Example (b):
as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a coupler assembly including an upper cover 1 and a base 2; an upper contact piece 3 is arranged in the upper cover 1 in a sealing way, and a lower contact piece 4 is arranged in the base 2 in a sealing way; the upper contact piece 3 is provided with a contact part 30 exposed out of the upper cover 1, and the contact part 30 is used for being in contact connection with the lower contact piece 4 when the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2; a first drainage channel 10 penetrating through the top and the circumferential side wall of the upper cover 1 is arranged in the upper cover 1, and the first drainage channel 10 and the upper contact 3 are arranged in a separated manner; the base 2 is provided with a second drain passage 20 penetrating the top and bottom thereof, and the second drain passage 20 and the lower contact 4 are spaced apart from each other.
The coupler assembly provided by the embodiment can be applied to electric cooking appliances such as an electric food warmer, and at this time, the upper cover 1 can be fixed on the pan cover, and as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the base 2 can be fixed on the handle 5 of the pan body. When the coupler assembly is not in a working state and signal transmission is not needed, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper cover 1 and the base 2 can be placed on the top of the base 2, or the upper cover 1 can be separated from the base 2; when the coupler assembly enters a working state and needs to transmit signals, as shown in fig. 3, the upper cover 1 can be inserted into the base 2 under the pushing of external force, and at the moment, the upper contact piece 3 in the upper cover 1 is in contact connection with the lower contact piece 4 in the base 2, so that the signals can be transmitted. The upper contact element 3 and the lower contact element 4 are both conductive elements, and both the upper contact element 3 and the lower contact element 4 can be of a plate-like structure.
When the electric food warmer needs to be cleaned, the pan cover and the pan body need to be cleaned respectively, the upper cover 1 is separated from the base 2, and when the electric food warmer is cleaned, even if water flows into the upper cover 1, the water can be discharged to the outside along the first water discharge channel 10 in the upper cover 1 and cannot be accumulated in the upper cover 1; similarly, even if water flows into the base 2, the water is discharged to the outside along the second drainage channel 20 inside the base 2 without accumulating in the base 2. In addition, since the upper contact 3 is hermetically disposed in the upper cover 1, the upper contact 3 and the first drain passage 10 are spaced from each other, and the lower contact 4 is hermetically disposed in the base 2, and the lower contact 4 and the second drain passage 20 are spaced from each other, the cleaning water is not only easily drained to the outside along the first drain passage 10 and the second drain passage 20, but also is not easily accumulated on the peripheral sides of the upper contact 3 and the lower contact 4.
When the electric cooker is used again and the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2 again, a large amount of moisture is not accumulated inside the upper cover 1 and the base 2, and cleaning water is not accumulated on the peripheral sides of the upper contact piece 3 and the lower contact piece 4, so that moisture is not easily accumulated inside the coupler assembly, and a short circuit is not easily generated.
Compared with the prior art, the coupler assembly provided by the embodiment can collect and discharge water flowing into the upper cover 1 during cleaning through the first water drainage channel 10 in the upper cover 1, and can collect and discharge water flowing into the base 2 through the second water drainage channel 20 in the base 2, so that moisture accumulation in the upper cover 1 and the base 2 can be respectively prevented through the first water drainage channel 10 and the second water drainage channel 20, and the coupler assembly can prevent moisture from existing around the upper contact 3 and the lower contact 4 by sealing the upper contact 3 in the upper cover 1 and sealing the lower contact 4 in the base 2, so that moisture can be prevented from existing inside the coupler assembly when the upper cover 1 is plugged in the base 2, and short circuit of the coupler assembly is prevented.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the base 2 is a hollow structure, and an opening for the upper cover 1 to pass through is formed at the top of the base 2, so that the upper cover 1 can be inserted into the base 2; be equipped with sealing member 21 between the top of base 2 and the bottom, sealing member 21 and the sealed setting of the inner wall sliding connection of base 2, and the bottom lateral wall of sealing member 21 and base 2 all is equipped with the through-hole that communicates with second drainage channel 20.
When the coupler assembly does not enter the working state, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the upper cover 1 can be located on the top of the base 2 but is not inserted into the base 2, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, at this time, the sealing member 21 is located at the opening of the top of the base 2, which can shield the devices inside the base 2 and prevent the outside cleaning water from flooding into the base 2 to contact with the lower contact member 4. However, since the sealing member 21 is provided with a through hole communicating with the second drainage channel 20, the sealing member 21, which serves as a shield, can still allow the external cleaning water to enter the second drainage channel 20 and flow out of the base 2 through the second drainage channel 20.
When the coupler assembly enters a working state, as shown in fig. 3, the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2, and at this time, the sealing member 21 is pushed by the upper cover 1 to move toward the bottom of the base 2, so that the sealing member 21 and the inner wall of the base 2 form a slot capable of accommodating the upper cover 1, and at the same time, the sealing member 21 allows the lower contact member 4 to be exposed in the slot, and at this time, the upper contact member 3 in the upper cover 1 entering the slot can be in contact connection with the lower contact member 4. Since the coupler assembly is in the working state, the coupler assembly does not contact cleaning water, the second drainage channel 20 does not need to drain water, the sealing member 21 does not need to play a role in shielding, and even if the lower contact 4 is exposed in the slot, a short circuit phenomenon cannot occur.
It should be noted that when the sealing member 21 is moved to a position close to the bottom of the base 2, the length of the second drain passage 20 is shortened along with the movement of the sealing member 21, but the second drain passage 20 is still spaced apart from the lower contact 4.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the sealing member 21 is a plate-shaped structure, and a supporting pipe 22 is connected to one side of the sealing member 21 facing the bottom of the base 2; the supporting pipe 22 is communicated with the through hole of the sealing member 21, and the supporting pipe 22 is slidably connected in the bottom through hole of the base 2, and the through hole of the sealing member 21 and the supporting pipe 22 form the second drainage passage 20.
The support tube 22 can not only cooperate with the through hole of the seal member 21 to form the second drain passage 20, but also can bring the second drain passage 20 and the lower contact 4 into a mutually spaced state.
Wherein the content of the first and second substances, the sealing member 21 and the support tube 22 may be fixedly connected by welding or the like, alternatively, the seal member 21 and the support pipe 22 may be integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 3, the area of the top opening of the base 2 is smaller than the area of the top of the base 2, so that a step 23 is formed between the top and the circumferential side wall of the base 2, and the packing 21 abuts at the step 23.
The step portion 23 can limit the sealing element 21, prevent the sealing element 21 from moving to the outside of the base 2 from the top opening of the base 2, and can be matched with the sealing element 21 when the sealing element 21 moves to the top opening of the base 2, so as to seal the space between the outer wall of the supporting tube 22 and the inner wall of the base 2 in the base 2, so that the lower contact piece 4 is sealed, and the cleaning water used for cleaning the base 2 is prevented from contacting the lower contact piece 4.
When the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2, the upper cover 1 pushes the sealing member 21 to move towards the bottom of the base 2, and at this time, the upper cover 1 opens a space between the outer wall of the supporting tube 22 and the inner wall of the base 2 in the base 2, so that the lower contact 4 can be exposed in the slot formed in the base 2, and the contact portion 30 of the upper contact 3 in the upper cover 1 is in contact connection with the lower contact 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner side of the circumferential side wall of the base 2 is provided with a groove 24, and the lower contact 4 is fixed in the groove 24.
The groove 24 is used to provide a mounting space for the lower contact 4, and to improve the mounting stability of the lower contact 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the groove 24 may be provided below the step portion 23, and in this case, one end of the lower contact 4 may abut against the inside of the groove 24 and be located below the step portion 23. Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, the other end of the lower contact 4 may extend out of the base 2 after passing through the bottom of the base 2, and the end of the lower contact 4 is used for connecting with an external wire.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, an elastic member 25 is connected between a side of the sealing member 21 facing the bottom of the base 2 and an inner wall of the base 2, and the elastic member 25 is used for storing energy when the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2 and pushes the sealing member 21 to move toward the bottom of the base 2.
Since the elastic member 25 is in the energy storage state when the upper cover 1 is inserted into the base 2 and pushes the sealing member 21 to move towards the bottom of the base 2, when the upper cover 1 is withdrawn from the base 2, the elastic member 25 releases energy to push the sealing member 21 to move away from the bottom of the base 2, so that the sealing member 21 returns to the original position.
The elastic member 25 may be a coil spring, and the elastic member 25 is sleeved outside the supporting tube 22 and abuts between the sealing member 21 and the bottom sidewall of the base 2.
When the elastic member 25 is sleeved outside the support tube 22, the stability of the elastic member 25 during the compression and extension processes can be improved, and the stability of the elastic member 25 during the process of pushing the sealing member 21 to move to the original position can be improved.
In order to improve the installation stability of the elastic element 25 in the base 2, the diameter of the through hole of the bottom sidewall of the base 2 needs to be smaller than the diameter of the elastic element 25, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, an annular limiting groove 270 may be disposed on the periphery of the through hole of the bottom sidewall of the base 2, and the end of the elastic element 25 away from the sealing element 21 abuts against the limiting groove 270.
As shown in fig. 7, the sealing member 21 includes a fixing plate 210 and a sealing cover 211, and the sealing cover 211 is fixed to the fixing plate 210.
Since the sealing element 21 is required to perform a sealing function, the sealing element 21 is required to be made of a sealing material such as rubber, and the sealing element 21 is required to be made of a material having a hardness greater than that of the sealing material such as rubber in order to ensure the stability of the sealing element 21, it is preferable that the sealing element 21 is divided into two parts, namely a fixing plate 210 and a sealing cover 211, and the sealing cover 211 is made of a sealing material such as rubber and silicone rubber and is used for performing a sealing function; the fixing plate 210 is made of metal, hard plastic, or the like, and is used to support the sealing cover 211, so as to ensure the structural stability and the use stability of the sealing member 21.
When the sealing member 21 includes the fixing plate 210 and the sealing cover 211, the fixing plate 210 may be fixedly coupled to or integrally formed with the support tube 22.
In order to ensure the convenience and stability of assembly between the sealing cover 211 and the fixing plate 210, as shown in fig. 7, the fixing plate 210 is preferably provided with a clamping hole penetrating through the plate surfaces on both sides thereof, the sealing cover 211 is divided into two layers, and the two layers of sealing covers 211 are connected with each other through a connecting block. When assembly sealed cowling 211 and fixed plate 210, can fill in the connecting block of sealed cowling 211 to the card of fixed plate 210 downtheholely, make two-layer the being located the both sides of fixed plate 210 respectively of sealed cowling 211 simultaneously, sealed cowling 211 can be stably fixed in on the closing plate and cover outside the face of fixed plate 210 this moment, play good sealed effect.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the base 2 includes a fixed tube 26 and a fixed platform 27, the top orifice of the fixed tube 26 is passed by the upper cover 1, and the fixed platform 27 is detachably mounted in the bottom orifice of the fixed tube 26; the through hole of the bottom side wall of the base 2 is provided on the fixing table 27. Further, the limiting groove 270 of the bottom sidewall of the base 2 may also be disposed on the fixing platform 27.
