse 10 and carry out the breakage to the material, through the inner wall with the outside fixed surface fixed connection material collecting chamber 8 of filter plate fixed frame 12, the outside surface with the inner wall fixed connection filter plate 9 of filter plate fixed frame 12, thereby filter the material after the inside breakage of broken storehouse 10 through filter plate 9, the material that is not broken will go on the inside of staying at broken storehouse 10 and extrude breakage, make row flitch 6 remove in the inside of material collecting chamber 8 through pushing plate 6, thereby push slider 6 that the wall surface connection slider that the wall removed the slider 3 and move outside the fixed storehouse, thereby the slider is connected the slider 4, thereby the slider that will be connected the material.
The application has the advantages that:
1. through the top surface with the broken case of bottom through connection of charge tube to be convenient for add the material toward the inside in broken storehouse, connect the flank of tooth that drives the fluted disc through the flank of tooth meshing with the meshing fluted disc, the bull stick tip with the broken deflector roll of the inner wall fixed connection of meshing fluted disc, the output shaft tip that will drive the inner wall fixed connection driving motor of fluted disc, it is rotatory to make the drive fluted disc drive meshing fluted disc drive when starting driving motor, thereby make broken deflector roll rotate in the inside in broken storehouse and carry out the breakage to the material.
2. The inner wall of the material storage bin is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the filter screen plate fixing frame through the inner wall, the outer surface of the filter screen plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter screen plate fixing frame, the materials after being crushed inside the crushing bin are filtered through the filter screen plate, the materials which are not crushed are extruded and crushed inside the crushing bin, the push plate is enabled to move inside the material storage bin through the starting hydraulic cylinder, the materials inside the material storage bin are pushed through the push plate, then the materials are discharged outwards through the discharge pipe, the wall surface of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the push plate, the wall surface of the sliding block is connected with the inside of the guide groove, and the limit effect is achieved on the movement of the push plate inside the material storage bin.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
