1. A recessed replaceable weight dumbbell comprising a hand held assembly and a weight assembly, the weight assembly being connected to the hand held assembly, the weight assembly comprising:
the outer frame element comprises a shell, the shell is connected with the handheld assembly, an accommodating cavity is formed in the shell, an opening facing the handheld assembly is formed in the shell, and the opening is communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the counterweight element is detachably arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the locking element is connected with the shell, and the counterweight element and the outer frame element are fixedly connected through the locking element.

The hidden replaceable clump weight dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a connecting hole, the weight element is provided with a first through hole, and the locking element is detachably disposed through the connecting hole and the first through hole and is matched with the housing, so as to fix the weight element to the housing.

7. The hidden replaceable clump weight dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the housing and the weight element received therein are symmetrically disposed at opposite ends of the handheld assembly that are coaxial with the axis.
8. The concealed replaceable clump weight dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the frame element further comprises:
the outer cover is arranged at the opening and used for covering the accommodating cavity, a third through hole is formed in the outer cover, and the handheld component penetrates through the third through hole to fix the outer cover on the shell.
9. The concealed replaceable clump weight dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the frame element further comprises:
the elastic ring is sleeved on the first surface of the shell;
