a battery case (10);
the battery comprises a battery cell (20), wherein the battery cell (20) is arranged in the battery shell (10), and the battery cell (20) comprises a cell main body (21) and a lug part (22);
the pole assembly (30), the pole assembly (30) is arranged on the battery shell (10), and the pole lug part (22) extends out from one side of the battery cell main body (21) close to the pole assembly (30) along the pole lug leading-out direction;
the cell pole assembly comprises an adapter sheet (40), wherein the adapter sheet (40) comprises a first section (41), a second section (42) and a third section (43), two ends of the third section (43) are respectively connected with the first section (41) and the second section (42), the first section (41) and the second section (42) respectively extend towards two opposite sides of the third section (43), the second section (42) is located on one side, facing towards the cell main body (21), of the first section (41), one side, facing away from the cell main body (21), of the first section (41) is a first surface (411), the pole assembly (30) is connected with the first surface (411), one side, facing away from the cell main body (21), of the second section (42) is a second surface (421), and the pole ear part (22) is bent to be connected with the second surface (421);
wherein orthographic projections of the first surface (411) and the second surface (421) towards a surface of the battery housing (10) on which the pole assembly (30) is disposed are a first projection and a second projection, respectively, the first projection and the second projection being at least partially misaligned.
2. The cell of claim 1, characterised in that the angle between the third section (43) and the first section (41) is 45 ° to 135 °, and the angle between the third section (43) and the second section (42) is 45 ° to 135 °.
3. The battery according to claim 2, characterized in that the first section (41) is substantially parallel to the second section (42).
4. The battery according to claim 3, wherein the first section (41) is a first flat plate and the second section (42) is a second flat plate.

The battery according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a side of the first segment (41) facing the cell body (21) is a third surface (412), a side of the pole ear portion (22) close to a surface of the battery case (10) on which the pole post assembly (30) is disposed is a fourth surface (221), and at least a portion of the fourth surface (221) is disposed lower than the third surface (412) in the pole ear outgoing direction.

a battery case (10);
the battery comprises a battery cell (20), wherein the battery cell (20) is arranged in the battery shell (10), and the battery cell (20) comprises a cell main body (21) and a lug part (22);
the pole assembly (30), the pole assembly (30) is arranged on the battery shell (10), and the pole lug part (22) extends out from one side of the battery cell main body (21) close to the pole assembly (30) along the pole lug leading-out direction;
the cell comprises an adapter sheet (40), the adapter sheet (40) comprises a first section (41), a second section (42) and a third section (43), the first section (41) and the second section (42) are respectively located on two opposite sides of the third section (43), the second section (42) is located on one side, facing the cell main body (21), of the first section (41), one side, facing away from the cell main body (21), of the first section (41) is a first surface (411), the pole assembly (30) is connected to the first surface (411), one side, facing away from the cell main body (21), of the second section (42) is a second surface (421), and the pole ear part (22) is bent to be connected to the second surface (421);
wherein the orthographic projections of the first section (41) towards the third section (43) are both located within the third section (43), the third section (43) is substantially parallel to the second section (42), and the second section (42) extends towards the side away from the first section (41) such that the first section (41) and the second section (42) correspond to the pole assembly (30) and the pole ear (22), respectively.
