Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the magnet 32 has a circular structure or an annular structure, and a center or a ring center of the magnet 32 is located on a central axis of the supporting shaft 7, so as to reduce a centrifugal force of the magnet 32 when rotating with the impeller 31, enhance stability of the magnet 32 rotating with the impeller 31, and enable the magnet 32 to generate a stable magnetic induction signal with an N pole and an S pole changing alternately when rotating, so as to improve sensitivity of the magnetoelectric sensor 41 for sensing the magnetic induction signal.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, in some embodiments, the pneumatic triggering device further includes a detecting chip 6 for detecting a rotation rate of the impeller 31 according to a pulse frequency of the pulse signal transmitted by the magnetic induction switching element, the detecting chip 6 is electrically connected to the control board 42, and the control board 42 can control an atomizing power of the aerosol generating device according to the detecting signal transmitted by the detecting chip 6. In this embodiment, by disposing the detecting chip 6 on the control board 42, which can detect the rotation rate of the impeller 31 according to the pulse frequency of the pulse signal transmitted by the magnetic induction switching element, when the air flows through the accommodating chamber, the air flow drives the impeller 31 to drive the magnet 32 to rotate, the S pole and the N pole of the magnet 32 are constantly switched, and the magnetic induction switching element can induce the magnetic pole change of the magnet 32 and generate a corresponding pulse signal. The higher the rotating speed of the impeller 31 is, the higher the frequency of the pulse signal generated by the induction of the magnetic induction switch element is, the magnetic induction switch element transmits the pulse signal to the detection chip 6, the detection chip 6 can accurately measure the air inflow according to the rotating speed and the number of rotating turns of the impeller 31, the detection chip 6 transmits the detection signal to the control board 42, and the control board 42 correspondingly controls the atomizing power of the atomizer 8 of the aerosol generating device according to the size of the air inflow so that the air inflow is consistent with the amount of aerosol formed by an atomizing aerosol forming substrate, and a user can obtain good taste when inhaling the aerosol; or the corresponding relation between the impeller rotating speed and the atomizing power is stored in the detection chip 6, the detection chip 6 can directly transmit the atomizing power information at the rotating speed to the control board 42 according to the rotating speed of the impeller 31, and the control board 42 controls the atomizing power of the atomizer 8 of the aerosol generating device according to the atomizing power information; or the control board 42 stores the corresponding relation between the impeller rotating speed and the atomization power, the detection chip 6 transmits the impeller rotating speed information to the control board 42, and the control board 42 controls the atomization power of the atomizer 8 of the aerosol generating device according to the impeller rotating speed information.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, in some embodiments, the air guide 2 is provided with an air inlet 22 for introducing external air into the air duct 21, the air guide 2 is provided with an air outlet 23 for introducing air in the air duct 21 into the atomizing chamber of the aerosol generating device, and a central axis of the air outlet 23 is perpendicular to a central axis of the air inlet 22. In this embodiment, the central axis of the air outlet 23 is perpendicular to the central axis of the air inlet 22, that is, the plane where the air outlet 23 is located is perpendicular to the plane where the air inlet 22 is located, which is beneficial to reducing the flow loss of the air flow, increasing the air pressure, and improving the rotation sensitivity and the rotation efficiency of the impeller 31. In order to facilitate the introduction of air from the outside of the housing 1 into the accommodating chamber, an air inlet passage 24 is provided in the air guide 2 to communicate the air inlet 22 with the accommodating chamber. In order to facilitate the communication with the air guide channel 5 of the aerosol generating device and the collection of the air in the accommodating cavity into the air guide channel 5, an air outlet channel 25 for communicating the air outlet 23 and the accommodating cavity is arranged on the air guide member 2.

When the aerosol generating device is used, the air flow in the air passage 21 can cause the impeller 31 to drive the magnet 32 to rotate, and the aerosol generating device can be controlled to start to work only by receiving a magnetic signal generated by the magnet 32 through the magnetoelectric sensor 41, so that the aerosol generating device is automatically triggered to work through the air flow. Because the placing space 11 and the air passage 21 are in an isolated state, the condensate generated by the operation of the aerosol generating device can be prevented from leaking to the placing space 11 through the air passage 21, and therefore the condensate can be effectively prevented from corroding electronic components in the placing space 11 to cause faults.
The second embodiment:
referring to fig. 3, the main difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the signal generator 3 includes a swinging member 33 swinging in the air duct 21 and a magnet 32 disposed on the swinging member 33, and the swinging member 33 is pivotally installed in the accommodating cavity of the air duct 21. When the air flow in the air duct 21 flows through the accommodating cavity, the air flow drives the swinging member 33 to swing, when the magnet 32 swings along with the swinging member 33, the S pole and the N pole of the magnet 32 are continuously switched, the magnetoelectric sensor 41 can sense the change of the magnetic pole of the magnet 32, or when the magnet 32 swings along with the swinging member 33, the magnet 32 continuously changes the strength of the magnetic field at the position of the magnetoelectric sensor 41, the magnetoelectric sensor can sense the strength change of the magnetic field of the magnet 32, then the magnetoelectric sensor 41 transmits the magnetic induction signal to the control board 42, the control board 42 controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received magnetic induction signal, optionally, the magnetoelectric sensor 41 directly receives the magnetic signal generated by the signal generator 3 and controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received magnetic signal, that is that the magnetoelectric sensor 41 does not need to process and convert the received magnetic signal into the magnetic induction signal, for example, the magnetoelectric sensor 41 directly switches on a working circuit after receiving the magnetic signal.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 4 in combination, in some embodiments, the swinging member 33 includes, but is not limited to, a swinging rod, a pendulum, or a swinging piece. In order to facilitate air circulation and avoid the air circulation in the air duct 21 from being obstructed by the swinging member 33, the swinging member 33 is provided with a through hole 331 through which the air flow can pass. In one embodiment, the oscillating member 33 is provided with a plurality of through holes 331, preferably, the through holes 331 are arranged in a matrix, and the through holes 331 penetrate through the air duct 21 along the flowing direction of the air, so that the smoothness of air circulation in the air duct 21 can be enhanced, and the stability of oscillation of the oscillating member 33 can be enhanced.
Compared with the prior art, the pneumatic triggering device provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the placing space 11 for placing the electronic components is arranged in the shell 1, the air guide piece 2 with the air channel 21 is arranged in the shell 1, the swinging piece 33 provided with the magnet 32 is arranged in the air channel 21 in a swinging mode, and the electronic components such as the magnetoelectric sensor 41 and the control board 42 are arranged in the placing space 11 of the shell 1. When the aerosol generating device is used, the air flow in the air passage 21 can cause the swinging piece 33 to drive the magnet 32 to swing, and the aerosol generating device can be controlled to start to work only by receiving a magnetic signal generated by the magnet 32 through the magnetoelectric sensor 41, so that the aerosol generating device can be automatically triggered to work through the air flow. Because placing space 11 and air flue 21 are in the isolated state, can avoid the condensate that aerosol generating device work produced to leak to placing space 11 through air flue 21 to effectively prevent that the condensate from causing the erosion and arousing the trouble to electronic components in placing space 11.
Example three:
referring to fig. 5, the main difference between this embodiment and the first and second embodiments is that the signal generator 3 is a sound generating unit, and the sound generating unit can be, but is not limited to, an acoustic signal generator or a vibration sound generating element. Correspondingly, the sensing unit 4 includes a sound sensor 43 and a control board 42 electrically connected to the sound sensor 43, and the sound sensor 43 is used for receiving the sound generated by the sound generating unit to generate a corresponding sound signal. When the air in the air passage 21 flows, the sound generating unit can generate sound, the sound sensor 43 can recognize the sound generated by the sound generating unit, the sound sensor 43 receives the sound generated by the sound generating unit to generate a corresponding sound signal, then the sound sensor 43 transmits the sound signal to the control board 42, the control board 42 controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received sound signal, optionally, the sound sensor 43 directly receives the sound generated by the sound generating unit and controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received sound, namely, the sound sensor 43 does not need to process the received sound and generate the sound signal, for example, the sound sensor 43 directly switches on a working circuit after receiving the sound generated by the generating unit.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6 in combination, in some embodiments, the sound generating unit is a vibration sound generating device, the vibration sound generating device includes a plurality of elastic vibrating reeds 34 disposed in the air duct 21, the plurality of elastic vibrating reeds 34 are disposed at intervals along the air flowing direction, and the distance between two adjacent elastic vibrating reeds 34 is equal. When the air in the air passage 21 flows, the air flow can cause the elastic vibrating reed 34 to vibrate to generate sound, the sound sensor 43 senses the sound and then recognizes the suction of the user, and the control board 42 controls the aerosol generating device to automatically start the atomization according to the sound signal transmitted by the sound sensor 43. In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 5 in combination, in some embodiments, in order to enhance the smoothness of the air flow in the air duct 21 and the sensitivity of the elastic vibrating reed 34 triggered by the air flow, an included angle between the elastic vibrating reed 34 and the inner sidewall of the air duct 21 is 15 ° to 45 °, or an inclination angle of the elastic vibrating reed 34 is set to 15 ° to 45 °.
In one embodiment, in some embodiments, the pneumatic triggering device further includes a detection chip 6 for detecting the air flow rate according to the strength of the acoustic signal sensed by the acoustic sensor 43, the detection chip 6 is electrically connected to the control board 42, and the control board 42 can control the atomization power of the aerosol generating device according to the detection signal transmitted by the detection chip 6.
Compared with the prior art, the pneumatic triggering device provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the placing space 11 for placing the electronic components is arranged inside the shell 1, the air guide piece 2 with the air channel 21 is arranged inside the shell 1, the sound generating unit is installed in the air channel 21, and the electronic components such as the sound sensor 43 and the control board 42 are arranged in the placing space 11 of the shell 1. When in use, the air flow in the air passage 21 can prompt the sound generating unit to generate sound, and the sound sensor 43 can receive the sound generated by the sound generating unit to control the aerosol generating device to start, so that the aerosol generating device is automatically triggered to work through the air flow. Because placing space 11 and air flue 21 are in the isolated state, can avoid the condensate that aerosol generating device work produced to leak to placing space 11 through air flue 21 to effectively prevent that the condensate from causing the erosion and arousing the trouble to electronic components in placing space 11.

When air flows in the air duct 21, the air flow can cause the light blocking component 35 to change in position to unblock the air inlet 22, so that light can pass through the air inlet 22 and be received by the light sensor 44, the light sensor 44 can recognize and receive the light passing through the air inlet 22 to generate a corresponding light sensing signal, then the light sensor 44 transmits the light sensing signal to the control board 42, the control board 42 controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received light sensing signal, optionally, the light sensor 44 directly receives the light passing through the air inlet 22 and controls the aerosol generating device to start atomization according to the received light, that is, the light sensor 44 does not need to process the received light and generate the light sensing signal, for example, the light sensor 44 directly turns on a working circuit after receiving the light.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 7 and 8 in combination, in some embodiments, the light blocking assembly 35 includes a light blocking member 351 for blocking the air inlet 22 and a rotating connecting member 352 for rotatably mounting the light blocking member 351 on the air guide 2. The rotation connector 352 may be a rotating shaft, a hinge, or the like that rotatably mounts the light blocking member 351 to the air guide 2. In some embodiments, the light blocking assembly 35 includes a light blocking member 351 for blocking the air inlet 22 and an elastic coupling member for coupling the light blocking member 351 to the air guide member 2. The elastic connection member may be, but is not limited to, a plastic sheet, a metal sheet, or an elastic member such as a spring. It should be noted that, in order to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of the detection, the air guide 2 and/or the housing 1 is a non-light-transmitting member made of a non-light-transmitting material, and the air guide 2 is provided with a light-transmitting region for transmitting light to the sensing unit 4. It is understood that the light-transmitting region may be a region defined by a light-transmitting hole provided on the air guide 2, and the light-transmitting region may also be a region defined by a light-transmitting portion formed on the air guide 2 using a light-transmitting material.
Compared with the prior art, the pneumatic triggering device provided by the embodiment is characterized in that the placing space 11 for placing the electronic components is arranged inside the housing 1, the air guide member 2 with the air channel 21 is arranged inside the housing 1, the light blocking assembly 35 is arranged at the air inlet 22 of the air guide member 2, and the electronic components such as the optical sensor 44 and the control board 42 are arranged in the placing space 11 of the housing 1. In use, the airflow in the air duct 21 can cause the light blocking component 35 to change its position to release the shielding of the air inlet 22, so that light can pass through the air inlet 22 and be received by the light sensor 44, and the light sensor 44 can control the aerosol generating device to start to operate only when receiving the light, thereby realizing the automatic triggering of the aerosol generating device to operate through the airflow. Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an aerosol generating device, which includes the pneumatic triggering device provided in any of the above embodiments. Since the aerosol generating device has all the technical features of the pneumatic triggering device provided in any of the above embodiments, it has the same technical effects as the pneumatic triggering device described above.

Claims (10)

1. A pneumatic triggering mechanism, comprising:

3. The pneumatic trigger device according to claim 1, wherein said sound generating unit is a vibration sound generating member including an elastic vibrating piece provided in said air passage.
4. The pneumatic triggering device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said elastic vibrating piece is mounted on an inner sidewall of said air passage.
5. The pneumatic triggering device as recited in claim 3, wherein said elastic vibrating reed is provided in plural pieces, and plural pieces of said elastic vibrating reed are provided at intervals in a flow direction of the air.
6. A pneumatic triggering device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the included angle between the elastic vibrating reed and the inner side wall of the air passage is 15 ° to 45 °; or the inclination angle of the elastic vibrating piece is 15-45 degrees.
7. The pneumatic trigger device of claim 1, wherein the sensing unit comprises an acoustic sensor and a control board electrically connected to the acoustic sensor, the acoustic sensor being configured to receive the sound generated by the sound generating unit to generate a corresponding acoustic signal.
8. The pneumatic trigger device according to claim 7, further comprising a detection chip for detecting the air flow rate according to the strength of the acoustic signal sensed by the acoustic sensor, wherein the detection chip is electrically connected to the control board, and the control board can control the atomizing power of the aerosol generating device according to the detection signal transmitted by the detection chip.

The pneumatic trigger device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the air guide member is provided with an air inlet for introducing external air into the air passage, the air guide member is provided with an air outlet for introducing air in the air passage into the atomizing chamber of the aerosol generating device, and a central axis of the air outlet is perpendicular to a central axis of the air inlet.
10. An aerosol generating device comprising a pneumatic triggering mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
