each stick comprises a middle pipe penetrating through the connector and an extension pipe sleeved at the outer end of the middle pipe;

the outer end of the middle pipe is provided with an end cover, the end cover is provided with an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft is provided with an eccentric block which can rotate relatively, the eccentric block is an arc-shaped block with gradually changed thickness, and the eccentric shaft on the end cover rotates relative to the eccentric block, so that the eccentric block on the middle pipe and the inner wall of the telescopic pipe can be locked or loosened;
the inner end of the telescopic pipe is provided with a telescopic sleeve, and the telescopic sleeve is matched with the end cover to limit the telescopic pipe to be separated from the middle pipe;
in a locking state, the eccentric block is extruded with the inner wall of the extension tube to keep the middle tube and the extension tube at a relative position;
under the relaxed state, the middle pipe can stretch out and draw back relatively the flexible pipe.
