Therefore, it is ensured that a plurality of partition plates 300 can be disposed in the protection component 100, and the plurality of partition plates 300 partition the first wire passing cavity 110 into a plurality of wire passing channels 112, that is, a plurality of wire harnesses 2000 can be arranged in the protection component 100, so as to increase the number of the wire harnesses 2000 in the protection component 100, increase the space utilization rate of the protection component 100, and reduce the use cost of the protection component 100.
It should be noted that, when one partition plate 300 is disposed in the first wire passing cavity 110, one partition plate 300 is suitable for dividing the first wire passing cavity 110 into two wire passing channels 112 (as shown in fig. 1); when two partition plates 300 are disposed in the first wire passing cavity 110, the two partition plates 300 are adapted to partition the first wire passing cavity 110 into three wire passing channels 112 (not shown in this example); when three partition plates 300 are disposed in the first wire passing cavity 110, the three partition plates 300 are adapted to partition the first wire passing cavity 110 into four wire passing channels 112 (not shown in this example), and so on.
In the specific assembling process of the wire harness 2000, the worker may select the number of the partition plates 300 according to the actual occupied area of the wire harness 2000, the number of the wire harnesses 2000, and the layout position of the wire harness 2000, so as to adjust the area of the routing channel 112, set the plurality of wire harnesses 2000 in the protection assembly 100 as much as possible, and improve the space utilization rate of the protection assembly 100.
In addition, it should be emphasized that the coupling of the partition plate 300 to the lower guard unit 130 is achieved by providing a fitting groove in the lower guard unit 130, so that when the upper guard unit 120 rotates with respect to the lower guard unit 130, the position of the partition plate 300 is not affected, the structural stability of the partition plate 300 is improved, and at the same time, the upper guard unit 120 can rotate smoothly.
In other examples, not limited to the lower guard unit 130, a fitting groove may be provided in the upper guard unit 120, and the partition plate 300 is inserted into or snapped into the fitting groove. The partition plate 300 can be detachably connected in the protection assembly 100, and the difficulty in assembling and disassembling the partition plate 300 is reduced.
Optionally, when the matching slot is disposed in the upper protection unit 120, the number of the matching slots may also include a plurality, that is, the upper protection unit 120 is provided with a plurality of matching slots, and the beneficial effect of the plurality of matching slots disposed in the upper protection unit 120 is the same as the beneficial effect of the plurality of matching slots disposed in the lower protection unit 130, which is not described herein again.
In other examples, in order to further enhance the structural stability of the separation plate 300 in the shield assembly 100, fitting grooves may be simultaneously provided in the upper shield unit 120 and the lower shield unit 130, and the upper shield unit 120 and the lower shield unit 130 are fitted with each other, so that one end of the separation plate 300 may be disposed in the fitting groove in the upper shield unit 120 and the other end of the separation plate 300 may be disposed in the fitting groove of the lower shield unit 130, further enhancing the structural stability of the separation plate 300.
It should be noted that, in the present application, since the partition plate 300 is disposed in the guard assembly 100, the upper guard unit 120 and the lower guard unit 130, which are detachably connected, may also be disposed to facilitate replacement of the partition plate 300 or adjustment of the position of the partition plate 300.

The specific structure of the external environment member 3000 can be seen in fig. 3, and it should be noted that fig. 3 shows that the external environment member 3000 is a plate-shaped member, and in other examples, the external environment member 3000 may be formed in any form as long as it is disposed around the wire harness protection device 1000 and can effectively fix the wire harness protection device 1000.
Optionally, the first fixing portion 400 is integrally formed on the protective component 100 to reduce the connection difficulty of the first fixing portion 400, and simultaneously, the connection strength between the first fixing portion 400 and the protective component 100 is improved to ensure that the first fixing portion 400 can be stably connected to the protective component 100, that is, to ensure that the first fixing portion 400 can fix the position of the wire harness protection device 1000 relative to the external environment member 3000.
The first fixing portion 400 is integrally formed on the shielding assembly 100, wherein the first fixing portion 400 may be integrally formed on the upper shielding unit 120, and the first fixing portion 400 may also be integrally formed on the lower shielding unit 130.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, a through hole is formed in the first fixing portion 400, and the external fastening member is adapted to pass through the through hole in the first fixing portion 400 and be fixedly connected to the external environment component 3000, so that the first fixing portion 400 is connected to the external environment component 3000, and the purpose of fixing the wire harness protection device 1000 is achieved.
Optionally, the external fastener may be a bolt, and the bolt passes through the through hole of the first fixing portion 400 and is fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000, so as to detachably connect the harness protection device 1000 to the external environment member 3000, reduce the difficulty of assembling and disassembling the harness protection device 1000, and facilitate replacement or maintenance of the harness protection device 1000.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the first fixing portion 400 includes a plurality of first fixing portions 400, and the plurality of first fixing portions 400 are matched to fixedly connect the wire harness guard 1000 to the external environment member 3000, so as to increase a contact area between the wire harness guard 1000 and the external environment member 3000, and further improve stability of the wire harness guard 1000.
Optionally, the wire harness protection device 1000 further includes a second fixing portion (not shown in the figure), which is integrally formed with the deformable member 200, and is adapted to be connected to the external environment member 3000, and the second fixing portion is connected to an end of the deformable member 200 away from the protection assembly 100. The second fixing portion is adapted to fixedly connect one end of the deformation member 200, which is far from the shield assembly 100, to the external environment member 3000, so as to improve the structural stability of the deformation member 200 with respect to the external environment member 3000, thereby improving the structural stability of the whole wire harness protective device 1000.
Optionally, the structure of the second fixing portion may refer to the structure of the first fixing portion 400, and meanwhile, the specific connection manner between the second fixing portion and the external environment component 3000 may refer to the connection manner between the first fixing portion 400 and the external environment component 3000, which is not described herein again.
From this, the one end of the wire harness protection device 1000 of the present application is fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the first fixing portion 400, and the other end of the wire harness protection device 1000 is fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the second fixing portion, so that the wire harness protection device 1000 is fixed.
It should be noted that, by fixedly connecting the deformation member 200 to the external environment member 3000, the specific bending angle of the deformation member 200 can be fixed, so that the deformation member 200 can be fixed in a specific angle.
Specifically, in the process of assembling the wire harness 2000, one end of the wire harness 2000 may be disposed in the protective component 100, and then the wire harness 2000 may be pushed along the extending direction of the protective component 100, so that one end of the wire harness 2000 may extend from one end of the deformation member 200, which is far from the protective component 100, after the wire harness 2000 extends, one end of the protective component 100 may be fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the first fixing portion 400, and then the deformation member 200 may be bent at an angle at which the wire harness 2000 actually needs to be bent, and after the deformation member 200 is bent to a preset angle, one end of the deformation member 200, which is far from the protective component 100, may be fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the second fixing portion, thereby fixing the wire harness protective device 1000 at a specific angle.
Optionally, the wire harness guard 1000 further includes a third fixing portion for fixing the wire harness 2000 outside the guard assembly 100 to the external environment member 3000. So as to fix the wire harness 2000 outside the protection assembly 100 and prevent the wire harness 2000 from shaking in the wire harness protection device 1000. In addition, providing a third fixing portion to fix the wire harness 2000, the wire harness 2000 may also enable the transformation member 200 to be fixed in a specific angle.
In the description of the present invention, features defined as "first", "second" and "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features for distinguishing between the described features, whether they are sequential or not.
It should be noted that, only one of the second fixing portion and the third fixing portion may be provided, that is, when the second fixing portion is connected to the deformable member 200, it is not necessary to provide the third fixing portion to fix the wire harness 2000 outside the protective assembly 100, and accordingly, when the third fixing portion is provided to fix the wire harness 2000 outside the protective assembly 100, it is not necessary to provide the second fixing portion to fix the deformable member 200, so that the wire harness protection device 1000 has a simple structure and is convenient to mount and dismount.
Alternatively, the third fixing portion may be formed in a U-shaped structure, and the third fixing portion formed in the U-shaped structure is snapped on the external environment member 3000 to fix the wire harness 2000 outside the protection assembly 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wire harness protection device 1000 further includes a protective sheath 500, the protective sheath 500 is connected at one end of the protection component 100 away from the deformation member 200, and the protective sheath 500 is in interference fit with the wire harness 2000. Protective sheath 500 is used for fixed pencil 2000 on the one hand in order to promote the structural stability of pencil 2000 in pencil protector 1000, and on the other hand can be used to protect pencil 2000, reduces the wearing and tearing between pencil 2000 and the protection component 100, prolongs pencil 2000's life, promotes the whole leakproofness and the insulating nature of pencil protector 1000 simultaneously, avoids outside foreign matter to drop to and causes the influence to pencil 2000 in pencil protector 1000.
Optionally, protective sheath 500 may be made of a rubber material, which may enhance the sealing performance of harness protection device 1000 while extending the service life of protective sheath 500.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the protection assembly 100 includes a plurality of protection assemblies 100, and a deformation member 200 is connected between every two protection assemblies 100. The two shield assemblies 100 cooperate to define the bending angle of the transformation member 200 and facilitate the fixing of the wire harness shield 1000.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: the two ends of the deformation member 200 are respectively connected to the protection members 100, during the assembly of the wire harness 2000, one end of the wire harness 2000 can be arranged in one of the protection members 100, and then the wire harness 2000 is pushed along the extending direction of the protection member 100, so that one end of the wire harness 2000 can extend out of one end of the other protection member 100, after the wire harness 2000 extends out, one end of one of the protection members 100 can be fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the first fixing part 400, then the deformation member 200 is bent through the actual bending angle of the wire harness 2000, and the other protection member 100 is driven to move in the deformation member 200 process, so as to change the position of the other protection member 100, after the deformation member 200 is bent to the preset angle, one end of the other protection member 100 is fixedly connected to the external environment member 3000 through the first fixing part 400, and therefore the wire harness protection device 1000 is fixed at the specific angle.
It should be noted that, when the protection assemblies 100 are respectively disposed at two ends of the deformation member 200, the second fixing portion on the deformation member 200 and the third fixing portion for fixing the wire harness 2000 can be omitted, the structure for further disposing the wire harness protection device 1000 is simple, and the difficulty in fixing the wire harness protection device 1000 is reduced.

Two first fixing portions 400 are shown on one shield assembly 100 in fig. 1 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the above technical solutions that the solution can be applied to three or more first fixing portions 400, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
Other configurations of the wire harness guard 1000 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (12)
1. A wire harness guard (1000) adapted to route a wire harness (2000) within the wire harness guard (1000), the wire harness guard (1000) comprising:
the protection assembly (100) is internally provided with a first wire passing cavity (110) for the wiring harness (2000) to pass through, and the protection assembly (100) comprises an upper protection unit (120) and a lower protection unit (130) which are detachably connected;
bendable deformation piece (200), deformation piece (200) with protection component (100) are connected, be formed with in deformation piece (200) and can wear to establish the second of pencil (2000) is crossed the line chamber, the second cross the line chamber with first cross line chamber (110) intercommunication, in order to pass through pencil (2000).
2. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the deformation member (200) is at least one of a rubber tube, a corrugated tube, and a silicone tube.
3. The wire harness guard (1000) according to claim 1, wherein an angle between the deformation member (200) and the guard assembly (100) is 0 to 180 degrees.
4. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 1, wherein one side of the upper protection unit (120) is rotatably connected with the lower protection unit (130), and the other side of the upper protection unit (120) is clamped, inserted or bolted with the lower protection unit (130).
5. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the protection member (100) further comprises a hollow connection unit (140), one side of the connection unit (140) is connected to the upper protection unit (120) or the lower protection unit (130), and the other side of the connection unit (140) is connected to the transformation member (200).
6. The wire harness guard (1000) according to claim 5, wherein the connection unit (140) is integrally formed with the lower guard unit (130).
7. The harness protection device (1000) according to claim 1, further comprising at least one divider plate (300), the divider plate (300) being disposed within the first wire passing cavity (110) to divide the first wire passing cavity (110) into a plurality of routing channels (112), each routing channel (112) being accessible through a bundle of harnesses (2000).
8. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 7, wherein the separation plate (300) is arranged in an extending direction of the protection assembly (100); the upper protection unit (120) and/or the lower protection unit (130) are/is provided with a matching groove, and the partition plate (300) is inserted into the matching groove or clamped in the matching groove.
9. The wire harness guard (1000) according to claim 1, further comprising a first securing portion (400), the first securing portion (400) being connected to the guard assembly (100), the first securing portion (400) being adapted to be connected to an external environmental member (3000) to positionally secure the wire harness guard (1000) relative to the external environmental member (3000).
10. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 9, further comprising a second fixing portion integrally formed with the deformable member (200), the second fixing portion being adapted to be connected with the external environment member (3000), the second fixing portion being connected at an end of the deformable member (200) remote from the protection member (100);
and/or, further comprising a third fixing part for fixing the wire harness (2000) outside the protective assembly (100) on the external environment member (3000).
11. The wire harness protection device (1000) according to claim 1, further comprising a protective sheath (500), wherein the protective sheath (500) is connected to an end of the protection assembly (100) away from the deformation member (200), and the protective sheath (500) is in interference fit with the wire harness (2000).
12. The wire harness guard (1000) according to any one of claims 1-11, wherein the guard assembly (100) comprises a plurality of guard assemblies (100), and one deformation member (200) is connected between each two guard assemblies (100).
