While certain embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it is to be understood that the disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete. It should be understood that the drawings and the embodiments of the disclosure are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure.
It should be noted that, for the convenience of description, only the parts related to the present application are shown in the drawings. The embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.
It is noted that references to "a", "an", and "the" modifications in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and that those skilled in the art will recognize that "one or more" may be used unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a vacuum suction cleaner head 100 with graduation marks according to the present application comprises: the device comprises a base 10, a suction tube 20, a valve 11, a negative pressure connector 12 and a liquid inlet connector 13, wherein the valve 11 is arranged in the base 10, the suction tube 20, the negative pressure connector 12 and the liquid inlet connector 13 are all arranged on the base 10, and the valve 11 is used for adjusting the communication relationship among the suction tube 20, the negative pressure connector 12 and the liquid inlet connector 13; when the negative pressure connector 12 is communicated with the suction tube 20, the negative pressure suction tube 20 can suck negative pressure; when the suction tube 20 is communicated with the liquid inlet connector 13, the suction tube 20 can be flushed; the valve 11 includes a valve core 111 and a handle 112, the valve core 111 is disposed in the housing 10, and the handle 112 is disposed on a side surface of the housing 10.
In laparoscopic surgery, doctors are different in length of a thread required by ligation or suture of each part according to surgical steps and parts, and the length of the thread cannot be accurately measured and often cannot meet the requirements of surgeons because hands-washing nurses only feel and estimate the length of the thread when the surgeons obtain instructions to prepare the thread, so that the difficulty of ligation or suture of the doctors in the laparoscope is increased
For this reason, in the vacuum suction apparatus with graduation lines provided in the application, the graduation lines are provided on the suction tube 20, so that a desired suture line can be measured by the suction tube 20, and thus an appropriate suture line can be provided to a doctor by an assistant at the time of suture line. It should be noted that the vacuum suction apparatus does not need a long-term tool in laparoscopic surgery, so that it is more suitable as a tool for measuring suture, and especially when performing suture, the suction apparatus is not needed, so that the suction apparatus does not need to be additionally used as a tool for measuring suture.
The length of the suction apparatus is different according to different operation positions, when the suction apparatus is used for sucking deep tissues, particularly fat patients in operation, the suction apparatus is often too short to suck in place, so that the operation field can not be clearly exposed, and the operation risk is increased
For this reason, the length of the suction unit needs to be adjustable during laparoscopic surgery, and the following structure is designed for this purpose.
To this end, the suction tube comprises a sleeve 21, an inner tube 22, and a sealing means. The inner wall of the sleeve 21 is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping groove comprises a longitudinal groove 211 and a transverse groove 212, the longitudinal groove 211 is communicated with the transverse groove 212, and the longitudinal groove 211 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the sleeve 21; the transverse grooves 212 are arranged in plurality along the length direction of the longitudinal groove 211, and the transverse grooves 212 are arc-shaped grooves formed by cutting along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the sleeve 21. The end of the transverse slot 212 is also provided with a limit slot 213.
The end part of the inner tube 22 is provided with a latch 221, the latch 221 is clamped in the clamping groove, so that when the latch 221 is clamped in the limiting groove 213, the inner tube 22 is fixed, and when the latch 221 is pushed into the transverse groove 212 and is transferred into the longitudinal groove 211, the inner tube 22 can move back and forth relative to the sleeve 21; thus, the latch 221 is latched in different latching grooves 213, so as to play a corresponding fixing role.
Further, in order to ensure the tightness between the sleeve 21 and the inner tube 22 and ensure the effect of negative pressure suction, a sealing device is used for sealing the gap between the sleeve 21 and the inner tube 22.
The sealing device comprises a sealing ring 231 and a sealing sleeve 232, a tapered portion 214 is arranged at the end portion of the sleeve 21, a groove 2141 is formed in the tapered portion 214, a limiting ring groove 215 is formed in the inner wall of the sleeve 21, the sealing ring 213 comprises a sealing portion 2131 and a ring portion 2132, the ring portion 2132 is clamped into the limiting ring groove 215, and the sealing portion 2131 is attached to the inner wall of the tapered portion 214.
The sealing sleeve 232 is screwed with the sleeve 21, and a tapered portion 2321 is provided on the sealing sleeve 232, so that the sealing sleeve 232 can be pressed against the tapered portion 214 to seal the gap between the sleeve 21 and the inner tube 22 by rotating the sealing sleeve 232.
Further, the aspirator needs to be cleaned after a period of use. For this reason, the valve element 111 needs to be removed from the seat body 10.
The base body 10 is provided with an accommodating cavity 101, the base body 10 is further provided with a sealing cover 102, the base body 10 is provided with an annular baffle 103, the annular baffle 103 is provided with a convex part 104, the base body 10 is provided with a sealing gasket 105 and a screw joint cover 106, and the sealing gasket 105 is provided with a groove 1051.
Thus, the screw cap 106 is rotated to fix the packing 105 to the valve body 111, thereby sealing the valve body.
In some embodiments, the suction tube and the seat body are in threaded connection, and the suction tube is set to be of multiple specifications, so that the length of the suction tube can be adjusted by replacing the specification of the suction tube.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is made without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.
