The neck heating device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a retractable cord disposed in the mounting cavity, wherein the housing has a wire hole, and one end of the retractable cord can extend out of or retract into the mounting cavity through the wire hole; the middle section is connected to one end of the telescopic rope at the routing hole, so that the middle section is far away from or close to the shell along with the telescopic rope.

The neck warmer of claim 4, wherein the number of said retractable cord is two, and the number of said wire holes is two; the neck hanging belt is arranged in an open annular belt, and one end of each of the two telescopic ropes is connected to the two ends of the middle section through the two wire passing holes respectively.

The device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a rotatable member rotatably mounted in the mounting cavity, wherein the two wire holes are located around the rotatable member; the two telescopic ropes are wound on the rotating and winding piece so as to be pulled out of the installation cavity by the neck hanging belt through the wire passing hole, or wound back to the installation cavity by the rotating and winding piece.

The neck warmer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the winding member has two winding slots formed in a peripheral wall thereof, and the two retractable cords are wound in the two winding slots, respectively; the two coiling grooves are separated by a partition board, the partition board is provided with a through hole, and one end of the two telescopic ropes close to the rotating and winding piece is connected with each other through the through hole.

The neck warmer according to claim 6, wherein a guide portion is convexly provided on the wall of the mounting cavity, and the guide portion is provided between the two wire holes; the guide part is provided with two guide surfaces for guiding the two telescopic ropes towards the two wire running holes respectively.
9. The neckhanging heating device of claim 8, wherein the two guide surfaces are configured as smoothly transitionally connected convex curved surfaces.
10. The device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the neckband has a stored state adjacent to the housing and a standby state deployed relative to the housing; in the storage state, the neck strap is in the folded state and is arranged around the shell, and the neck strap is abutted against the outer surface of the shell.
