Specifically, in an embodiment of the lighting device, as shown in fig. 7, the case 50 is provided with a snap-in hole 57, the limiting assembly 26 includes a pin 261, the pin 261 is disposed on an upper plate of the case 50 and can rotate relative to the case 50, a first protrusion 2611 and a second protrusion 2612 are disposed on the same side of an end of the pin 261 located outside the case 50, and the pin 261 at least has a first protrusion 2611 in a first position where the first protrusion 2611 is snapped in the first rotating disc 23 and a second position where the first protrusion 2611 is disengaged from the first rotating disc 23 on a rotation path thereof; in the first position, the second protrusion 2612 extends into the snap-in hole 57.
Specifically, the limiting component 26 may be a spring pin structure, and includes a pin 261 and a spring, the pin 261 penetrates through the upper plate of the box 50, one end of the spring abuts against the inner surface of the upper plate, and the other end of the spring is connected to the bottom of the pin 261, so that the upper end of the pin 261 extending out of the upper plate is pressed against the upper plate of the box 50 by the elastic force of the spring. The first rotating disc 23 is a circular plate-shaped structure, and the circumferential side wall of the first rotating disc 23 is provided with a limiting portion 231 along the circumferential direction of the first rotating disc 23, so that the first rotating disc 23 forms a gear shape, and the first protrusion 2611 extends into the limiting portion 231 by rotating the pin 261, thereby limiting the rotation of the first rotating disc 23 and further fixing the horizontal orientation of the illuminating mechanism 30. Further in order to fix the pin 261, when the first protrusion 2611 is clipped in the limiting portion 231, the second protrusion 2612 can automatically extend into the clipping hole 57 under the elastic force action of the spring, so that the rotation of the pin 261 is limited, and the fixing effect is enhanced. Specifically, the first protrusion 2611 is a block-shaped structure and extends along the horizontal direction, and the second protrusion 2612 is disposed on the surface of the first protrusion 2611 facing the box 50 and vertically disposed downward.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, an annular plate is disposed on a lower surface of the first rotating disc 23, the annular plate is disposed coaxially with the first rotating disc 23, correspondingly, an annular stop portion is disposed on a hole wall of a hole of the upper plate of the box 50 for the lifting mechanism 20 to pass through, the stop portion is disposed horizontally, the annular plate is disposed vertically, a step can be formed by the stop portion and the hole wall of the hole, and the annular plate abuts against the stop portion, i.e., extends into the hole, so that the annular plate can be circumferentially limited by the hole, and the annular plate is prevented from deviating.
In an embodiment of the lighting device, as shown in fig. 10, the lighting device further includes a pulley 12 and a supporting mechanism 70, wherein the pulley 12 is mounted on the frame body 10 to move the frame body 10. The supporting mechanism 70 is foldable and installed on the frame body 10, and when the supporting mechanism 70 is unfolded, the pulley 12 can be supported away from the ground.
In this embodiment, through setting up supporting mechanism 70, can prop support body 10 and pulley 12 off ground to can make things convenient for the staff to fix support body 10 when using, maintain the illumination stable, and can understand that whole lighting device passes through the car like freight car transportation, can prop support body 10 off like hopper, goods railway carriage through supporting mechanism 70, avoid lighting device to rock back and forth because of pulley 12 in the automobile transportation.
In an embodiment of the lighting device, the supporting mechanism 70 comprises a rotating swing arm 71 and a push rod 72, one end of the rotating swing arm 71 is rotatably connected to the frame body 10, the push rod 72 is rotatably connected to the other end of the rotating swing arm 71, the push rod 72 has at least a horizontal position and a vertical position on a rotation path of the push rod 72 around the rotating swing arm 71, and when the push rod 72 is located at the vertical position, the piston rod can be vertically extended downwards, so that the pulley 12 is supported off the ground. When the push rod 72 is located at a horizontal position, the push rod 72 can be fixed with the rotating swing arm 71 through a buckle, and then the push rod 72 can be folded to the frame body 10 under the driving of the rotating swing arm 71.
In combination with the above embodiments, specifically, the number of the supporting mechanisms 70 is plural, at least three, three-point support can be formed, preferably four, the supporting mechanisms 70 include rotating swing arms 71 and push rods 72, one ends of the rotating swing arms 71 are rotatably connected to the frame body 10, when four ends are formed, the rotating swing arms 71 are respectively rotatably connected to four corners of the frame body 10, the other ends of the four rotating swing arms 71 are connected to form a rectangular shape, the push rods 72 are rotatably connected to the other ends of the rotating swing arms 71 far away from the connecting ends of the rotating swing arms 71 and the frame body 10, the push rods 72 can be rotated to vertical positions from horizontal positions, the push rods 72 can be pneumatically or electrically lifted, the piston rods can be extended out, so that the piston rods can be vertically pushed out downwards when the vertical positions are formed, the frame body 10 is lifted, the pulleys 12 leave the ground, and the lighting device is prevented from shaking.
In addition, when the push rod 72 and the rotating swing arm 71 are folded on the frame body 10, the push rod 72 and the rotating swing arm 71 can be buckled on the frame body 10 by arranging a U-shaped buckle, so that the support mechanism 70 is prevented from automatically separating from the frame body 10, the occupied space can be reduced, and the operation of a worker is facilitated.
Preferably, when the supporting mechanism 70 is folded onto the frame 10, four supporting mechanisms 70 may be disposed around the box 50 or two supporting mechanisms may be disposed on two opposite sides of the box 50. The pulley 12 is preferably a universal wheel.
Further, the control mechanism 100 may be electrically or communicatively connected to the lifting mechanism 20, the driving module 40, the sound amplifying mechanism 60, and the supporting mechanism 70, so as to control the lifting and rotating of the lifting mechanism 20, the movement of the driving module 40, the opening and closing and volume adjustment of the sound amplifying mechanism 60, and the unfolding and folding of the supporting mechanism 70, which is convenient for the worker to use.
In one embodiment of the lighting device, as shown in fig. 2 and 11, the lighting device further includes at least one of a camera 110, a sound amplification mechanism 60, and a warning mechanism 120, wherein the camera 110 is mounted to the lighting mechanism 30 and is used for monitoring an area illuminated by the lighting mechanism 30. The sound reinforcement mechanism 60 is mounted to the frame body 10. The warning mechanism 120 is mounted on the frame 10.
In the present embodiment, the camera 110 is mounted on the lighting mechanism 30, so that the monitoring area of the camera 110 can coincide with the illuminated area of the lighting mechanism 30, which is convenient for monitoring the illuminated area of the lighting mechanism 30, and realizes work monitoring under light.
In addition, the sound amplifying mechanism 60 may include a speaker, so as to amplify the volume through the speaker, thereby facilitating the on-site command of the working personnel and improving the operation efficiency. It is also understood that the sound reinforcement mechanism 60 may be mounted on the box 50 and thus on the frame 10 when the box 50 is mounted on the frame 10. Similarly, the warning mechanism 120 may be mounted on the case 50 when the case 50 is mounted.
Preferably, the lighting device includes three of the camera 110, the sound amplification mechanism 60 and the warning mechanism 120.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. An illumination device, characterized in that the illumination device comprises:
a frame body provided with an accommodating space;
the lifting mechanism is rotatably arranged on the frame body and can lift;
the illuminating mechanism is arranged on the lifting mechanism so as to be capable of adjusting the vertical height under the lifting of the lifting mechanism and adjusting the horizontal orientation under the rotation of the lifting mechanism;
the driving module is arranged on the lifting mechanism, is connected with the illuminating mechanism and can lift along with the illuminating mechanism, and is used for driving the illuminating mechanism to rotate relative to the lifting mechanism so as to adjust the pitching angle of the illuminating mechanism;
the power generation mechanism can be accommodated in the accommodating space and is electrically connected with the illumination mechanism, and the power generation mechanism is used for generating power and supplying power to the illumination mechanism;
the power generation mechanism comprises a power generator, a movable frame and a lock catch assembly, the power generator is installed on the movable frame, the movable frame can drive the power generator to move through a sliding wheel to enter and exit the accommodating space, the lock catch assembly is installed on the movable frame and can be connected with the frame body in a clamped mode to lock the movable frame and the frame body, and the power generator is fixed.

The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein the frame body is provided with a clamping strip extending along a moving direction of the moving frame, the clamping strip is provided with a plurality of clamping portions along the extending direction, the locking assembly comprises a connecting piece, a screw rod and a nut, the sliding wheel is rotatably connected to one side of the connecting piece, the other side of the connecting piece is provided with an accommodating groove, the screw rod is rotatably connected to a side wall or a bottom wall forming the accommodating groove and can rotate to enter and exit the accommodating groove, and the screw rod can be clamped with the clamping portions after rotating out of the accommodating groove so as to limit the moving frame to move;
the nut is in threaded connection with the screw rod and can rotate and move along the extending direction of the screw rod, and then the nut can abut against the clamping strip, so that the screw rod is fixed.
3. The lighting device of claim 1, further comprising a case, the case being placed on the shelf; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting component, and the lifting component is rotatably arranged on the frame body and penetrates through the box body.

The lighting device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lifting mechanism further comprises a first rotating disc, the first rotating disc is fixedly connected to the lifting assembly and located on a side of the box body away from the frame body, and the first rotating disc can drive the lifting assembly to rotate under the action of an external force so as to adjust the horizontal orientation of the lighting mechanism.
5. The illumination device of claim 4, wherein the lifting mechanism further comprises a limiting assembly mounted to the housing and capable of limiting rotation of the first turntable to fix the horizontal orientation of the illumination mechanism;
the limiting assembly comprises a pin rod, the pin rod penetrates through an upper plate of the box body and can rotate relative to the box body, a first bulge and a second bulge are arranged on the same side of the end part of the pin rod, which is positioned outside the box body, and the pin rod at least has a first position where the first bulge is clamped on the first rotating disc and a second position where the first bulge is disengaged from the first rotating disc on the rotating path of the pin rod; when the first position is located, the second bulge extends into the clamping hole.

The illumination device according to claim 3, further comprising an energy storage element, wherein a storage space is provided in the box body, the energy storage element is accommodated in the storage space, the power generation mechanism is electrically connected with the energy storage element, the energy storage element is electrically connected with the illumination mechanism, and the energy storage element can store electric energy generated by the power generation mechanism and supply power to the illumination mechanism;
the storage space is communicated with the outside through the second communication hole, and then the storage space can be communicated with the outside through the second communication hole and the first communication hole in sequence, so that oil can be supplied to the power generation mechanism through passing through the second communication hole and the first communication hole from the outside.
7. The lighting device of claim 6, further comprising a solar panel mounted to the housing and electrically connected to the energy storage element to deliver generated electrical energy to the energy storage element.

The illumination device according to claim 1, further comprising a pulley and a support mechanism, wherein the pulley is mounted on the frame body so as to be capable of moving the frame body; the supporting mechanism is arranged on the frame body in a foldable mode, and when the supporting mechanism is unfolded, the pulley can be supported away from the ground.

The lighting device as defined in claim 8, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises a rotary swing arm and a push rod, one end of the rotary swing arm is rotatably connected to the frame body, the push rod is rotatably connected to the other end of the rotary swing arm, the push rod has at least a horizontal position and a vertical position on a rotation path thereof, and when the push rod is located at the vertical position, the push rod can extend the piston rod vertically downwards so as to support the pulley off the ground;
when the push rod is located at a horizontal position, the push rod can be fixed with the rotating swing arm through a buckle, and then the push rod can be driven by the rotating swing arm to be folded to the rack body.
10. The lighting device of claim 1, further comprising at least one of a camera, a sound amplification mechanism, and a warning mechanism, the camera being mounted to the lighting mechanism and adapted to monitor an area illuminated by the lighting mechanism; the sound amplifying mechanism is arranged on the frame body; the warning mechanism is arranged on the frame body.
